      I love this company. Ive never had an issue and have been rewarded over $200 in Amazon gift cards for using it. I like using them vs a regular credit card cause it forces you to pay it off. I always pay via debt so Im not rolling one debt to another card. Love love love them.

      August 19th I received an email stating that my card had been declined for the installment due on the 19th. This made sense as I lost my debit card and had it replaced the week earlier. I immediately log on and change the payment method and attempt to complete the installment payment at which point I'm told on screen that I must pay both the current and upcoming charges now. I call customer service to ask about this and while on hold to pull up my account I was disconnected. Today the 20th, I attempt to call customer service once more and the agent tells me that the reason that I can't just pay the current installment is because today is the 20th. I tell her for the third time that I attempted all of this yesterday and asked to speak with someone else, to which she responds "You have to call again to speak with someone else, I cannot transfer you." The next person was literally no help as well, when the original issue at hand was my attempting to pay the current installment on the day that is was due.I'd definitely say that Klarna is not worth the convenience of paying over time. One more example of a company so far up its own APP that it doesn't understand what customer service is.

      They offer 4 easy payments and you click on that and they process the payment using your credit card and the full amount is taken from your credit card. They claim I choose the pay with card option and I believe originally I choose the 4 payment option. I can use my own credit card without Klarna and accomplish the transaction. It appears that their advertising and service are misrepresented. I will not be using this company again and see no reason why anyone would chose Klarna as a middleman in a transaction

      They are all scam and zero customer service. There is a glitch with the return system they are running and are trying to make me pay for $100 purchase that I returned two months ago. Do not use them, they are most a legitimate company. I'm filling a report and will be urging ************** not to deal with this scammer company.

      This is the worse company ever. They have no policy in place to speak with a supervisor or manager. They have too many automated procedures, this company cares more about the money they make than the services they provide.They are trying to allow HK HANGXIN TRADING **** LIMITED to scam me for $237.99 even after I returned their product.

      Two months to working on a refund and I dont have any expectations on getting it. Klarma is the worse company, customer services is really bad , that company should be closed since they play with peoples money

      Never really had a problem until this refund I had back in June and they were unable to refund to card was told would receive paper check in mail. 2 months later still havent received refund just keep getting told Weve put in a request its very frustrating.

      My experience:July 19th I was emailed by Klarna letting me know the company I made a purchase from refund Klarna my money. So I was due a refund of $124.44 in 7 to 10 business days. It's now August 14th and still no refund. I have been trying to get into my account to chat: but for some reason my account is gone now. I have been trying to call, I've emailed customer service and I've gotten automated replies. I also emailed the dispute representatives of Klarna since technically this is a dispute since They have not refunded me my money. There reply to me is: Thank you for your recent reply regarding your order from ____ with corresponding invoice number ___. This email is to confirm we have received your inquiry and ask you to please only contact us again if you have new information regarding this matter.I left company blank because my complaint is only with Klarna. Based on the reply in the email: The thing they are ignoring in my dispute isn't with the company I bought the collar from since they issued the refund to Klarna. My dispute is with Klarna who still has my money and will not tell me why it's not refunded yet and when it will be issued back to me since it's passed the timeliness they gave me. Any help is appreciated The collar didn't work, I followed all the steps for a refund and I need my money back from Klarna.

      Horrible company !! Representatives SUCK!!!! Dont waste your time !! Nobody answers nobody knows what you are talking about
