      The User experience of this app is a jumbled mess. I went to make my first payment for a pay in 4 plan, and all of a sudden 5 payments totalling over 500 were taken 0ut of my bank account. No option to cancel, no question of whether I wanted to go through with the transaction. They can't even get the simplest and only purpose of the app right. No opportunity to be refunded or cancel. Absolutely useless...

      Absolutely WORST customer service - employees knew nothing to help!!! They just repeat the same phrase over and over again. I was on the phone and they just HUNG UP on me. Same situation, they’re blaming the stores, and the stores have no idea what they deal is with them or why they’re saying that DONT DO IT!!!!

      Before Christmas 2022 I wasn't able to buy the gift for my family as I wanted knowing Klarna had my back, Klarna denied me. So don't rely on Klarna as your personal safety net when you can't afford something, because it happened to me and I feel detached because Klarna did what they did to me. My denial by Klarna is/was false. If the denial were true, I wouldn't have been able to purchase all the many things I did through my Klarna account (in which I have screenshots of) Klarna denied me because Klarna didn't want my business any longer and I attain Klarna's actions as such. My credit improved while Klarna says it didn't. So Klarna is conveying false information on my behalf of said attempt orders. Klarna shouldn't make customers unwelcome to it's site as Klarna did me and others alike, because that's bad business model and great paying customers like me don't appreciate that and will leave Klarna as I have. Klarna ruined their relationship with me and I won't forget or forgive Klarna for doing so. Especially since I paid on time never late!

      Klarna sucks! Got behind 2 payments which is my fault but only because I forgot about it. Went to make it current and it would only take payment in full. Called customer service and they wouldn't take payment either. 2 weeks later I have their dogs after me. Paid it off first chance I could and would never use them again!

      Do not use them! As others have stated, they are ******. I paid $ 80 to them for a ******** ******** jacket. Which I promptly returned. They refunded me $15 and customer service hung up on me when I called looking for my money. Will be reporting them.

      Returned an item in stores 12/7 and reported to klarna immediately. It’s 1/15 and I STILL cannot get my refund from them. I have provided proof of receipt over four times in different ways. Yet the customer service agent doesn’t respond to what I say when I send it and doesn't provide alternate instructions. Just keeps marking it “no receipt” and pasting a generic response about no receipt. They tell me to contact the merchant - I already went there! Absolutely terrible company. Clearly trying to avoid giving refunds.

      I have never received such terrible service from a business. Their online chat service consistently connects you to associates that have no knowledge and just copy and paste information from the FAQ page. They lie saying that a ‘specialist’ will reach out to you, refusing to give a timeline or how exactly they will contact you. Their site/app deletes chat history when it specifies that history will be saved.
      After some time and multiple hours of my wasted time a ‘specialist’ emailed me for details around the unauthorized transactions on my credit card. After replying with screenshots and more information they have not replied to my many follow ups. Almost $200 in unauthorized charges have been posted to my credit card and I am no closer to getting a resolution.
      I would suggest avoiding this business and using a payment plan directly through your bank/credit card provider.

      I have removed Klarna from my apps. I had an impeccable record of payment with them for over 2 years. NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT!! I had for file bankruptcy, not including them, and they cut my purchase power. I'd always paid my Klarna bill and now they have chosen to judge. I will never, ever purchase through Klarna. Thank you ********, ******, AND ***!! Your customer service is first rate. Klarna, snatch a page from their books.

      Be aware that even if you just click on the Klarna option they will put a hold on your bank account for the amount of the first payment that will be taken out, even if you do not use Klarna to make the purchase. I was not even considering using this and clicked it by accident. I have canceled my membership, will not use again and strongly suggest no one else does either. If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would.

      What a joke! I used this card many times with no problems until they changed their process. Sad and a joke. My payments always went thru. Their customer service is a joke and provide no help.
