      Refund. On an order that was received back in November, it is now almost February. They insist that a refund was made on one item, but I never received it. When trying to speak with someone about this, they make it impossible to resolve. I even sent a screen shot of the date/history of the card that they claim it was refunded to. Even then, she was requesting that I get a letter from my bank claiming it was not received. After DAYS, I asked to escalate it and was told they would have to do that through chat and it could take 28 days. I am beyound frustrated and AMAZED at how poorly this has been handled on their end. And that was just one return our of 3.

      Six weeks and still waiting on my refund. I returned a pair of shoes to **** on 12/9/23 and it is 1/22/24 and I still am waiting on a refund. I have escalated this matter three times now with Klarna directly. I have provided the receipt and the refund ARN# and **** has reached out to Klara directly and still, no refund. Klarna's customer service is HORRIFIC and they are in the business of keeping your money if they can. I am so disappointed that my refund is still not processed and Klarna seems to be refusing to process the return, which means they are just holding onto customers funds illegally. I am escalating this issue and have passed this issue along to my attorney service. Crazy to think I need to SUE Klarna to get a simple refund processed.

      Klarna is absolutely the worst, people were able to access & compromise my Klarna with my name & charge almost $2,000 in transactions. The Klarna support team is the worst, they claimed "the transactions were legitimate" & that I am responsible for the $2,000 in fraud made to my account. I've used Klarna multiple times in the past, what a shame.

      Klarna is by far the most unprofessional lending service. Upon contacting their customer service, an agent continued to tell me I was wrong and to reread their messages. In actuality, the agent wasn’t reading what I was writing. I asked to speak to another agent and the agent, *****, refused. Then I said fine I’ll screenshot the conversation and contact again. After that, I received an email saying my phone number had been removed from my account. I spent two hours on the phone with another agent because I was locked out of my account even after proving that it was my account. They verified this was the situation and are very apologetic, but it’s not okay because I am being told it can still take up to 28 days for a specialist to reconnect me with my account. They are taking accountability and admit their representative, *****, was at fault but I still don’t have access to see my upcoming payments or payment history all due to some petty customer service representative. The agent on the phone even said my email was changed and spoke of breach of personal information and it has me very worried about what else this person did with my info. I definitely won’t use klarna again if it’s that easy for a representative to cause this many issues.

      Absolutely horrible service. They charged my credit card twice causing me to incur over limit fees from my bank. When I contacted them they said there was nothing they could do and refused to provide me a credit of $29 for the over limit fees I incurred due to their “technical errors”.

      It’s no secret that the cost of living affects the way we shop so having an app that splits your payments into 4 is a huge help. However, my last experience was horrible. I tried to order a pair of sneakers from Nike. Initially they said my payments would be $34.02, once I tried to process my payment, it then changed to $68.03. Why? The explanation was unclear to me. Not to mention that card I wanted to use was not accepted by Klarna for the initial payment because it’s pre-paid, but I can use it after the first payment. It’s stupid and tedious for no reason. So now I’ve used my bank account to make the first payment and it appears to process but I don’t see my order reflected on Klarna or the Nike app. I thought maybe there was an error because the money was taken out of my account. I planned to dispute the charge later and try it one more time because the sneaker I wanted was running low on stock. I tried again and the same thing happened. When I look at my bank account , there are 3 charges. One for $34.02 and two for $68.03. I had to threaten to reach out to BBB to speak to a live agent who was slow to respond and unhelpful. Apparently my purchase was denied but I never received a prompt stating that and with any insight as to why. I was told the money should be reversed within 7 days. I am completely turned off by this company. This should be a seamless, helpful process but it’s incredibly unfair, especially to disenfranchised people, discriminating against prepaid cards. I guess I won’t be getting these sneakers after all.

      Going on a month and haven’t received my refund yet smh for 437$ what joke n the kicker is they want me to do their job aswell by contacting the merchant like I ain’t gave my money to Klarna., I said would email verification the sent me when they received my return still they denied my refund or the email n said they’ll be contacting the merchant themselves forward a later now they want to contact the merchant and do their job.. I gave money to Klarna not the merchant, I deleted my app ya keep Mesly 437$ I’m not paying nothing else I owe any other purchase I got pending or nothing do what ya got to do I won’t get life n I’m not paying nothing else furthermore how can major like “Klarna” make so in possible to refund 437$ … this is from someone whom always took his purchases on time or ahead time n the one time I return cuz the error of the merchant sending the wrong size , I’m pose to be ish out of luck yeah right 2 can play this game … last time I checked ya got more to lose than my refund that’s ya business petty self

      My account was hacked. I changed password and email and it continues. I tried to have my information taken off service permanently months ago and I keep getting emails where “I” have been denied a purchase. I have called customer service 6 times and each time logged complaints about purchases I didn’t make or to cancel service. I have received 0 responses from the fraud team and 0 about my attempts to pull my private information. The customer service reps are also unable to transfer you you to any supervisor or management member.
      They may have a business license but they are just scammers.

      Very bad service! If you make every payment on time, they still will not give you a purchase power. I have never had a late payment and all of a sudden I can't use the app. Awful experience

      I ordered a pair of $60 shoes from ***** I mean my first payment and after that I had to change my debit card will the system wouldn't allow me to change my debit card and they walked me through it time and time again and it still wouldn't accept my new debit card so I offered them to just pay it now can I pay in full can I give you this card number can you please take the payment and they refused so fast forward I'm getting a letter that they that I though then the $58 that's remaining and so I saw that in a email so I went on to the website I logged into the account I went to pay and this time I was able to put my debit card in so I was thinking I'm just going to pay but they owe what they say hey oh which was now $58 and some change so I paid it next thing I know I'm looking at the ball at the top and it shows me that I have just paid off the balance of $116 that I made two payments one in March for $50 and one now which was another $50 I had no idea that they were going to double my payments for not taking my card I tried to pay them numerous times I got numerous emails it was hard to contact then through the internet I called and they weren't helpful so now I'm stuck with that 116 out of my account when it should have already been paid in March I highly do not recommend this I am going to my bank and fighting the second charge because I didn't want to pay overtime I just wanted to pay them and they refuse to take my payment so it created this whole line of just stress and phone calls and now I have to go to the bank and it's just not worth it it's not worth it for $60 so basically do not trust these people they're fraud you won't and if you have a return you might not ever see your money again just think twice in the future
