      Signed up with company for 2 services in May. They came out next day and completed service. Charged more than discussed and was told the payment arrangement we received the night before was not how they billed. Tried to cancel within Ohio 3 day right to cancel, agreeing to pay for service received. Account Manager was very forceful in not letting me cancel and eventually wore me down by offering to adjust my billing to what was agreed, refund over billing, and give $20 credit. Since then we have received services that aren’t working, called multiple times for reservice, had an instance where they only did front of property and we had to call and request the back to be done because technician didn’t report only front was done - just marked service complete and we were charged.
      Tried to call today to cancel. Spoke to account manager Maliki who was nice but firm that we couldn’t cancel unless we pay $500 early term fee since still under contract that goes out to April of next year. He offered a coupon to make the next 2 services for one of our plans free and we would only need to pay for the other plan. I don’t want to pay anymore money for services that aren’t working and to a company that is more of a headache than a help. I just want to cancel like I tried to do within my first 3 days of signing the contract. I had a bad feeling then that this wasn’t going to be a good company to work with but I mistakenly let them wear me down and agreed to let them prove I was wrong.

      They are the most annoying and unprofessional business I have ever made a mistake to inquire from. I have been looking for pest control services and they were one of the many places I called to inquire. I have no subscription with them, NONE. They keep sending me invoices for $39 invoice and demanding to pay. FOR WHAT? I called them previously and I thought we cleared the misunderstanding since they checked that in no way I asked for their services. But lo and behold! I continue to get the pending invoice. There is no way I am paying for just a phone call and I may have to take a bigger action if they continue to harass me.

      Howie came to do a service treatment 8/1/22. He mentioned he saw rodent holes outside ( near the house). He asked me about a rodent program and I said no. He mentioned to let him know if I would like the rodent treatment. I did NOT contact him b/c we do not have rodents inside our house.
      He even texted me on Aug. 3rd regarding the Rodent program and I NEVER responded back b/c I WAS NOT AND I STILL AM NOT INTERESTED. Again, we do not have rodents!!! However, I noticed this morning (10/3/22) I have received a receipt for paying for the RODENT PROGRAM in Sept. and Oct. And some how I got signed up for the Mosquito service months ago as well but never signed any paperwork besides "pest service agreement". Greenix charged my card for services I NEVER agreed to and DID NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS FOR THESE SERVICES!!! I LITERALLY SAID NO TO HOWIE LET ALONE, I NEVER EVEN RESPONDED TO HIS TEXT OR SPOKEN WITH ANYONE REGARDING RODENTS OR MOSQUITOS BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR SERVICES I NEVER CONSENTED TO!!
      THERE WAS NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE RODENT OR MOSQUITO PROGRAM.
      HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR MONTHS.
      The ONLY document I signed was when I got a knock on my door on May of 2022, I agreed for Greenix for service of ONLY "PEST CONTROL" B/C THEY TOO SAID ALL MY NEIGHBORS ARE USING THEIR COMPANY. BULL CRAP!! LIES!!! Lies!!
      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SCAMMED ME OUT OVER 300.00. THANK GOODNESS I CAUGHT THEM NOW RATHER THAN MONTHS FROM NOW!!!
      IN MY "ACCOUNT" I CAN SEE WHAT SERVICES I "SIGNED" FOR. IT DOES HAVE MY PEST CONTROL AGREEMENT BUT THEN THERE ARE 2 AGREEMENTS- BOTH OF THEM SAY "UNSIGNED MOSQUITO AGREEMENT" & "UNSIGNED RODENT BAIT PROGRAM" THESE AGREEMENTS LITERALLY SAY "UNSIGNED"....       I already cancelled my credit card b/c of fraudulent charges. With that said, I DID NOT and WILL NOT RECEIVE the refunds UNLESS YOU SEND ME A CHECK IN THE MAIL.  Not only have there been charges to my credit card that I did not consent to on 9/2 for 42.40(rodent program) as well as 10/2/22  for Two charges 42.40 and 32.88(rodent program and I don't know what 32,88 is for). So then on 8/11 I was charged 62.54 invoice # ******* (pest control) which is what I signed up for and again on 9/11 invoice # ******* for 62.54     However, I am not sure what they did but it seems they went back in their system to 7/28/22  and charged me AGAIN FOR SERVICES FOR THESE DATES- 8/11/22, 9/2/22, 9/11/22 AND 10/2/22.. I have been charged for the same services AGAIN ON 7/28/22 . My credit card was charged 177.00  invoice #******* for 177.00  states the following CHARGE OF 177.00 ARE FOR invoices # ******* , # 5067026, #*******, lastly invoice #*******, when you click on the invoices link on 7/28/22, THOSE ARE THE DATES THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR AGAIN - 8/11/22, 9/2/22,  9/11/22 AND 10/2/22.. SO AS YOU CAN SEE I WAS NOT ONLY SINGED UP FOR  AND CHARGED FOR 2 PROGRAMS WITHOUT MY CONSENT (Rodent & mosquito programs).  YOU DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR DATES ABOVE.. REFUND AND DOUBLE CHARGED  TOTALING ALTOGETHER 294.68..  AS YOU CAN IMAGINE AND UNDERSTAND, THATS WHY I'M PRETTY UPSET!!    

