      This was my first purchase of a bed through the Klarna app and I was very deceived. I was sent a product that absolutely does not match the photo and description, as indicated on the seller's website. They sent me a crude fake made of cheap and low-quality materials, which was very different from what was in the image on the website of their store. The product came without instructions and it was not indicated where to attach the parts. The materials were flimsy and poor quality, and some details were missing. The size of the bed was not right, it was very small so our mattress didn't fit perfectly. We wrote to Klarna about a product issue. But we were redirected to the seller. The seller turned out to be a scammer, as he deliberately posts on his site photos of goods stolen from other sites, and then makes gross fakes, and then extorts buyers to buy this discrepancy, making discounts, manipulating that returning the goods will cost the buyer dearly. We had a dispute with the seller for a long time, provided all the photo evidence and we demanded a refund. But the seller continued to aggressively offer us discounts, forcing us to buy this low-quality product. As a result of the negotiations, we did not come to an agreement, since the seller ignored our right not to buy the product if it does not match what we ordered. We tried to negotiate with Klarna, but Klarna always redirects us back to the seller. This is the vicious circle of their scam.Klarna did not help us in any way to protect ourselves from the seller's powerless actions and did not protect us from this scammer.This product is with us, waiting for a courier from the seller. Therefore, the seller can take it back at any time. But the seller and Klarna are still demanding money from us, counting on impunity for their fraudulent actions.

      Klarna doesn’t give me refund back at all. I have total around $1000 but not able to refund yet even providing return receipt. This is not ok.

      I would not be using Klarna again to buy anything from any store because they switched up my information on my account to some other lady‘s account somehow and they said that it was the phone numbers and then you send me that and my items and even get it some lady got it I know I’m trying to get my money back and they are refusing to give it back to me because they’re saying that they need to contact the lady that has my items and there’s no way they could get in contact with her. They won’t give me her phone number that the store needs to get in contact with her, I do not like with how Klarna handles their customer after they lose their packages that they paid for it so now I have to wait for the store that I ordered my stuff from to find where the Frick this lady’s phone number is to contact her so I could get my my money is so fucking stupid and ridiculous that I have to go through all this just to get my money back. I am not a happy customer at all and I don’t feel like I’m going to be using this app anymore after I get my money back because I will every single day because I need to see if they’re gonna give me this lady’s phone number I’m getting my money back.

      I had charge come out of my account for amazon gift card I never purchased not even on file on my Amazon account but they saying since made on my card they are not responsible so had to have my bank dispute it which takes 90 days

      I placed an order with *****, a hair company that I have now learned uses false advertisements and deletes real reviews to scam customers. Klarna has been of no help, constantly stopping my investigation into the validity of the order. I requested a refund two days after receiving my order, both from Klarna and the merchant. I have gotten tossed back between the two with no real answers or assistance. Now my account with Klarna is in collections. I’ve used this company multiple times with multiple other companies and this is so disappointing to see. More importantly is this issue is now affecting my credit score and home purchasing ability. This is all so ridiculous.

      These people will not issue me a refund, they are plain awful. Even though the company confirms the return, Klarna will not refund me.

      My daughter opened an account with them using my name but they wont take my name off the account. She uses her credit card but she's always late paying the bill. What can I do ?

      Well I see mine is like the other 1000 reviews. I used Klarna for well over a year (well over 2000$) payments have been made . Now my purchase power is $200. Ok I dealt with that BUT will not let me make a $20 purchase. Stated also I had 77 points when I can plainly see it was almost 500 pts last purchase which was over 60 days now. What's the deal with doing people like this and by reading these reviews it happens ALOT.

      Be aware that if someone opens an account under your name they won’t do anything about it. I didn’t know this happened to me until I started receiving emails from a collection agency. I had never even heard of Klarna before. After a month of calling them I finally received an email from their fraud department. They determined there was no fraudulent activity even though they admitted to having a different phone number on file that was different than mine. They also said the dispute cannot be reversed and they cannot re-dispute this order. I filed a police report. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

      Customer service agents are incompetent and disrespectful. Klarna does not provide refunds in a timely manner, even for transactions that they themselves cancel due to blacklisting the vendor. I spent over a week dealing with condescending imbeciles telling me a preauthorization hold would go away on an already processed transaction without any results, even thoughI provided the tracing number from the bank in the very firstmessage. I ended up having to dispute the transaction through the bank and get a new debit card. Their system is broken and none of their agents have a clue. They just input cookie cutter answers from a script without ever actually looking into the issue.
