  I had the Klarna credit card for at least 6 months never missed payment and always stayed current. They reduced my purchase power drastically without warning and I pulled my credit report and they check my credit score it appears weekly.
  This card offers no perks and you pay $4.99 a month to use and you make payments every two weeks. I feel like this card has hurt my credit and the formula or AI they using for calculating is way off. After my balance is paid I’m not using the card anymore it’s intrusive with no benefits and customer service is basically copying pasting messages.

  Klarna never provided a refund after I had immediately returned an item in a store, had the receipt to confirm return. I provided all to the customer service channel and Klarna made every excuse possible to not provide over a $100 refund. DO NOT TRUST Klarna if you want to have flexibility of returning your purchase. It is impossible.

  I have had Klarna for years and I think this company is a scam you make your payments on time and the system will automatically say that your payments are past due after the payments are made. Also, I have had an issue to where my spending limit was 2100 and somehow the system glitch during a purchase and it took my purchase power all the way back down to $100 for the company will tell you that maybe my credit score went down and that’s why my spending limit changed. Please beware when using this company they will do anything to start your spending limit over also will tell you that you have late payments when in fact you have already paid it or it’s not even due

  Klarna has $73 of my money on hold. I noticed on my Klarna account that I had two items from ***** that was still processing. I contacted Klarna via live chat and told them and also showed them the emails from ***** saying my item was out of stock and my order was canceled. Klarna said it would take 10 days for my money to be back in my account. That was on March 16. Ten days has come and gone and no money. I contacted the company again and still they say you’ll get your money sometime in the future. I called Klarna customer service and got tge same response. You will get your money in the future but never says when. Klarna are SCAMMERS. PLEASE BEWARE before using Klarna.

  I started with klarna with a credit score of 520 they gave me a limit of 200$ that I used and always paid on time my limit went up to 1000$ always paid on time and suddenly I see my limit went down to 150$ I called CS and asked why my limit went down they told me it's because credit score , payment history , balance. Makes no sense because my balance was less than 200$ and I NEVER missed a payment and my credit score is 550 so my score actually went up ... obviously there a scam . And you never pay equal monthly payments they will let you pay around 35% of purchase up front then they will schedule the rest for monthly payments...

  Klarna is the worst payment app I have ever seen they don’t return your money when they mess up and cancel a order for no reason at all they dont update their app like they should they blame everything on their computer

  I don't want to put a stat because they don't even deserve this I have followed all the rules on Klarna. And I was cleaned out of my purchase power this is terrible I have made payments before due dates and have been diligently mindful and responsible to ensure payments were met earlier or on time my purchase power was from $1500 to now $50

  I have used Klarna several times. I placed an order for groceries for $41.49 , on March 16th. ******* chaged extra in case you go over the amount. So I created a card for $88, Klarna told me my account would reflect the new payment amount within 13 days. Today day 14, they still have not corrected it. On Hold with live chat, only to come back and tell me to report it. They are holding my money hostage. Bad business practices. Not happy.

  What they fail to tell you, is when you return an item, you do not get credit for that item. That the store you brought the item from gets the credit and you end up paying for it anyway even though you know longer have the item. ****** is not going to credit Klarna they are going to credit me. Hence, no item in my possession, but Klarna still gets to charge me. How stupid am I?? Never again, make sure you understand the net they hold over you....
