      This company solicited my home back and the sales representative wouldn't leave the property until I signed up. Paperwork was done on an iPad so I didn't have the opportunity to preview what I was signing. The salesperson lead me to believe that I would receive treatment for all types of bugs on a monthly basis only to find out that they come quarterly and have the insect list was excluded and not properly represented to me. I contacted the company to send my contract and received the email below as confirmation. Now they are billing me for the balance of the contract, again, I was not informed that I couldn't cancel until the end of the year and they are billing me $263.94 which I have no intention of paying. This company is a scam and I would like to balance I owe immediately withdrawn.

      We are in a contract with Greenix. I messaged the Greenix employee and said we need to cancel. He claims he finished servicing our house and then charged us 130 dollars. It's winter time and there aren't even any bugs out to need exterminated. He didn't even get confirmation that we were wanting the service today. They just schedule the appointment anytime they want and show up. We have two dogs and it's important to us to have them safely away from the chemicals when they're being sprayed around the yard and they're around it. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It is one big scam that you get trapped into. I will make sure friends and family know not to get stuck in this trap. The guy was here all of 5 minutes and claims that was the service. I'm so disappointed in this company and their scam

      We have been using greenix for years now, we had signed a 12 month contract. They automatically continue the services, as if it was a netflix subscription. We stayed using this company because we figured it must be helping in something, but the servince times have gotten shorter and shorter. I contacted the a while back because we were planning on moving, I told them I wanted to go ahead and just cancel my subscition. The person I was in contact with kept on trying to tell me that they could simply change the address and go to the new home to continue the services. I have tried to contact them again, and they won't pick up. I just want to cancel their services

      I called Greenix in August 2022. I have a yellow jacket nest underneath my siding. I spoke to Chad when I called in August. I was never informed that they do not do one time services. I was told by Chad that he was going to sign me up for a 12 month service. He informed me that in order for them to return if the yellow jackets weren't taken care of in one treatment i would need a service plan that extended past one month. If you are on a plan the will come back as many times as need to take care of the issues. I did have to call them back out because they didn't take care of the issue. The tech told me that we will not know until next year if the treatment worked because the yellow jackets are now hibernating, I was told by Chad that I could cancel at the 3 month mark with no questions asked. Chad also told me that the contract would be 119 dollars every three months. He didn't tell me that I would be billed monthly, let alone that I would be billed 48.15 each month. When I called to cancel Nov 2022 Hunter told me that what Chad told me was not true. I would never have signed the contract if I would have known I could not cancel. Hunter also informed me that the cancellation fee would be 249 dollars, and that I'm stuck with this contract for two more treatments. I get it, I signed the paperwork without fully reading every detail, but I was informed that I could cancel. As my family financial position will be changing, I am beyond upset that I wasn't informed I would be stuck in this. I went with this company because I thought I could cancel and had flexibility. I am seeking to have contract canceled without payment of a cancellation fee, as I was informed by the customer representative (Chad) that I would be able to do so.

      I contacted Greenix regarding pest control. They emailed a contract to me. After reading it I decided to not use them and never signed the contract. Now they are sending me emails claiming I owe them money. I called Greenix and they agreed I never signed a contract and did not owe them any money. Greenix continues to send me emails claiming I owe them more money each time. I would like Greenix to stop sending me emails that falsely claim I have a account and owe them money.       For the first 3 months, the company provided baiting system does not work, we don’t know if it is because the baits ran out or they put baits only lure the rats and mices, my house after 50 days of service, has a huge increase of rodent activities, quite to the contrary of what they “ claimed” 80% of mices will be gone. When I called them about the problem, they first tried to lured me getting into another contract— inside rodent control. When I first called, I asked for indoor rodent control. She will not schedule another technician to come out to check the boxes even I paid them monthly. Somehow, the account manager was eager to cancel my account and charge 250 dollars. + plus tax. I thought penalty fees don’t incur taxes! I called them back telling them when I first made the call, I did not mean to cancel the account, I want things work out. Then this new guy ok, we will work out for you, sign a new contract and and we will refund you 263… I said I don’t even know if the service works or not, I am not going to sign another contract. Even within 10 minutes, I called, he insisted that my old contract was cancelled. I asked cannot not be reinstated even within a hour or so? Besides, you failed to control 80% with 30-40 days, you cannot give me appointment sooner— come out tomorrow check the bait stations, as you said you can, I can keep the contract. He gave me only two choices — sign a new contract, or pay 250+plus tax penalty fee. This kind of predatory practice should be stopped!

