      I used these scammers to purchase from ******* back in July and I didnt receive my order from them so ******* cancelled the order and they refunded Klarna back in August and its now October and still no refund they keep saying theyre investigating. Im like investigating what the order was canceled by ******* and they have refunded you so what is the issue. Dont give your money to these scammers

      Klarna received a refund for an order that was cancelled with a vendor they partner with. I was advised the refund would be sent back to my original payment method (my debit card). The refund was placed into my 'Klarna Wallet'. I called customer service who advised me that the money cannot be transferred out of the Klarna balance and to use the money I have to shop with Klarna. I advised them I was told it would go to my original payment method and it indicates on their website that it will go to the original payment method. The agent said she can submit a ticket but there is no way to send the money to my back account once it's in the wallet, it was "an automated decision" when the refund was issued. I let them know I felt scammed and that they were stealing from me as they have my money but refuse to give it to me. The agent confirmed with me that they only way to use the money would be to shop with Klarna.

      I purchased a one time card from Klarna for @trybotana. Once I received the product, I discovered it was fake. I returned the product and provided all information Klarna requested picture, correspondence and return receipt and I had until October 24, to do so. Klarna sent an email stating that I didnt respond to them and declined my refund. I have never had any issues with this App. Until now.

      I ordered in ****** thru the Klarna Card, returned the items and up to now the two charges on my bank account as first payment and 2nd payment are not yet returned to my bank account. Called 4X and every customer service i need to repeat my story and never get a chance to resolve my issues. ****** returned the amount on the Klarna card, and Klarna won't return the money back to me. Only one of the 4 calls i made made an effort to help me, the rest are worst. Again, the money i earned was never return back to my bank account.

      Hot garbage. I used to have buying power on this app and always made my payments on time, and suddenly one day when I logged into the app my buying power was reduced to zero. I made attempts to reach out to customer service but the only responses I got were from some poorly programmed AI bots that offered no options fir the problem.I wanted to address. No explanation on my buying power or anything. This company seems to lack transparency..

      Klarna ***** they made me pay double money to a company that close down on Esty returned their merchandise and never received the refund but I just paid double today I only owe them $37.98 but they didnt believe me and I sent them all the proof now they have my Klarna all messed up they need to do better customers need to stop using them and they wont have no business at all nobody will have a job

      I made a recent purchase from a company called **********. I used Klarna to purchase 2 automatic cat litter boxes., from Pet Relaxe. After getting a confirmation email from Pet Relaxe I waited a couple of days to track my product. I went to ********** site only to find out its not there. I sent an email to find out where my litter boxes were. No response. This is where Klarna comes in. With their buyer protection. I reach out to them. They place the case under investigation. A few weeks later they Klarna ask for all information including invoices and tracking information from Pet Relaxe of which I did. Including emails and other information about the company Pet Relaxe. A week later they shut the case down. Tell me to reach out to Pet Relaxe and continue making my payments on something I didnt get. From a company that no longer exists. Klarna knows this if they really did an investigation. They offer no buyer protection. Their claims are false that they do. And I would suggest not using them. Sincerely ****

      Been dealing with them for 3 1/2 years right now and all of a sudden they became a scam. Filing a dispute because of their Klarna balance. Had issues with getting my bank card through because some how it would reject my card for purchases. So customer service told me to use my bank instead. That took a whole 8 days to clear with my bank even though my bank sent the money days before. My card still would not work after that so I seen the pay with balance. Me thinking the way the company works this would be if I order something with enough money in balance I could use this to pay in 4 with their partners. Oh this is not the case it seems as if Klarna is trying to play like they are you bank. This goes against what the app is suppose to be in the first place. Because they expect you to pay in full on items of their partners. I have been told so many stories by different people I don't even believe they understand what the app is about. As of today they have my money ******************** the balance and will not send it back to my bank. By the way I can send them money but if I try to use my card to purchase I still can't make one. So no matter what I can purchase and I cant get my money back. I have been told that my personal credit isn't good but I have over 1k purchase power and this was from a Escalation Specialist. If I wanted to pay in full I would just use my card to purchase from a store straight out not transfer my money to them just to do the same thing.

      If I could do 0 stars, I would add none. I tried multiple times to purchase an event ticket via Klarna, and it kept saying there was an error and my payment couldnt be processed at this time. By the time I looked at my bank account, ********************** had deducted +$300 from my account and now it is pending in my bank account. I cant do anything about it and the payment never even processed. I had a few things I needed to purchase yesterday and today and I am negative ~$300 because they thought it smart to deduct from accounts even if there were errors on their end. **************** could do nothing but apologize repeatedly and advice me to contact my bank. Ive been working early-late this whole week and have been unable to sit on the phone for a long period of time trying to get this resolved. I am extremely upset.
