      A scam, stealing people money. This company does not return the correct amount of money. I've been fighting for my money back since Nov 2022. I showed proof of items 12 times, they come up with the same lie over and over again to not return your money and don't even bother talking to a manger they will never call you back. Stay away from this company. BAD NEWS. Do not buy anything through them.

      DON’T USE THEM! If I could give them zero stars, I would! Klarna has horrible customer service and business practices. They stole a payment from my account for a purchase that was canceled 6 months ago in January 2023. They have been giving me the runaround telling me to contact the merchant, which I already did when I initially canceled the order. Meanwhile, the merchant is telling me to contact Klarna. I have sent Klarna proof of the cancellation and the refund confirmation from the merchant and they’re now telling me to wait 21 days for them to make a decision about money that they stole from me for a purchase that doesn’t exist. ?After a review, they finally emailed me back and said the invoice was too old for them to dispute and issue a refund. I don’t understand how the invoice can be too old for them to dispute but it wasn’t too old for them to take money from my account. The issue is between the merchant and Klarna. As the consumer, I did my part. I will never use them again. My trust in them is completely broken. Their social media is filled with complaints similar to mine aaa well as their unprofessional and lackluster customer service.
      I have filed a complaint with my bank and sent them all the documentation I have. It’s my best chance at getting my money back.

      I had no issues with Klarna prior to November 2022 then suddenly the app was rejecting all of my purchases. I even updated to a new debit card and it was still rejecting. Even though it says my spending was over $2000 I’ve contacted customer service several times they say it’s not their fault they say it’s the credit bureau for someone who has purchased a deep freezer, paid it off early snowboards at Christmas presents paid it off early. All ***** products paid all my payments on time if not or earlier, everything was always paid in advance or on time. Sometimes I even made double payments so it was never due to the fact of me ever not paying on time, suddenly I can’t use the app I can’t use the website. I even had a Klarna card the black card that they sent you if approved and to use in stores used it once then suddenly it says that I’m not approved for one but I already had one so if something happened in November 2022 with Klarna I’m very disappointed I will not recommend it to anyone , it’s very upsetting when someone loved utilizing that system in the paying in 4 and now cannot use it at all and they can’t seem to give me an answer of what happened. I waited seven months and I figured I just try it again so today I tried to make a small purchase under $100 , it declined it and said I can’t use that form of payment so I can’t pay in 4 but I could pay for the full balance. What’s the point of using the app so I’m gonna pay the full balance I’m just gonna go to the store and buy it maybe someone from their customer care will contact me my emails vlongyhoregmail.com , they can get my phone number from there

      I did not process the order my phone was stuck then all of a sudden I have a non refundable order that was cancelled and the agent refused to terminate my account and tried to get me to redeem a code I did NOT even authorize. Thank goodness I have an awesome back that reversed the charges but now I have an account they refused to close and I do not want my information shared with them. I also had screenshots and proof of the cancelled order and they are still trying to rob me.

      Very dissatisfied with Klarna! Signed up for a Pay 4 program and paid in full for item that was not delivered, so canceled the order. Thereafter, Klarna did not refund money but actually charged for a 5th payment (keep in mind was 4 payments)...and this was AFTER I removed all my payment profile details. So (1) charged > item price, and (2) did not refund canceled order and (3) made UNAUTHORIZED charge to my account after payment profile deleted. This is clearly PCI violation. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT USE!! Despite calls and chats assuring resolution the 5th charge posted today and I need to fight this illegal activity AGAIN!

      Something feels sketchy about them taking credit card numbers before declining. Definitely calling my bank to change my card. Do not recommend.

      Ridiculous! They sent an authorization for a purchase of 69.45 to my bank, then refused to release the hold after I inquired multiple times as to why it was still there. They're great when they work, but they can really ream you.

      On March 7,2023 I purchased a gift card online thru Klarna website it never went thru they keep telling me the company took the money I sent them a email showing the only screenshot of the transaction that I have because it never processed and email from the ceo of the company saying it did not process and they keep trying to charge me for it $200 dollars and no product I hate this company

      I had No Problems with Klarna until November 2022. I Filed a Complain regarding a Product that I purchase that Wasn’t what was Advertised!..I called Klarna Customer Service filled a Refund/Complaint Several times! The Merchant or the Website were No longer Available it was Closed so I had No way of Contacting them!..Klarna Emailed Me and asked for the Website ( Which the Website No longer Exists) Conversations and Pictures which I did..this Happened Several times and Never received a Follow Up or any email Resolving this Matter!..Today I Received an Email from a Debt Collector regarding this matter!!??

      Klarna is a company that doesn't care about their customers. I made a order in March of 2023 that I never received and here it is toady May 16th and they are telling me I have to pay. The seller provided a fake tracking number, that is not even linked to my address as i called FedEx and they confirmed this, obviously Klarna doesn't do a proper investigation cause if they did they would have uncovered this. I will no longer be using Kalrna after the terrible experience. Luckily it only costed me $99 dollars to never make another order with this none caring company! BY the way Stay away From **** ****** as they are the ****** who rippyme off for my money and Klarna is supporting it. By the way Klarnas customer service is TRASH as I'm typing this review I have been on hold for 35 mins and I'm still number 56, must be alot of angry customers calling in.
