      I picked Klarna on *************** for a ***. I waited a week with no confirmation that my product had shipped. I contacted Klarna who said to contact ***********. I did and they said they have no record of the order. I talked to one Klarna agent who said wait 72 hours from the week. Waited and still wasn't automatically canceled so talked to another which told me to wait till the following week and just now I was told once again to wait another week...They refuse to cancell the order after almost 4 weeks of telling them my product isn't coming. They are scamming people and I can't believe that these other companies are in partnership with this terrible company. Don't ever use Klarna!

      **************** process is complete garbage. I will never use them again. I placed an order that the merchant ended up refunding but it never showed up on my account. I disputed it and sent them a ton of screen shots from confirmation emails to the merchant themselves confirming it was refunded yet they declined my dispute saying I didnt provide the information required. They do their best to automate everything and when you get an actual person they barely have enough power to actually help. They do their best to keep you from talking to someone on the phone about that its any more help. The bank wont refund your money because youre using a third party. Buyers beware. Seems like a nice way to purchase things unless things go wrong, then youre screwed.

      Do not use KLARNA!! I agreed to pay $192 over 4 payments. my bank was charged $534. When I contacted Klarna they told me that this was due to a number of reasons. my problem is that I would have NEVER made the purchase had they disclosed that my initial payment would be $534 of the $768 due for the concert tickets. This is a switch and bait. Feels completely predatory and I will never speak well of this company.

      In May 2024, I made a purchase from ******* through the Klarna website. Once I received the order, I discovered that it was too much. In the past, the returns process has taken too long to get a refund. So, I went into the store and returned the items myself, and $95.00 was returned to my checking account. ********************** accepted the return but refused to adjust the payment process, taking $105.00 from my checking account to complete the payment process. I file a dispute complaint with my bank, **************. They were provided with all the documents and informed of the issues. They reversed the payment until the investigations were complete. After several weeks,***** resolved the issue in Klarn's favor. I was considered a third party, and they did not accept this transaction. I'm so confused as to how this decision was reached. I purchased the items through the Klarna website, and they accepted the returned items but failed to adjust the payment process. In the past, it took six months for me to resolve and get a refund for shoes that went to the wrong address. In another incident regarding Art Supplies, Klarna took several months to refund my money again. I strongly suggest that Klarna's returned policies be investigated and updated in favor of their customers especially if the items are purchased from their website.

      KLARNA runs its entire business model through an automated system. The result is that the entire infrastructure is run through a computer algorithm and when something goes wrong, customers get nothing and no explanation why. It's difficult to get a real person to talk to and when you do, most of them are not privileged to what the reason is for why things aren't working. It took me over a week and 1/2 to finally speak with someone real who seemed to know what the issue was. The representative I ultimately got to speak with was courteous and polite but after well over a week, she was the only one who knew that what the others had recommended was part of the problem and by then, it was too late for me to make the purchase I needed them for. Hours away from family and work and nothing to show for it.

      I attempted to make a purchase from ******* and I chose Klarna as my method of payment. The first payment was put on hold with my bank, but the purchase never completed and was not processed. I thought I made a mistake so I went to check out again and I selected Klarna as my payment method and the same thing happened, another first payment came out of my bank on hold, but the purchase was not processed, and there was no confirmation which I usually received from ******* .
      I contacted Klarna. I contacted ******* . I contacted my bank after a few hours of back-and-forth. The conclusion was that Klarna took the money and never approved the purchase for no reason.
      This is a shady company. I advise you use ******** or a different type of company.
      Klarna needs to be investigated for its business practices. Thankfully, my bank releases the funds on hold in just a couple of days.

      I would give zero stars! I will never deal with them again! First off I made a purchase with Fashion Nova I dont know how they got envolved because I payed full price for the clothes. I never received my items and this was told to both Fashion Nova and KLARNA. I then went back & fourth with Fashion Nova telling them about the issue. They offered me a $10 gift card for $244 worth of clothes. I declined & disputed it with my bank. 3 months later my bank reverses it due to KLARNA sending them a policy about disputing it with them. I did! They started a new claim never responded back to not 1 email never asked me about my proof but then emails me saying Fashion Nova provided them proof of delivery. How?? When everybody in the world has cameras. It was my money so why not ask me to send my proof. My money was just took from both parties. I wouldnt advise anyone to use KLARNA because they will rip you off. They dont care and they dont help or investigate. You will just be out of ******************* with them. And they will never respond to you! You will be ignored. Keep your money DO NOT USE KLARNA EVERRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! The biggest crooks at least just using your bank card you wont loose but this third party KLARNA is some bulls*t

      I sent the essential information that I called in 24 hrs to cancel fiction Academy, to the number they want me to use to cancel but that phone was unanswered number It was always dropped within the first ring. I have called that number, several time before24 hrs and it just dropped. I think Fiction sets it so people can struggle to get through. I use Klarna to purchase the program hoping it was remote work didn't I know that I have to pay. I never hear about Klarna before I thought it was the part of *************** remote work. So Now, Klarna trying to mess up my credit. I waited for a month, fiction said they did send refund to Klarna, and later on December 2ND this person who's with Klarna Xhonathan said I cant get refund because I didn't have enough evidence for them to dispute and Klarna sent me a statement with a late fee. So my concern is I don't appreciate how Klarna operate they try to put me in debt. They put me on hold for a month to solve this dispute problem, so now they come back by sent me email that I have to pay the bill and late free. So to me It shows that Klarna want to Jupiter my credit by Forcing me to pay a disputed and pay something I can't afford.$2,000 its lot of money I told fiction this was not fit for me, and Klarna stood behind them instant to hear my side. I am full y not happy about it. I give Klarna a Zoro because it's all about them scamming people buy putting the entrance so you cannot get out to ***** So I wish BBB to check Klarna if they are doing or serving consumers fairly!!.Thanks for reading my notes.**** W

      I used Klarna through ***** and they charged me two different times altogether $82 and when I called petco for more information on the order they said they didnt have either order? Glad Klarna is holding my money for a week during the holiday season.

      I will never waste anyone's time by recommending this company for installment payments. They are by far the absolute worse, their system is complete and utter trash. Regardless having used the same reoccurring card for transactions they can choose to reject your payment method of every kind without reason.
