    Im happy with the service. I give 4 stars only because it took two attempts to get the insurance charge removed from our account and to get a refund. The service is friendly and professional and I appreciate that.

    I had an issue with my new insurance policy for my kids being cancelled bc we didnt sign it. I emailed Foxen right away to explain that we hadnt signed it, but we have since signed it and submitted and received notice it was re-instated. I notified ***** *. and she quickly responded to help me get it fixed. I used to work in customer service and I was truly impressed with how quickly and efficient ***** handled my issue. Thank you, I wish all companies were a pleasure to work with.

    In August 2024, my son couldn't move into his apartment at ***************** due to not having paid the "move-in" fee of $13.95. I couldn't question the charge, since my wife and son were checking in and I was in a truck sitting outside his apartment in 90+ degree 'Bama heat (come to find out, the ** wasn't working and maintenance had pulled it apart - wasn't a surprise to them). I paid the "move-in fee". Then in September, I saw the same charge of $13.95, but for "liability waiver fee". Long story short, Foxen didn't acknowledge that I had purchased renter's insurance and personal property insurance from **** for my son even though I had emails where Foxen acknowledged in July 2024 my son was insured. Foxen said I wouldn't be charged "liability waiver" insurance. I sent the emails back to Foxen this week and they have assured me the two charges will be backed out. Standing by to see what ************ everything...........

    **** was so helpful! Right away when I called and spoke to her I felt reassured that our issue would get resolved. She listened carefully, assured me that she would look into the situation, and followed up beautifully. She really gave me faith in this company caring about their service to their customers. That is not always the case these days, and it is well appreciated! .

    There was an issue with uploading my renewal insurance for my apartment complex and I kept receiving e-mails saying they had accepted it then I'd receive another e-mail a week later saying they didn't have my renewal. I reached out to Foxen and provided the copies of the e-mails saying they had accepted my renewal and it turns out I needed to upload another document. I told them they shouldn't have accepted my renewals and had given me that information, this happened on my renewal day so the waiver program was hitting my account w/my apartment complex for my rental fees. We got everything sorted out and the waiver was removed and credited.

    I was experiencing issues getting my renter's insurance approved to opt out of the waiver program for my apartment complex through Foxen, but after messaging Foxen about this, they quickly straightened everything out! I really appreciated Foxen's friendly and clear communication throughout!

    Our apartment complex included insurance charges in error. We reached out to Foxen and ***** resolved the matter within an hour or so. Fine example of how customer service should be handled.

    Foxen gave prompt, clear, friendly and helpful responses to my opt-outs for renter's insurance and credit reporting. (I don't necessarily agree with how the apartment management structured these choices - I would have preferred them as opt-ins. But I don't really know how most of my fellow tenants deal with them. So, not for me to judge.) Foxen handled their end of things professionally and well.

    We had a billing issue, from our apartment complex through Foxen, and I contacted them by email. Within 24 hours, we had an apology from Foxen for their error and the promise of a refund on our next monthly bill. The responding staff member could not have been nicer. I wish every entity with whom I interact was this nice and this efficient. I would have happily given them five stars but deducted one star for them having made the error in the first place.
