      You have to pay for items outright before they give you a spending limit. It should be advertised that way since other sites like ******** already give you a spending limit when you sign up. Customer service is a joke.

      I’m not happy at all. They put a illegal site on their app. I got the parcel they company sent wrong size I return it and company didn’t want to give me back my money. Bare in mind this is from December and now it’s almost end of Feb 2023 and no resolution.they refuse to take any responsibility at all for putting a fake site on their app. They even close the case without informing me and I have to reopen the case as I’m not letting $150 go to waste.

      I pay my balance early everytime most of the time pay more than the minimum and never get my available balance updated- customer service reads from a script so they can never help. Supposedly the “purchase power” is controlled by an electronic software and no one can fix any issues! You have to wait for the app to fix itself!
      Waste of time!!

      I used Klarna 4 times and paid my account in full every time. Now my purchase power is zero for no reason. What a joke. There is no way to even send a message to customer service or a number to call. The website just kicks you to a page where you cannot send a message. There is no number to call or email to send any questions to. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone in my business practices again. Prior to this, I was referring a lot of my customers to use this service. Never again!

      Horrible company. After I was issued a refund, Klarna charged me again! I filed a complaint with my bank, got a refund, I removed my card from the Klarna account and they charged me again. I’ve never experienced something like this. How this company has not been sued or shot down for illegal business practices is beyond me.

      I haven't seen a company this punitive since I was in the military. I bought and paid for a double-digit number of items through Klarna. As a matter of fact, yesterday I was thinking of making a purchase and changed my mind. My purchase power was strong. I checked back in the next morning and my purchase power was 0. No explanation. Just 0. Since customer service is a myth with Klarna, I couldn't even access the chat to find out what happened. No late payments. Multiple paid off items. Now way to find out why. The only response I have to their actions is to remove all of my payment cards from Klarna. Especially the cards for auto payments. Klarna will get their money. They will get their money on time. They want to change our business relationship without explanation, lets see how they like getting the same treatment. Why would you trash something that is working out so smoothly for both parties.

      Paid off one item and when I went to use my purchase power points it declined me. If you gonna deny me due to credit history then why let me buy the first time. They don’t even deserve a one star. They should be shut down . They don’t deserve anyones business. I paid on time and all.

      I used this company to purchase a product and the product never shipped. For the next 120 days Klarna provided no assistance other than to contact the company myself. It amazing how fast Klarna stole my money and refuses to refund it even after being requested to for now 120 days. Do not use this company for anything. They provide no protection and do not care about their customers.

      Customer service is a joke. Some are rude and the others just don’t know anything. It takes them weeks reply to am email. I’ve had an issue with my account for the past month and an half and they refuse to even look into the issue to fix it. Instead, all I get is generic, scripted answers.

      Klarna, twice now, has charged me and said there was an order, but the order never made it to the other store’s system. This meant I had an authorization hold on my bank account and in order to have it released, the store would need to “cancel the order.” The issue is, the order only exists in Klarna’s system, so the store has no “order” to cancel on their end! They make you wait 10 days at least for the charge to drop, but it takes reaching out to their unhelpful customer service, and a lot longer than that. CS claims it’s a hiccup, but it’s happened twice in a row now. They need to fix their system because I’m not giving them my money to play around with, any longer.
