      I have a 836 FICO and Klarna can't figure out how to override the "automatic" identity verification process that is preventing my order from going through. **************** is useless.

      Turn off do the worst from having a $1000 limit they took him down to $75 they said that I missed a payment which I never did I all my payments were on time I am ready for the lawsuit

      I attempted to purchase an item using Klarna, however it was declined. But Klarna still charged my card FOUR TIMES. And when I contacted them to complain, they told me I would have to wait 7 days for my funds to refunded back to my checking account. This is not the first time this has happened to me using Klarna. They constantly have issues. This is the last time I will be using Klarna as a third party, but others who choose to use them should know about their janky practices.

      Bought a new mattress with Klarna and set up payments automatically with a debit card. My card was compromised right after this purchase so when I got an email from Klarna stating my first payment declined I jumped online to update my information with my new debit card. Set up the info for payment and for all future automatic payments to happen automatically from my new card and it's NEVER been updated! You cannot call and talk to anyone, you're just directed to download the app and update there. Doesn't work, I've updated my info 4 times now. Now Klarna has sent my purchase to collections. Extremely infuriating when you set up autopayments and they don't update the info and just send you to collections. Not recommended at all if you have to switch forms of payment in the middle of your payment plan!

      So enered up moving and changing my address and phone number and due to a divorce I changed my email. Well apparently someone with a different name, email and address was behind on payments but I got penalized for it. And after 2 months nothing. They are working on it. Dont trust them.

      Klarna is absolutely useless. You cannot purchase most items, as they only use an automated system that tells them that every purchase you may try to make is of a prohibited item or service. Hi end figure from the world's largest online you retailer? Prohibited. ****** models? Nope. T shirts from **** ******** official retail page? Never. They are in breach of their own user agreement. Forget this app. Use literally any other and you'll have no problems.

      Klarna started pretty well. I loved the fact I was able to purchase small items until payday if I needed to. Then they decided to make an unannounced change. I stated with over $2000+ spending power. I have never had a late payment ever and I decided to make a small purchase and was denied. The only reason I was told is that I had overdue charges. Mind you I have never had an overdue charge. I contacted customer service and they knew nothing. They said it was all their automatic service and that I should receive an email later in the month explaining why. I finally received it and it says that I have overdue charges. However, I do not so I screenshot everything and sent it and the email back to them. They were no help. Unorganized and not knowledgeable. My spending power still says the same thing, I still make my payments on time, but can no longer use the app. Oh well, I say. I will just take my business elsewhere.

      I purchased a Puffy mattress and Klarna was the financing company I had to deal with. I made all my payments at the beginning of the month but found out that even though I had made my payment for the month that their due date was the 26th of the month so I was awarded a late fee several times. After communicating with the company and explaining that my payments earlier in the month were supposed to be applied for the company's due date, I got nowhere. Recently I tried to pay off the balance and was only given the option to make a regular payment, plus a late fee or the remaining amount financed, but not both. I disagree with their accounting practices and will not pay a late fee because they can't figure out how to accept payments and apply them properly to an account. My recommendation is to not do business with this company, they are dishonest and incompetent.

      I have not been dealing with this company long but what i am running into final transaction amount are not being updated, cancelled card refund or not being returned no customer service phone number to deal with account issues, BNPL platforms are not regulated and I really believe this is becoming a problem because I gives them the opportunity to not be fair to people and even cheat people I've had it with this company I'm not using the services anymore any balances I have with them going to be paid off and I'm sitting the whole account down not only with this company with zip pay also they all crooks
