      All processes are automated and there is no one to talk to, you run the risk of an item never being processed from store but klarna still charges you until that is resolved.Klarna says it issues refund but not full amount and that partial amount itself is never credited. Cannot dispute charge with bank since it was authorized. *****. Search reviews on klarna and "best customer service" is at the top,which is false since there is no customer service.

      ******** customer service! Don't do business with them. I had a pending order for items never purchased since August 2024 it's now December 2024. I called to ask them to remove it and they sent me to multiple customer service areas. No success. I wasted an hour of time and I got no resolution.

      I use Klarna for the installment plan. Sometimes its easier to purchase something when you can make multiple small installments. I have used Klarna before and had no issues that is why I used it recently for a purchase. The item I wanted was on a half off sale. I didn't have the full amount in my bank account, I didn't want to miss out on the sale so I selected klarna as payment at checkout. My payment information was already filled out from a previous time using them, all I did was update my address. I finished processing my order and I get a notification from my bank that the full amount of the purchase was taken from my bank! Wait! Excuse me! I didn't have the full amount in my bank therefore I over drafted my account. The whole point of using klarna was the small installments. I contacted the retail vendor to cancel the order so I could get a refund. They said I had to contact klarna to cancel the order since they would be issuing the refund. I get on the klarna site and I have to file a dispute which I tried to do multiple times but when I got the page where you attach proof for your dispute I could not advance passed that page. I attempted this multiple times and couldn't finish filing a dispute. So I get on chat with an agent and he told me I needed to contact the retail vendor to which I advised the retail vendor said to contact them. They advised me to file a dispute to which I told them of my challenges with that. The agent said he couldn't issue me a refund and I have to file a dispute. We were just going in circles at this point. What I wanted to understand is why I got charged the full amount. The agent said the reason it happened was I didn't select the option to pay in installments. I told him I didn't understand that was a necessary election because the point of klarna is to pay in installments. I said "why would I chose to pay the full amount thru klarna and not just the retailer?" He had no constructive answer and offered no help.

      I am expecting a refund from them for a purchase and return made with ******. It has been months now, Klarna kept on saying they sent the refund even sending me a receipt number but my bank never received it and so as the check for the other refund they were suppose to mail me. They really s**** up customers big time and the worst part customer service cant even help. You always start from the beginning and some of them dont even understand. I really hope they will be remove from the market. They are just scamming people. I cant even get to talk to a supervisor or get a number for ****************** to settle this matter.

      This is the worst app ever will hold you $$ for 7 days even when you purchase does not go through will never use this again has 2 purchases completed the last one they help my money never allowed pitches to go through And the customer service reads the script you cannot hold $$ without purchasing item

      Utilice esta aplicacin por primera vez para hacer un pago a la empr*** ivim healt, lo hice porque klarna les pagaba el monto completo a ellos y a mi sin intereses me lo dividieron en 4 pagos, claro que hay que afiliar una tarjeta para que klarna se cobre los 4 pagos en la fecha acordada, cuando me percato que klarna me hizo un cobro extra a mi tarjeta sin mi autorizacin solicitado por la empr*** ****, **** me dieron a entender que *** empr*** podia cobrarme lo que les diera la gana por medio de klarna sin mi autorizacin, trate se resolver con klarna y me mandan a hablar con la empr*** ****, que falta de responsabilidad. Primera y ultima vez.

      An investigation should be conducted to this fraudulent business!!! I cannot believe they have been allowed to steal from people. After using them for an ***** purchase I had to cancel, total price was ******** that I paid- I was refunded $232.00 They said zero balance. The host from ***** so graciously took it upon herself to refund ****** I was not due for canceling after a certain date. Even after Klarna said I had zero amount due they kept the $300. ***** shows refund went to them. They dont show me having an additional refund. This is the WORST company and their customer service is just as bad. There is nobody to complain too no email address, no management. Stay Away!!! How bbb if they are accredited lets them do this to people is beyond me.

      ** began to make purchases through Klarna. I had several items that I purchased in separate orders. I paid some manually as at the time I did not know that Klarna had bundled several charges together. So not only did I pay the bundled charge amount of ******, I also manually paid ******. There were several small purchases as well that was bundled. I was informed I would not get a refund for the manual payments. This will cause an overdraft on my account.

      Paid twice a month so that I could pay off the item but then they stated that I was late for payments. They placed a $7 late fee on the account. They agreed that I did pay and was not late but stated they could NOT remove the late fee because it was past the window of time to remove it. Needless to say I paid the loan off and will not be utilizing them again.

      I used Karan for years, after the 3rd time theyve taken money without permission I deleted my account and my card details front my account. Today, I see that despite removing my card details, klarna has taken my money again. Im positive this constitutes as fraud. I reached out to customer service in seek of a refund, but was told that since there was no active orders, they couldnt help me. I informed them that this was my problem, I had no orders and had my money taken, they once again told me they couldnt help me. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and the refused to put me through with a manager. I am unsure how I could continue to be charged by klarna when my account had been deleted along with my bank details, unless someone had taken down my account info. I am very disappointed that this is how theyve decided to treat a once very loyal customer and hope one day they face a major lawsuit.
