The work crew were very professional friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions with respect. They cleaned the area very efficiently. They worked quickly even in the bitter cold and drizzle of rain. The salesman Scott took his time to explain everything we needed to know. We didn’t feel pressured we just decided because he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Within a week we had our new roof. I would recommend Mr Roof to anyone

Well they must hide the bad ones. Would be -zero stars if i could. I had Able roof come to do my roof and was lied to from the start. Started 7/11/22 and still not finished. I had them out to do the whole house. The flat roof was leaking and had soft wood under old shingles. After they left. I walked it and still the same. Im not big and the roof sunk when I walked on it in multiple spots And I had to clean up after they were here . Picking up everything they left. They also cut my cable/ phone lines and my security camera wires. They did not replace all the facia and some facia they put over the old facia instead of removing. The gutters were not completed and all the drip **** was bent up when they came back to do the gutters and some facia. Also I went over the soffit with the sales rep and he did not put it on the contract so they tried to s**** us on that as well. I had project manager come out and I walked him through everything they screwed up and told him they had to fix and he agreed as well as the guy with him but didnt hear from him for then next 3 weeks.Just excuses after excuses. I also called the the head manager and of course no answer so I left a message and never got a call back. I also told ****** to pass all the info on and I dont think he did. Overall was the worst company I have ever done business with and they still think I owe them money but I may try to get what I paid them back. I finally told ********************* week I was getting someone else to fix and finish what they could not and to send me papers stating we were done with them and to pass that on and 2 weeks later still nothing from them. Next step is filing a claim and having lawyer send the papers. To whoever reads this. Do not have them do any work for you. Every employee at every level from the ************ office went above and beyond through this process. ***** and ******* were amazing with the contract aspect. ***** and his crew worked so hard during installation, I became concerned that they werent taking breaks. 1 starCalled Mr. **** back in March 2022, sales guy comes and gives me a quote for my entire job which was for 18k. The sales guy couldn't get me financed in my home after we signed the contract so he calls the ** and emails my signed contract to him to get a hold of the financing company. Sales guy leaves but takes my social security number again and says he will email me the contract as soon as he hears back from financing. he leaves and an hour later sends me a text that says i was only approved for 15k so 1 item would have to come off from the list of priority issues i needed addressed. so i agree to that 1 item and he emails me the approval for the financing only. 5 weeks pass and not a word or emailed contract from *** **** so i call and the girl who i spoke with was shocked when she pulled my contract up. she gets the ball rolling some what on install. finally in june they come out and start work. after tearing my roof off i discover that they are not replacing what was asked and agreed upon. so the lady bringing the materials pulls up my contract on her phone and says the work was never part of the job. the contract she pulled up was a revised contract that we had no idea about. *** **** claims that i never asked for the priority repairs and i asked them to send me the contract for 18k that proves i did. well they won't send it due to violating their own contract. Per their contract and ******** law, they were supposed to give me a writing hard copy or email contract according to the sales act law. they claim they can't resend an e-doc even after me sending them the instructions from the Conga system in which they use. and to add insult to injury after they completed the job which in the **'S words " may not be aesthetically pleasing" they magically calculated overages to bring my bill back to 18k and reworded the original contract to do so. i currently have and unfinished house and paper work claiming they did what i asked. this has been fowarded to the ***Review fromLarry G

Representative was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all my questions. Good price compared to others I had gotten. The crew showed up on time, friendly and courteous, the work was completed the same day, even though they ran into an unexpected issue and had to replace over 40 boards. Cleanup was spotless.
