      Horrible Service. I bought $300 worth of *** cologne and NEVER received 1 bottle. They tell you to call the company,so I did and *** said that the order was lost or missing, so I reply back to Klarna with the email confirming the order was lost, and they have the nerve to tell me the order was delivered. What!!! Liars. Who does that. I spent thousands with this company but never again!! DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

      I really wish I could give half a star....or less! I've had Klarna for over 2 years. Built my purchase power to $1000. NEVER late, NEVER missed a payment. They made me do an update and then after that, I haven't been able to make any new purchases. I built a VERY STABLE & SECURE account/payment history. Then all of a sudden, they base their decision/approval on credit history. My credit was worse 2 years ago when I first started with Klarna. (And got approved for every purchase! All while making every payment on time and building my account strong!) It makes absolutely no sense to me. It's so frustrating & VERY unfair! I worked hard to build a good reputation with them just to be smacked in the face. I am HAPPY to supply proof as well. I'm not lying...I'm sooo disappointed and sooo frustrated. I think a class action lawsuit for all the people who helped build them up just to get dumped on would bring us all some justice.

      Klarna have put in new system that don’t recognize old customer ,like me that have been with them since 2019.So I have made many purchases small and big amounts.I never been late and never missed a payment. So I kinda help get this company up and I also invited family and friends to it .So however, now I can’t purchase anything and my credit haven’t been all that great when I started this with them. It’s so sad how they do people that help them get to the top! They suck !!!!!!!

      Not a good company what so ever. They will give you a nice credit limit, however, if you don't use it they will decrease your limit drastically. Their reason is for not using the limit I got approved for and or my credit limit decreased which either reasons make no sense when I was NOT using the app for anything. I rather recommend ******** !!! They are the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!

      Horrible customer service! I never got an item and they're trying to tell me that I'm still going to get billed. Even though I've sent pictures of the dispute and about the item I never received! This has been going on since January 2023. I also returned an item and they are also trying to bill me for that! Even after I've sent screenshots that the item was returned, but I never got the refund. Klarna is ridiculous! No one there knows what they're doing!

      Used this app for years and spent thousands of dollars with impeccable payment history and my credit score has been static or improved over that time. I had over a thousand in spending power. Overnight it dropped to zero for seemingly no reason. Customer service is more like customer torture as they can't help nor explain anything nor fix anything. It's been 8 months now and I still can't use the app. Even 25$ purchases are declined. Terrible app, waste of time investing my time in this company and developing a payment history.

      Used to be an excellent way to do BNPL. Then they became greedy like after pay/zip/etc. never had missed payments. My credit scores is fine (something they used to not check) and yes now they like to spout how this is to “lend responsibly and just cause you were denied this time you may not next time) I’ve only been continuously denied the past month when they removed my spending limit for seemingly no reason. I fully expect a response saying what I’ve said above and that “due to privacy concerns (yea right) they can’t go into anymore details about what my spending power is or isn’t for that matter. Save the money buy it upfront don’t deal with these new scammers. They definitely have an A+ on here due to paying the website. Remember the bbb isn’t anything but the very first yelp it’s just this is the only place people will check for reviews.

      I have been dealing with Klarna without issue for a year, but they are refusing to refund me an order from Sephora 3 weeks after it was officially cancelled by the store. Customer service is non-existent, and you will get the same generic answer from every “representative”. There are zero options to call or get transferred to a higher up customer service representative. I will be deleting this app after this is resolved and I urge others to do the same, not that they would care anyways.

      I’m so frustrated with them. I didn’t have any problem on the first couple of transactions with them last year.
      In between December and January, I have made 8 different purchases( with 4 approved payment plans) and they have charged my bank account more than 4 payments on top of the 4 agrees payments!!
      Some even with duplicate charges on the same day!!!So out of 8 purchases, they keep doing this to 2 of those purchases. One purchase, I decided to pay off early w 3 remaining payments left. And they still kept on charging me for those 3 payment schedule! It's so frustrating!

      Never approve me anymore even though I’ve had orders and paid every dime on time!! Absolutely ridiculous company.
