      After I canceled a one time card the held funds were not to be taken out if my account but then the funds were released and posted to my account. Now I am fighting for a refund. I am pissed and I was told a specialist was supposed to contact me and have not heard from anyone.

      Klarna is awful. Both my husband and I have accounts with over $1,000 of purchase power and have both made successful purchases with Klarna and have since paid them in full. Randomly, I started getting denied due to "identity verification issues". After countless chats, emails and "corrections" I have been told by every rank of employee from basic customer service rep to supervisor that my case has been escalated several times. I have been told through many communication avenues that the issue has been corrected, but my attempted purchases are still declined to this day citing identity verification issues.
      My husband who has been successfully using Klarna for several months and has over $1,000 of spending power is now ALSO getting denied each time he attempts a purchases due to identity confirmation issues.
      Unfortunately, we are not the only ones who have run into this issue. There is an entire feed on Reddit with scores of users saying the same thing has happened to them and Klarna has never resolved the issue.
      Do yourself a favor and avoid using Klarna and stick to other more professional and reliable buy now, pay later apps like ******** and ******.
      A word of caution, if you do find yourself running into this issue with Klarna, don't bother wasting your time trying to get them to correct it. You'll go through a lot of hassle only to have them tell you they've fixed the issue and your account will work., but it never will.

      I received items that were not as described from store. Store would not return my emails or allow return. Klarna fully worked with store to make sure myself the customer did not receive refund. I paid 28 to ship 60 worth kf products back to China because the items were that terrible. It might seem ridiculous to pay almost half the value but the items were legitimately terrible. Klarna would not accept the tracking I sent or help myself the customer in getting any refund. I would never use Klarna again. My return process has been going on for about 3 months as I've fully cooperated but haven't received support from Klarna

      The worst! Bought a bed and tried to make online payments for more then the amount and wouldn’t let me. Took a payment from my credit card but then said that option wasn’t available. Took payment out of a non existing account that I had used for the down payment even though I had set up another checking account. Getting customer service is a joke, when you finally do there is no help available. I must say the people I talk to are very polite. Chat is non existent. This is a Swedish company? The same country that gave us ****, *****, and the ********** ********** ******* ******* Shameful, you should go out of business!

      They told me I would receive a refund for my item on May 12. I have called them multiple times regarding my refund. They either hang up on me or tell me that the refund was already sent. I have not received my money. Terrible customer service.

      Now this one a MAJOR HICCUP I was making a purchase so I signed into the Klarna app per usual and head to one of my favorite stores ******. Ok, I noticed I only owe $34 and my purchase is at an all time high $265 WOW. Try making my small purchase that cost all together $49 with my Klarna reward $5 because of my loyalty. To only get denied because of the purchase power (I’m like lost) it came with an adjustment which was higher that usual payment of $24 and the rest of the payments would $7 and some change. Only to be told my credit card wasn’t valid (new card just put in the system). Turns around an authorized hold $24.72 on my account was made by Klarna now I asked myself if I’m denied for what ever reason why the hold. I’m paying the $34 off and saying goodbye to Klarna because they are misleading their customers because the agent said they have no control over the purchasing power it’s an automated system. So which is it my Visa Card or Purchasing Power I’m confused!!!

      Absolute SCAM of a company. An order I had cancelled and was supposed to be refunded has t been refunded. They still owe me money and demand I show proof yet the lady I spoke too said she sees no reason why I need proof. Yet the supervisors seem to think so. Pathetic. Pretending they dont owe me. AVOID this place at all costs

      UNETHICAL PRACTICES:Today I called to get a refund of a full payment when I signed up for a partial payment. The customer service person Juan put me on hold 4 times to tell me they couldnt refund the full payment that wasnt due or over due. I know this is not the truth, every company has the ability to refund transactions. Its unethical and they should be penalized for dishonest practices.I don’t want my money back I just want to continue with payments like I originally signed up for

      Klarna supports scams. You can provide all info needed and they will dismiss it in a company's favor. Company mailed my package to somewhere in OH, I live in Boston. Klarna said the package was delivered and dismissed the case. Not caring that it wasn't delivered to the right address or that the company admitted to their mistake. Klarna representatives have no intentions on providing helpful services.

      Been a customer for YEARS. For some reason, my purchase power hasn’t been accessible for 3 weeks now. No reason no notice payments made on time. I’m over this service and will be closing once I pay off the rest of the payments.
