      Im so frustrated with this place So everything was going well until I noticed they sent me something saying my payment was declined when there was plenty of money in my account to make my payment. I attempted to reach out to someone and I legit got NOWHERE! Now I go to make a purchase and it told me that due to my credit it could not be approved Are you kidding me? This company is a scam and I am livid the minute I get my money back I will leave another review on ****** and then I hope other ppl stand clear of this scamming company.

      Klarna is a joke. Wasn't this service supposed to be not like credit? Now that's changed overnight and quite frankly wouldn't be surprised if a class action lawsuit isn't on the horizon. Built my PP at 1,600$. Was proud of it,[aid on time redeemed rewards until I went to purchased something and boom seen it went from **** to 300. Called customer service which is a joke because they blamed the "algorithm". After several emails and calls I actually got a hold of a knowledgeable rep and he told me its not based on a credit scoring model. You could hear in his voice he was truly sorry. So within a day with no 30 day notice Klarna did this. I can't wait for Apple to start their service and eat at your profit margins.

      They charged me a $25 late fee w/o informing me that they required a full routing number/account number rather than my debit card, which had been used for two years prior with no issues. I had to communication regarding this change and when asked, no reason was given.. Will no longer do any business with them.

      Really bad company when you are trying to get your money back from refund they customer service is rude I been fighting to get my money back from a company and show Klarna they received the item back they still charged me and told me its my fault like huh? I rather use zip pay if its a big order I will only use them on small items thats no more than $55 because they will not help u getting your money back if the company doesnt respond to them even though you give them alll the information and the tracking number etc I been going through it its been 6moths still nothing I wouldnt not recommend anyone to this company when trying to get your money back

      They are frauds. They are going into your bank account and taking money out of an account that my card isn't even on file as saved. They'll say it don't matter, they use the card you placed the order with from the website of whatever company you purchase from. They are scammers and can't be trusted

      I am not liking klarna, yes its good to be able to get now pay later but they keep on tacking on fees on my balance. One day I saw one amount then shortly after that I saw $1.00 added when fees were tacked on earlier so they keep adding them and I am paying on my balance earlier than scheduled.

      klarna just blocked me on their ******** page they didn't like me telling the ***** on how they LIED to me but thats ok they LOST a good customer here that was NEVER late.

      This company is absolutely the WORST! In the beginning it was great and very helpful. Ive r the last few months it has been a nightmare. I had built my purchase power up to around $1300 and one day it just went away. *** never missed a payment and have payed off so many orders. When I contacted customer service they claimed they couldnt help and that theyve changed the way they check credit and calculate purchase power. So those of us with a perfect payment history are completely ripped off if we dont have the best credit. When that used to not be a factor. Their customer service staff are rude and have dont know what theyre doing. I wish I could give 1 star.

      A store refunded my purchase and Klarna shows that got the refund so instead of giving me my money back they adjusted their plan to take even more of my money. And they refuse to fix it. They like to steal your money.This is not the first time. The last times they have fixed it but this time theyre planning the dumb card. So Im officially done with Klarna. Ive been so loyal to them and Im done now.

      I have a purchase power of more than 2k on my account. Ive had no issue using the one time cards and getting my transactions approved. Now I wont even get approved for a $10 purchase. Very upsetting, I will not be using Klarna anymore and will not be recommending it to anyone else
