      Beware of THEFT. Klarna has been issuing false one-time card numbers for returned or refunded items that differ from the original one-time card number provided so they can claim refunds weren't received and collect payment twice. There are too many other options for pay in four to risk using this service.

      Klarna has People thing that paying on time give bonus star "power" but it's just a gimmick to keep people buying through them . You build and build but then they still deny the amount that is less then then power points. What is the point?

      I tried buying tickets with klarna. It wouldn't let me do the payment plan so I tried paying in full. The tickets were selling so fast that by the time I tried processing the payment the tickets were already gone. Klarna still took the $600 out of my account and when I called them they said it will take 7 days to get the money back into my account. Even though I'm getting my money back I'm very disappointed that their website still processed my payment even though I didn't get my tickets. I will never recommend Klarna.

      So far, Klarna has been excellent. I find that this company quickly adjusts final charges so that your series of payment amounts are correct. They are now on Instacart and this is wonderful! I love this company and I can't wait until they release their credit card. I am sorry about the other customers that have been having problems. Hopefully, they can be rectified soon. I think Klarna is great and I hope they only get better in the future.

      I wouldn't even give them ONE STAR! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!After setting up agreement for my purchases including the dates due and method of payment on MORE THAN FIVE occasions KLARNA deducted from the WRONG ACCOUNT AND IT WAS 3 WHOLE DAYS BEFORE IT WAS DUE!!! This caused my bank to charge $35 overdraft fees for each time.That was the beginning of September.... I have gotten NOWHERE! HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.... NOPE!STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CONSUMERS.

      Klarna is horrible I been making my payments had a credit limit that went down. Plus they pull your credit its a soft one but still stays on your credit report. When u do a return it takes so Long to process or they may lose the return and you have to pay for something you don't have so please beware of this company

      I'd give them 0 if I could, just like they did my purchase power!!!!!! I have always paid my payments on time, recently paid well over ***** dollars of payments and they won't increase my purchase power, it stays at 0!!!!!!!!! I want my purchase power back!!!!!

      Klarna dropped my limit and declined my purchases when I been with them over a year plus never been late on my orders. I advise no one to do business with klarna they are a rip off.

      Everything I've tried to do the pages freeze... Sign in, change phone #, get code, it all ends in a frozen screen. Worthless. It's hard enough getting an order done with brain damage, even harder when he gets to check out then you have to mess around for 3 hours with your payment options.
