      Well, it finally happened. Before I joined Klarna, I saw quit a few reviews/complaints that Klarna will extend you credit for a while then suddenly just stop. For no reason. When I joined it 2 years ago, I just needed it for a simple $200 purchase and figured I’d never use it again. I was instantly granted $500. More than I needed, but yay, I guess. I paid it off and realized my credit balance went up to $1000 after I paid off the $200. Cool. I started using it every now and again, never for anything over a few hundred dollars, tbh. However, as it stands, my credit limit is $1800. Now, over the years, I’ve run into having to “verify” myself, which is a bit weird to have to do multiple times, but whatever. I used their extended 6 month payment program twice. Both for $300-$400 purchases. I also got my credit score even higher than when I first signed up for Klarna. I paid off $300 last month in mid-April. Haven’t used it since. Go in today, tried to get $360 on the 6-month plan. It denied me because “they wanted to “encourage responsible lending”. Huh? I’ve never been late on payments, always paid things off, don’t take out a bunch of multiple purchases. What are they talking about? I also notice there’s a new $2 fee for using the cards? When did this become a thing? Anyway, I decided to try again on their usual 4-payment plan, it denied me for the same reason. I just went over to Afterpay, which I also use, and took me all of 3 minutes to finish my transaction. No issues. My credit limit there is $2000. I’m confused what happens after a while with Klarna, but apparently it happens to everyone, eventually, no matter how good you are with it. I’ll stick to ******** and ****** **** even ****** has payment plans if you spend enough. I’m done with Klarna since they feel the need to “curb my spending” for using the app like I’m supposed to. I’m confused.
      Someone said it might be because their credit is frozen/locked. Mine always is and never had this issue before.

      Klarna’s payment system is TERRIBLE! Their payment system was unable to allow me to make monthly payments!

      Awful! Do not do business with Klarna. Will not allow you to speak with a supervisor. Sent me to collections after speaking with them twice to get my card information correct on their end.

      Customer service was not helpful at all.First I was on hold for 1hr 58mins.
      Once I finally spoke to someone. He was not a helpful person. I explain to him my situation dealing with that order I made earlier this morning. I explain to him that I tried to cancel it last night by email and text . After no one responded to my letters. I tried calling the number on your website no one never picked up. Therefore, I called ***** explaining to them my situation, and I was told by them that me cannot cancel an order I have to go through Klana to cancel my order at the been on the phone with them for 45 minutes. I was told by there, that yes to go through.KLARNA to get it cancel. Also my bank I have to go through KLARNA because they’re the one that took the money out of my account so therefore they have to put it back. The **** the customer service person would not give me a manager or a higher up name and number he was not knowledgeable on how you process it works you could take money out of my account and 30 seconds and can’t get on the computer to cancel it. Unbelievable he also refused to email me that policy as you can tell I was not a a satisfied customer really annoyed, given miss information. I would love to hear from someone in management position. Thank you in advance for handling this matter.

      Please fix your payment system. I provided my new credit card number to you several times, but your system continues to use my expired credit card and sent several notices to me about missing a payment. I am going to payoff the bill so we will no longer have to deal with poor service. I hope you fix the issue for your future customers.

      I’ve been dealing with Klarna almost 3 years. I have bought 25 things, never missed a payment, paid early. I attached Auto pay. Now one payment was missed, why, I don’t know. They had a credit card applied, took all other payments out. I go to pay the missed payment, it states 413.00. It didn’t let me pay the missed payment. I called, for 2 hours I was on the phone with ***, I give her a 20 star, but she tried so I could pay the missed payment. Klarna would not let me it, they want the remaining balance of 413.00. I was a day late in being able to do that.
      I said why is it they have my card on record that was used before didn’t try to process? Even my record didn’t matter, all my payments for near 3 years. Never missed. They would only accept balance and fee. My last payment this coming month. I said send me invoice. I will pay 20.00 a month and never use you. I have 4 days to pay balance or it goes to credit agency. They would even accept the late payment! All or nothing. I will never use again.
      A computer issue on their end, they used my card the whole time and my card is still remaining on there. Their system shows old card. I see new one attach. For last 4 months payments were withdrawn, how can they say that? Not let be pay missed payment? Not working with me after all great records I have! Not a red mark.

      On 4/13/23 I received confirmation email from Klarna confirming return received from online purchase made at ************** for $301.36. That the refund would be processed to my in 7-14 business days. Today is 5/3/23, and after several chats and phone calls with Customer Service, they still have not refunded my money. And even gone as far as asking for a copy of my bank statement proving I did not receive the funds. ************** Customer Service is no help at all, twice phone call conversations, repeating there is nothing they can do; that they released the funds to Klarna. So I have no merchandise and out $301.36!!! ************** confirmed Klarna continues being a problem, that they receive customer complaints about holding onto funds from returns. ************** - DO BETTER! STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!

      They let scammers keep $800 of my money. I proved over and over with with emails that I had broken items and missing items. They would not refund my MONEY! Do NOT USE THEM UNLESS ITS A STORE YOU ARE 100% sure about it. This payment option should be closed. And your bank account is not safe from them either. DONT DO IT! They don’t make these stores be responsible!

      I was trying to purchase items off of ****** through the Klarna app. Klarna charged me for two gift cards that totaled $333.59. Which they took out of my account on March 4,2023. I contacted ****** they canceled both gift cards, they advised me to contact Klarna to receive a refund. Which I did and received one gift card refund of $166.82. I’ve been trying to get my refund for the other card. I’ve been trying to get it since March 4 and no resolution. Klarna wants me to pay for a gift card I don’t have. They want me to pay another $166.69 which doesn’t make any sense. Please ???? help this company is a FRAUD!!!

      Klarna gave access to my account and in turn the user went out and bought a fire place in Miami at a ******* store. I called to inquire why there was a purchase of 196.30 x3 on my credit card purchased via karna. I did not give access to anyone, I did not make the purchase. I reach out to their customer service support twice, a few weeks would pass and I would get the same response regarding #******. Then klarna had the nerve to send a final invoice. I canceled the credit card and closed the klarna account.
