I recently had a replacement for my car installed and I wanted to give a shoutout to *****! He arrived within the expected time frame and was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and left me with a clear, brand new windshield! The work was absolutely perfect and you could not tell anyone had worked on the vehicle. I took my car 3 times to the Parsippany branch. The first time, the windshield didnt arrive when they said it did and they forgot to call me. Rescheduled again, but the parts didn't arrive, half an hour from my scheduled timeslot. They asked me if i want to reschedule it again, later in the day, which I agreed to. I did not receive any calls from them, and they took the key from me. I was glad that it will be ready in three hours, but I never received a call, so i went there to pick it up. To my surprise, the car is not fixed. No one called me to notify that the part did not arrive. They should not have taken the key in the first place if the part wasn't in-shop.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a broken windshield and rivers side window. The first appointment was scheduled even though Safelite did not have the parts. I was called and told the parts were in and scheduled another appointment. The day before the appointment I was called and told the parts were delayed. This repeated 3 more times. I am not sure an appointment can be made when the parts are in and then the parts get delayed.I finally went to a different company after a month.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Originally scheduled the repair for Monday, October 28th. They came out and said they couldn't do it and needed to have the master tech come out. Rescheduled for Thursday, October 31st - received an email confirming that date. I take off work again on Thursday, nobody shows up. I called and was told it was scheduled for Tuesday, November 5th. They also told me that they explained to me that they were waiting for a part to be delivered - that was a lie, nobody explained anything to me. Took off work again for Tuesday and waited all day - nobody showed up or called. Checked online and it said my appointment is now scheduled for Friday, November 8th. Zero phone calls or messages to update me. Do not do business with this company. They clearly don't care about their customers.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Re: ***********.********@safelite I scheduled windshield replacement with his office in the ********* area. After the work was completed, I noticed a few things:1. They charged me for services they didnt complete ( wiper blade replacement) 2. The rubber from the hood surrounding the wiper blades is severely damaged! The tech mustve used a sharp instrument to remove the guard before installed the new glass. He chipped the rubber is several places and therefore ruined the seal.3. I tried reaching them by phone and email for days. *********** replied that I will be given a refund, and instead of seeing a credit, he charged my card for a second transaction! Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I will not recommend or use them ever again.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Your office at ************************************ is without question, one of the worst businesses I have ever had to engage with. Not only did it take three attempts to fix my windshield, after the second failed attempt - where none of my vehicle's safety features worked because the camera could not be calibrated, and I had flashing lights on my dashboard - the office completely stopped all communication or updates. The office has no ability for a customer to leave a message, and in the completely random event I got someone on the phone, and asked to be called back (with affirmation it would happen) it never did. The service people at the desk were among the worst I've ever had. The manager had no interest in working to resolve my case, only telling me there could not provide any timeline on when my situation could be resolved. This was finally resolved through escalation to the corporate office, which after doing so, happened within a day (despite the manager previously telling me the part wasn't available). However - it was after my card was charged (prior to service being completed). Now - I have been charged a second time, less than a month later. I hope others, even if their insurance company steers them to use Safelite, will advocate for themselves and find another establishment that takes their business more seriously.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Safelite Auto Glass Repair while attempting to get my Tesla Model Y windshield replaced. Over the course of more than a month, I made three separate trips to their facility, each time encountering a different issue that prevented the repair from being completed.
On my first visit, I was informed upon arrival that they did not have the necessary glass in stock. For my second appointment, I was told after dropping off my car that they had the wrong type of glass. On the third and final attempt, the technician admitted they were not capable of fixing the windshield at all.
Throughout this process, I was greatly inconvenienced, having to arrange multiple rides with friends and family. Safelite offered to reimburse me for an Uber ride as compensation for the troubles, but despite promptly sending the receipt as requested by manager Gregory Ruckman, I never received the promised refund.
My attempts to follow up via email and phone calls went unanswered, demonstrating a lack of accountability and poor customer service. The entire experience was not only time-consuming and inconvenient but also displayed a concerning lack of communication and competence.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Safelite Auto Glass Repair. Their inability to complete a seemingly straightforward repair, coupled with their failure to honor commitments and respond to customer inquiries, was deeply disappointingSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

The poorest customer service i've ever experienced warning!!! don't go there !!!! I had my windshield replaced but it's not properly done and it's still loose and dangerous. They promised to order the parts and replace it but after so many emails and confirmations nothing was ordered and the store manager claiming she didn't received my email with the ***** but in fact i have a confirmation from her stating that my email was received , the store manager in *************** is rude and hang up the phone on me although I spoke politely to her trying to explain that I have her confirmation email she's carless with poor costumer service .Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Not only do they NOT honor their warranty like they claim they do - i had a repair that was guaranteed and it cracked in 2 days and i had to pay for an entire windshield anyway. There basically is no warranty. Its all in the fine writing. They claim something they dont do. But also, they CUT THE WIRE TO MY REMOTE START. I tried to figure out for months why it stopped working and finally took it in and the repairman had literally cut the wire and stuffed the entire thing, antennas and loose wires into the overhead area. I was THERE at the house with him and he never said a word. Just cut a freaking wire on my car. Thank god it was only remote start. Had to pay to get it repaired and they offered me zero reimbursement. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Convenience doesnt mean anything because theyll schedule you out months to come to your house anyway. Oh and you cannot call a local location. At all. ****************.
