    I had a phenomenal experience with ****************** and **** at Foxen, they were very speedy, did everything they said they would in correcting and crediting some charges for Rental Insurance- they could NOT have done a better job responding and executing on this!

    This is my very first interaction with Foxen and their customer service support is absolutely terrific.
    I was trying to verify the insurance requirements for my son at college and the customer service rep I dealt with (******* Claudio) could not have been more helpful. ******* not only advised me as to the specific requirements, ******* followed up with me to insure it was correct, and then even verified that it was properly filed. If ******* is an indication of the type of employees within Foxen than it is clearly a company that not only values its clients but also its employees.
    Lots of companies can offer insurance, not too many offer such top-notch customer service.
