      this business is a scam. They tricked me into signing a contract but they have not gotten rid of any pests, they’re all still here. On top of that, they have only come to my home about 3 times when they said they would come every single month. I have ring cameras installed so they can’t lie and say they came by when I record my front door and driveway. I am also always home so I would know if someone walked around my home. They don’t get rid of pests and they don’t even come to my house. I want to end my contract since they haven’t upheld their side

      My husband signed up for this service last year after being told “most of our neighbors use the service”, which was a lie because multiple neighbors saw them at our house and said it’s a horrible service they cancelled long ago. Was told we would get 5 services, cool, except why would they send someone in November and February in the Chicagoland area? We paid for the services because someone came out. Still have wasps and bees coming into my house, never once saw anyone even use anything other than a brush to wipe away spider webs. Now we are being told we have to pay $250 cancellation or $300 to do more services…July, august, February, November and may…that’s 5, we fulfilled our contract so why do I need to do more and pay or cancel and pay?? Now we are getting a email saying we signed up for 7 services and only had 4. This company is a joke. I’m allergic to bees and can’t even sit outside my home with my toddler unless I SPRAY AND REMOVE THE INSECTS. Why the hell would I want to pay someone else to NOT take care of it and me have to do it myself? Absolutely no one should use this service. Charging a person for an unfulfilled service is outrageous.

      My contract with this company ended in June 2022 yet they sent someone to my house, without my permission, and automatically charged my credit card $129. My husband called to ask what both of these things happened and was apologized to and told everything would be taken care of. After six days of not seeing a reimbursement to mr card I called GreenIx again and was told that no one told anyone anything. He only agreed to cancel my account but refused to reimburse the charges to my card that were never permissible in the first place. I asked over and over to have the charges reversed and he continued to refuse.

      I contacted ***** ***** Bank and there is no evidence of any refund from GreenIx.  It is now Sept 27th so if a refund was truly issued on the 21st it would have posted.  Attached is the conversation with ***** ***** from less than 10 minutes from the time I wrote this response.

      Sometimes it takes 5-7 "Business days" to get a refund processed, unfortunately I have no control of this. The time stamp from the refund shows it was processed after business hours on the 21th so it is likely it wasn't processed until the next business day. I'm sorry for the delay, but this is out of our control.

      I switched from ***** to Greenix based on the claims that their product would eliminate pests from entering my home. It was a 2 year contract with 9 services. After the first 4 services, I ended the contract due to claims not being met with their product based on their commitments and advertisement. I had to call and request that they redo 3 of the services. I reached out to their customer service line to cancel my contract. The account manager was rude and disrespectful. He only wanted to sell me more services which I refused or require that I pay an early termination fee. I am not paying an early termination fee based on the fact that the product did not work the way it was advertised. The account manager then hung up on me. Two service people were sent to my house to perform the service and I refused to allow them on my property. I do not want anything Greenix has to offer. I called again advising them that I was no longer a customer. Again the account manager tried to upsell me additional services. If the first four services didn't work, why would I pay for any more services? He ended the call by again hanging up on me. I then received an email that I had to call their customer service line if I wanted to cancel my account. I am done with Greenix. They are predatory and make it difficult to cancel your contract and their services/products do not work.

      Had a service contract with Green where they would provide quarterly service. One rule I had for the company was that they had to call before they came out to do service. We have a large electric gate, which is normally closed and you cannot get in the back yard without it being opened. Therefore, Greenix missed doing the chemical applications to half of our house property 5 times in the past year and a half. They claim I owe $198.00 for two service applications. I contest that They owe me for $39.60 for the amount that they have missed. I have called several times, texted them and they have not responded.

      The salesperson is a liar to begin with. He told my husband that multiple neighbors use their services. They don’t. That’s on us for not confirming before agreeing to use them. To date we have paid for multiple months of “pest control” and this company has been out to our house TWICE. The first time, the gentleman did a TERRIBLE job. We still had all all sorts of spiders and crickets. We called and told the account rep what as going on and she agreed to send another out for “free” - during this call, my husband advised if this doesn’t work, we will be canceling. This guy comes out, super nice, we felt like he did a more thorough job, but he didn’t. This company is truly awful. We called today and spoke with the “account manager” Joseph who said that they would only find more bugs concerning after 3 more treatments and if we wanted to cancel it would be a $250 cancelation fee, but he’d be willing to give us 2 months “free”. Absolutely not. Why would we want to continue to use a crappy pest control company when it DOES NOT WORK. We will also not be paying the $250 cancelation fee. The contract for goods/services states you (the consumer) give us (the company) money and we will complete this service for you. To date, this horrible company had not fulfilled their part of the contract. We want this “contract” canceled immediately.

      I was charged for a service that i did not sign an agreement for or want. I was told about the service but i never signed or agreed to it. On top of that i was charged for the service at 4:00 am and it was not even performed. I walked around my house and have not seen a single mouse trap. They basically just stole from me. I have called and emailed the company about this issue, but since i have had nothing but problems with them i am filing a complaint as well. I want my money back plus i want all services i currently did agree to, to be canceled with out a fee. I have included a screenshot of the unsigned document. I did not sign it and do not want the rodent service. If i had to sign something saying i did not want the services i was never informed of that.

      Greenix is a SCAM. First of all, they said the service would be 2 hours long, the tech was here for 30 minutes and “sprayed the whole house with 3 different solutions and sprayed outside with 2”. The first day, the fleas were way worse, then they got better for a week. Now? They are worse than they were before. I am LIVID with this company. They did NOTHING but pause the fleas for a week and a half. The mosquitoes outside they sprayed for? Worse than they have ever been as well. I’m stuck in a year long contract that I have to pay monthly for. Which is BS because their services DONT WORK. I want OUT OF MY CONTRACT FREE OF CHARGE. I’m NOT paying $69/month for a service that MAKES THINGS WORSE. Now we have to call a different company and get ANOTHER service. I’m so angry it’s unreal.

      They claim they spray a solution that “makes fleas unable to reproduce” which is CLEARLY false as the fleas are GETTING WORSE. No wonder they want you to vacuum 3-4 times PER DAY. They don’t get rid of the fleas, your vacuum does.

      Greenix will not allow me to cancel their service. I have called them 3 times, they pass me to their "account manager", and this person always asks me to call back again to be able to cancel.
      I would like this company to cease providing services.

      When I set up the initial visit it was explained that there would be no additional charge at each subsequent visit if I wished to cancel. Attached is the contract. I have not yet received any other visits but was charged 23.99 on September 9th when no one came to my home...and according to them I will have to pay $153. 40 till the one year contract is over. I should not have to continue being charged for a service when I am dissatisfied with it. During the first visit the man was called to remove a hornet's nest. He came without tools or the proper dress. He asked me for a plastic shopping bag. After a few minutes he came back to the front door saying that he tried to remove the nest but it is now on the grass under a bush and he is unable to remove it. When I asked if he could try a different method he responded by saying "If I get any closer they'll sting me". When the man left I went to check the area where he had been working and the nest was indeed still on the ground. To my surprise, the plastic shopping bag I gave him was also on the ground littering my lawn. I called back upset and they sent another man to pick up the nest. In two days time I'm alarmed by a man banging on my door with reckless abandonment. He identified himself as being a Greenix employee and asked for me to show him the hornet's nest. This second visit took no longer than 2 minutes and the man promptly removed the nest using the plastic shopping bag that was left there. I called them on 9/9/2022 to cancel all services after receiving a charge to my card on 9/8/22. I spoke with Andy on the account management team and he said that there was nothing they could do. Please I would just like to get my $23.99 back and not to be charged for any future services.
