    They don’t return phone calls or emails. I have had to prove my renters insurance twice since April 2024 when they started running the property for my landlord. Keep asking me when I moved in and I keep telling them I have been here for 10 years. I can’t understand most of the people who you do finally get to talk to. Knowing my landlord and the type of man he is I can’t understand him hiring this company.

    I reported a problem with the billing of insurance falsely due and within a few days, the matter was handled promptly and resolved. I am finishing the first full year of Foxen monitoring insurance coverage at my apartment complex and my issue began when providing proof of the second full year of outside company coverage.     Starting 1/1 my property management company started charging me an additional $14/ for renters insurance that I already was paying for through Lemonade. In February the property manage had me add the apartment complex as an interested party and send the updated policy to them. The property manager submitted for a refund for the overcharges twice. On April 4 I was sent an email from my property manager office stating that the interested party now had a PO box in Columbus OH. I updated the interested party again and forwarded the policy to my property manager. I received an email from Foxen on 4/9 stating all requirements had been approved and allow up to three business days for the monthly charge to be removed. by now it is four months at $14/ month, $56. I received a letter on my door today about late charges that I did not owe regarding the renters insurance. I was told by the property manager that Foxen will not credit because they are only responsible for when they received the corrected paperwork. I called Foxen and spoke to someone named ****** (would not give last name) title Property management specialist. I told her that I did not receive any information regarding them being the interested party until 4/4 and that I have been double charged for insurance like I was not doing what I was told to do. She said they are not going to give me any additional credit because I did not get the information to them until when I did. I explained that I could forward the email showing the late time and she had no interest. They never sent me a policy starting 1/1 saying they were covering my insurance, but they started billing me then. If this was legitimate I would have gotten a policy and handled it then, but I was charged. I never knew who Foxen was until 4/9. They are running this like this for a reason. Nobody supplies insurance without a policy but them. They stole $56 from me and everybody else out here because the property manager gave us the info when she got it.

    I have had the same renters insurance for the last 5 years. This year my apartment complex “partnered” with foxen (scam artists as for as I’m concerned). And in the last 5 years I have had the same policy and policy number. Foxen (scam artists) said that the policy cannot be accepted do to MULTIPLE missing information. I emailed the policy number, the letter that said “Paid in full”, the amount of coverage and my apartment information and the landlord as the interested party. Those are the 5 things that they claim that they never got. I have the email that I sent them. I told them that I would be calling the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. Usually companies will do anything to stay off the BBB, but I see all of the very negative reviews regarding Foxen, from other people who were scammed by Foxen. . So unfortunately they obviously don’t care if they have many many complaints on the BBB website. So all I can tell other people I’d to AVOID FOEXN AT ALL COSTS. Do not get involved with them To me they are nothing more than a very shady company. I think that they must hire illiterate people who can’t read the information that I submitted. I only wish that I could give zero stars, but unfortunately I had to select 1 star. But trust me, they are not worth even 1 star.

    Absolute scam of a company. I was forced to sign up because my leasing company has an agreement with them. The same day I signed my lease I followed the companies proceedure to "Unenroll" that was six months ago and I have been charged every month. Email after email is an excuse as to why they can't figure it out.