      I have every single piece of documentation by saving all documents from my account with Greenix. The only charges from Greenix that I AGREED to is 62,54 for PEST CONTROL SERVICE. I have been charged the 11th of every month since signing, that was all I agreed to. Every other charge is fraudulent and being double charged. I no longer want to be associated with Greenix as they scammed me out of 294.68.

      this business is a scam. They tricked me into signing a contract but they have not gotten rid of any pests, they’re all still here. On top of that, they have only come to my home about 3 times when they said they would come every single month. I have ring cameras installed so they can’t lie and say they came by when I record my front door and driveway. I am also always home so I would know if someone walked around my home. They don’t get rid of pests and they don’t even come to my house. I want to end my contract since they haven’t upheld their side

      I really wish I would have taken the time to read these before I signed up with this company. They came the first time in the beginning of July for bees/wasps. The problem did not solve so they came back a few weeks later for a reservice which didn't help either. so I scheduled a second reservice and chose afternoon so I could be here to show them specific area but I got a text that morning saying they would be there shortly. So I had to cancel an call to reschedule (even though it wasn't my mistake)and left a VM with no call back from them. Then weeks later (yesterday) I got a text saying that they'd be here in an hour to do their quarterly service.That was the final straw for me. Yesterday I called to cancel and really thought I deserved a refund for all the miscommunication and means that twice now my bee problem was still not solved over the course of 3 months but I wasn't in the mood to argue. So he said that he would cancel my contract. I wanted to make sure the only charges were going to be my sign up fee from July, and Aug and Sept charge, and make sure I was not charged for Oct. He assured me I was correct. I asked if they send a confirmatin email and he said yes it's an automated one and it would be here in a few minutes. It has now been over 24 hours later and I've received NO confirmation email. So basically 3 months and $167 later my problem is not solved. My confirmation cancellation is not here. Which worries me they never filed it. Or maybe I will be recieving some kind of fee. This is my first BBB write-up ever so you know this has had to make me upset enough. I feel fooled and lied to. On top of my bee problem never going away.

      This business promises to remove pests, which, it didn't, and hasn't. In fact. We have even more pests since beginning this service if anything. Also, the salesman told us all our neighbors signed up for this service, and actually checking, none of them did, because they also think it's a horrible service. Some guy might come out and remove cobwebs, ansd that is about all we have ever seen this company actually do when they send someone out. It looks like we were scammed into paying hundreds every month, for a service that is more or less a scam. If we could get our money back we would. Because this came to us during the hardest times, and now what, we can't even afford to lay this bill, and fear this company will send it to collections. Because that is the type of business we feel we are dealing with here, con artists.

      I have called several times this year to have my service canceled and made it very clear that I no longer wish to have the service as it has not reduced my problems. My pest control contract was over May 2022. And mosquito reduction service June 2022. I have called several times to have my contract ended. I have also told the staff in person and via text. However they continue to bill me, claiming I never called. I can can contact my cell phone company for phone records if requested. I was charged for pest control June 25th. I was also charged for mosquito reduction service on July 20, August 10, and September 1st. In total I was charged $382 that I did not agree too.

      On February 22nd I was told via text by Dylan "Hi, it looks like you will have one more in May after today and then the contract will be up," after I asked when my contract is up. Again on May 16th I asked Dylan, "Hi! Is mosquito the only service I currently have?" His reply was, "Hello, it looks like so. We won’t do the pest control service unless you want it done." Yet I was charged On June 25th.

      This company is a scam. I contracted for what the technician represented was a $39.00 charge every three months to control outdoor pests. When I got charged twice in August and then once again in September, I called to investigate the charges. I was informed that the charge was actually $39,00 a month instead of every three months. I told the manager that the technician had misrepresented the charges and asked him to cancel my plan. He informed me that there would be a $249 cancellation fee. Total scam.

      This company lied and scammed us out of hundreds of dollars.

      First, the product does not work to rid of pests whatsoever. We were assured they could eliminate an outdoor bug issue and in turn needed to sign up for a monthly service (+ contract).

      Second, we were told by ‘Steven’ that we’d NEVER be charged an early termination fee should we cancel due to a potential upcoming move. ‘Steven’ PROMISED this was noted on our account so we’d have no problem canceling services if needed.

      Because this company is 100% a SCAM, I’m being charged the $250 termination fee as ‘nothing was noted on our account’ and ‘Steven’ the salesperson is suspiciously unreachable.

      I’m blown away this company still exists given all the negative reviews. This company cheats customers out of money, makes false promises, and doesn’t fix bug issues… I wouldn’t be surprised if what they sprayed on our lawn was simply water if they sprayed anything at all.

      I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

      Product does not work, therefore I am cancelling the service. Despite their product not working they are still demanding a cancellation fee. They charged my credit card for this fee without my permission.
