      This company pulled a classic bait-and-switch and tricked me into a one-year contract. I initially called to request vole/mole trapping and wasp removal, and the Account Manager assured me they offered those services and would set traps. Based on this, I signed the contract, which included a three-day cancellation period.

      The problems started immediately. During the first visit, the specialist claimed they had run out of traps. A week passed with no follow-up, and the wasp issue remained unresolved. When they finally returned, they claimed traps had been set, but 2-3 months later, the wasps were still a problem, and my lawn (due to voles) was getting worse.

      On my third call, another specialist told me they charge extra for vole trapping and even suggested I buy traps from **** ***** instead. This was a complete shock because I was NEVER informed about additional charges during the initial call. Removing the voles was my main reason for contacting them in the first place!

      When I tried to cancel the contract, they insisted on charging me the full remaining balance. Had they been upfront about the extra charges for vole removal, I would never have signed a one-year contract—or I would have made an informed decision.

      Now, I’m stuck paying for a service that doesn’t solve my problems. I still have wasps, I still have voles, and I have to pay someone else to fix it. Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this company at all costs!

      5 times Greenix has said I haven't paid my bill, I have used the same credit card for about 30 years. Today I called, I marked that I asked them to cancel 8 times and they would not do it.I called them at ************.

      First complaint is that they did my neighbors house instead of mine. When I called to let them know it was wrong house the *** did not answer. I had to call headquarters to get him to come back. Then I call today to complain about a mouse I found *** said they are only taking new customers although I pay a fee every month for no questions they will come out any time. Guy started laughing at me then hung up on me after three phone calls with him. His name is **** Im appalled I didnt choose a better company. The disrespect has been unreal!

      A sales representative came to my door. She lied and said I can cancel any time with no penalty. She said this repeatedly. I called to confirm and the person on the phone said the same thing. The services were ineffective and didnt work. When I called to cancel I was basically told too bad you were lied to but you still have to pay $349 to cancel. Sorry about that but oh well. I told him we were having some financial issues right now and he said oh thats too bad. This company is nothing more than a money grabbing scam.

      My elderly husband agreed to what he thought was a mosquito service for the summer with a Greenix *** who came to our door. I was out of town. They told him he could cancel the service at any time. supposedly gave him a $150 discount, charged him $214 then went on to auto charge $81.28 per month for what he thought was a mosquito spray. Now it's November 2024 in ** we do not want that any more. We have SNOW coming. They insist there are pests all winter long and the contract is for 2 years (started in May 2024) OR we have to pay $299 to cancel! Under no circumstance would I agree to that! I specifically told three people I was not going to pay $299 to cancel. Yet, without my authorization, they fraudulently charged our credit card $299. I ***orted this unauthorized charge to my credit card company and have filed 2 consumer complaints. These people need to be stopped. We have paid over $540 so far and now being charged another $299 to cancel. Please help.

      It was early summer 2024,they were in my neighborhood pounding the pavement,beating on doors like the police,I went to my door angrily of course,rather upscale neighborhood,he gives me his pitch,I’m trying to get ready for a wedding and ask him to follow up next week,he puts my info in his tablet for the follow up,THATS IT!! Now I’m being billed?? Sent invoices? Harassed via voicemail and text about payments??? I received NO SERVICES,gave no CREDIT CARD INFO,committed to nothing but a follow up for the actual sales pitch???
      I’ve told them to remove me from any contact,now I’m ready to escalate the matter most expeditiously!!

      I called for service that was one price end up getting the wrong service which made the problem even worse. I miss four days of work and they still haven’t fixed the problem. They’ve told me someone’s coming out to take care of the problem and they still haven’t and now they’re trying to charge me more money For problem that they’ve made worse

      Complaint Against Greenix Pest Control: ****************** and Deceptive Sales Practices:I am filing a formal complaint against Greenix Pest Control for providing incomplete service and engaging in deceptive sales practices. I hired the company to remove a wasp nest in the ground, with an agreed-upon charge of $118 for removal. However, I was pressured into purchasing a membership for an additional $39.99, bringing my total payment to $157.94.The sales representative assured me I could cancel the membership within 3 days for a full refund if I was not satisfied. I expressed that I only wanted the wasp nest removal and was told the membership could be canceled without issue.The technician arrived, sprayed the nest briefly, and left. Afterward, the wasps remained, and the nest was not properly treated. I contacted Greenix to cancel the membership, which I was told had been processed.A week later, when I later reported that the nest had not been treated properly and the job was incomplete, I was told that since I had canceled the membership, no further action could be taken. I escalated the issue and spoke with ***, an accounts manager, who promised to seek a refund for the incomplete service and to contact me by the end of the day. It has been weeks without any follow-up.Given the incomplete service [the wasp nest was NOT removed], misleading sales tactics, and lack of follow-up, I am requesting a full refund for the wasp nest removal charge. I am also disputing this charge with my bank, as the service was never properly completed, and I was misled into paying for a membership I didnt need.I am very dissatisfied with Greenix Pest Control's business practices and lack of accountability, and I am filing this complaint in the hope that others are not subjected to similar issues.

      We hired Greenix for basic pest control, our biggest concern was stink bugs, Japanese lady bugs and box elder bugs. We have Greenix treat our property 3x and have complained multiple times about the effectiveness of treatments. We have actually seen more bugs in our home compared to previous years when we did not pay for pest control. On Friday, October 18, I called and asked to speak with the local manager Which I was told they were gone for the day. I was told that they would reach out to me on Monday, October 20 in which no local manger has yet to call. On Thursday, October 24th I received a text message From the local technician stating they were on Their way to our home without me being notified of the appointment. I told them that I did not schedule an appointment and at that time asked for their manager to reach out to me. I was told that someone would reach out shortly, but never heard anything. Greenix continues to charge their monthly fee Without any resolution.

      Greenix *** visited and convinced us to sign on to 2 year contract. Treatments have had absolutely ZERO effect on pests. We specifically had complaints about wasps and stink bugs. Company made us wait 2 weeks to request a retreatment, which again made zero difference. So we have had an initial treatment, 1 retreatment, and now just had the second quarterly treatment. Technician has missed multiple wasp nests every time. We're inundated with stink bugs and Japanese beetles as much as we always have been. They provide no way out without paying a $250 cancelation fee, despite not fulfilling their side of the contract. Company hides behind their claim that they can't guarantee 100% elimination, and offering free retreatments between quarterly visits, but ***eating an ineffective treatment doesn't make it any more effective. They also continue to treat against spiders, which we specifically said we did NOT want treated against.