      Reached out to greenix in July 2022. They told me that they were signing me up for 12 months, but never once mentioned that I could NOT cancel. They didn't even tell me that I would be billed monthly. I was under the impression it would be billed by treatment.

      Since I was unaware I was in a contract with them, I went to cancel on Oct 31 2022. I was informed my cancelation amount would be 240 dollars. And that I'm stuck with this contract for two more treatments.

      I get it, I signed the paperwork without fully reading every detail, but I was NOT informed that I would not be able to cancel. As my family financial position will be changing, I am beyond upset that I wasn't informed I would be stuck in this. I went with this company because I thought I could cancel and had flexibility.

      I am seeking to have contract canceled without payment of a cancelation fee, as I was not informed by the customer representative of what I was entering when I initially contacted them.

      I live in a new construction townhome. There was a door to door marketing and they talked me into signing up this pest control contract. They told all my neighbors signed up for it. It was 18 months contract, billed monthly and treatment done once every quarter.

      They assured it would take care of flies, rodents, spiders and more. But its shocking to see the treatment spans for less than 10 mins. And it doesn't appear to do what they assured it will. So I want to get out of the contract now and dont want to be stuck with them for 18 months as they told. I can prefer my own treatment if at all i have a pest problem in future. This service is a pure marketing scam and just doesnt provide what they assure to.

      There was a pest issue at our home. We called Greenix to help with the issue. We agreed to the service which states is conditional based on service with a satisfaction guarantee. We tried the service for several months with no avail to our problem. We called to cancel the service and explained that it wasn’t working for us. We were told nothing could be done. Stay with the contract until the end of the agreement and we could then be reimbursed once the contract was completed.
      We were stuck in a contract with the company for a service that was not working at all. We were verbally conned into keeping the contract due to a termination fee for terminating early. We were promised, on the phone by a rep, a money back guarantee and told to complete the contract. We stayed the full length, over a year of our time. Then we had to fight to attempt to have some money reimbursed. Then for weeks played phone tag and treated poorly by those we did talk to. Every phone call we were told a different story, a different refund amount and that the person we had spoke with previously about the current phone conversations that the representative must have misquoted or misinformed us about the refund amount and the refund process. There was no refund to be given. We immediately asked to speak to a manager or representative. We were told the managers were unavailable and they would call us back as soon as possible. Needless to say, no one ever responded.No call was made. We called repeatedly. Our frustrations were never addressed, our refund was not worth the hassle of it all and we were left with the original problem that was not addressed properly. There was no true resolution to our initial problem. We were advised to keep our contract for fear of penalty fee and assured that our problem would be dealt with and resolved. There was backlash and a total lack of commitment and communication from the business when the problems were addressed by myself to the company over the phone.

      In our attempt to be good local business supporters, my husband hired Greenix after a representative visited our Gretna, Neb. home, giving the impression he represented A LOCAL company. Not only did we not see any decline in the mosquitos, bugs or moles were were promised, after allotting several months of service to occur, but when we called to cancel, were charged $500 IN A CANCELLATION FEE, effectively 6-months of services. This was NEVER expressed to us verbally; in calling to find answers, we were told it was 'in our contract and within their right to charge.' That is our fault for not reading the size 4 print in the EMAILED contract sent to us after the fact. Absolutely disgusted that THIS is what this business is charging after not providing a quality service, and that their customer service offered no recompense or a solutions, just 'sorry folks, too bad for you!" Further, in attempting to find answers or resolution, I discovered I am one of several dozen customers/clients who have posted complaints.

      My attempts to recoup that $500 have gone unanswered from anyone locally. My only hope at this point is to discourage any and all others from using this business through social media channels. I am extremely frustrated it seems there is no one LOCALLY available to address this, when that was the impression given to us during the first pitch, much like the information regarding pricing and contractual obligations; nothing presented.

      We are seeking the $498.00 charged to us for 'cancellation', and would like to formally file reports/reviews to make others aware of these unethical business practices with little recourse or action in which to affect a response.

      despite that noted conversation with my husband, we have yet to see a refund pending with our credit card company, as promised by the Greenix rep in this phone conversation. Due to ongoing false promises and failed communication attempts, we will continue to reject this response until that credit refund has been filed and processed.

      Fair enough, it does take time to process, we have submitted the refund, unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed up the process with the credit card company. They typically say 5-7 business days. If you haven't received it by then please let me know and I will find out what happened. Since that conversation took place on 10/28 I would expect for you to see it between 11/4 and 11/8
