      They suck the only customer service you can get is through message box or send them an email they don't refund all your money when you return things this is the second time it has happened me and my roommate used this company and both had issues with receiving all of the refund back. They steal your money and tell you to take it up w/ the company the products come from even though you only had dealings w/ Klarna

      Not even a customer of Klarna. They hacked into my bank account and was charging me for something I didn’t even do. Refused to listen to me report to them of this issue. Still trying to get my money back.

      I'll NEVER use klarna again. I've used them in the past and made payments on time!! All of a sudden now I'm not qualified so I'll be using another form of payment after pay etc!!!! Nothing but a rip off!!!!!!

      Do not buy from klarna no matter how you pay and try and build your credit up wit them they give you purchase power but then when I try and use it they send pop up decline because of credit they let you buy some throught them to lower you in and then take payment and want let you use the purchase power they say you got Will some lawer please help us wit law suit against them !

      Klarna will not refund my money after numerous attempts. ********* refundded to money to Klarna but Klarna will not refund thge money tome.

      Horrible Company. Threaten to take my account to collections. Made a full payment before the cut off date and now their system is forwarding me to collections. They well be hearing from my lawyer.

      Klarna sucks. I have never got my refund for the order that seller has canceled on it's own. Over 2 months ans still just promises... The are referring to my bank and so on.. but my bank has nothing to do with klarna lies... BEWARE. Better use another services.

      Klarna has started to debit my payment 5 days early than the payment date shown twice now. It sends an automatic alert payment failed will try again. It wasn’t even due till 5 days later. I hope this doesn’t ruin my credit because it even automatically suspends future purchases due to that. I know the money is in the bank even 5 days early and I don’t see it withdrawn so it might be a computer glitch that they don’t care to fix. I won’t be using them again due to other payment errors in past.

      First time i used Klarna, it was great, made payments on time and paid off a month early. From that point on, Everytime i tried to use it I would get a prompt that due to bad credit i was unable. Even after it prompted to changed my first payment due to an increased amount. WHAT A JOKE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO NO HELP. So, you get punished for paying your account off early and making payments on time. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STRESS! DO NOT USE KLARNA!!!

      I returned an item that was completely not what I ordered from **** ** *** using Klarna. I have confirmation emails the item was returned on 11/28/22. I have yet to receive my refund AND Klarna is threatening to charge me the full amount of purchase. They are thieves. How are they allowed to stay in business & how come a smart attorney hasn’t started a class action lawsuit??
