      Klarna is a joke! I had to return an item that I paid 40.00 for and I only got back 11.00. They said they took a payment which after it’s returned there should be no more payments. I have talked to 5 different people and no answer.

      I make payments to Klarna on time every time and in one day my purchasing power went from $900 to $15 in one day with no missed payments! I tried contacting customer service and they did not even attempt to resolve this issue!

      Klarna is a SCAM! I made a return and should have only been charged for the $20 shipping fee. They still assessed a full interest fee of almost $40 for the entire purchase as opposed to just the interest on the shipping. Return was made in less than 10 days. Absolutely ridiculous

      Do NOT buy with Klarna!! As you can see with more than half of the other reviews, they steal your money! On 11/25 I purchased an item for $150 in ***** with Klarna. On 11-26 I returned this item in store and recieved a return receipt. Over a month later Klarna still has not given me my money back stating that ***** has not refunded them which is BS!. I contacted ***** who provided proof they received the refund, as well as my return receipt. Klarna tells me to fill out a “more information form” so they can get with macys. Well, the form does not work and you cannot submit it! I have reached out to Klarna several times and all the representatives say is “sorry ***** has not given us a refund”. I have never had this issue with after pay or quad pay. Do not do business with Klarna you will regret it if you have to return! I would not doubt that after some time they start slowly taking money out of people’s debit/banking accounts on file. BEWARE!

      I have been a faithful customer for Klarna for years now. I buy all my birthday, Christmas and even daily items through them. On 8/22/22 I purchased an airline ticket through the site for Southwest Airlines. An incident happened and I was unable to take the flight, so I cancelled it on southwest as well as Klarna. After canceling the flight I never went on, Klarna still continued to charge me. I disputed the transaction numerous of times, all they say is they can’t get ahold of them and for me to try. The told me to try to get ahold of Southwest for my refund, which as you can guess didn’t respond to me either. If they couldn't get ahold of them, I don't get how they expected for me to. I provided all the required documents they asked for we are just waiting for a response from Southwest. I shouldn’t have to pay for purchase that was never received correctly. I probably won’t be using Klarna anymore, they definitely lost a faithful customer.

      Klarna just charged me for an item that was canceled from Saks back in August. . I never received and now all of a sudden out of the blue they are charging me for it. I think it is because I have a perfect payment history and have stopped using them. There is no other reason for them to falsify charges.

      Klarna doesn’t honor nor help their consumers. I live in Florida and the hurricane came through and destroyed everything in its past. Everyone is trying to get their lives back together. I tried to purchase something from target through Klarna. They say my spending amount is $200 get there and nothing happens. Message comes up and say it can’t be used, that false advertising and misleading. I would used any ther company but this one. I reached out sent emails, no response at all. Happy holidays and thank you for allowing me to share my experience.

      I returned multiple items and the business showed it was returned back to my Klarna credit card and they are trying to tell me it was returned to my bank account when there is no bank account linked. They refuse to update my payment plan even though it shows the money was returned to the card. I am not going to pay for what I returned. I will take Klarna to court on this issue.

      BBB, can you please offer some solutions regarding this company.
      I went back and forth with Klarna for a year, and unfortunately every attempt led to frustration and phone agents who say the same thing over and over again. How can a business that truly steals from customers are able to continue to run and not be penalized for their actions. I really hope Klarna truly does an overhaul because it's not okay for them to get away with not refunding their customers for products that are defected or did not receive, as was my situation.

      I placed an order on November 16 th that still have not received when calling customer service I was told that it was my problem and they will see what they can do about it if the merchant hasn’t sent you an tracking number than you will need to figure it out with them we will see what we can do. But you was the one that took my money not only dis you take the funds I paid the full amount due so I’m just supposed to give them my money and get nothing. There customer service is horrible and they do not help you at then I was to wait for a call back from a manager it had to wait 3-7 days wow what a horrible company they need to be shut down
