      Initial appointment, they came out and had the wrong windshield so left and did not replace it and never called to reschedule. Second appointment was on the books for 2 weeks and they called four hours before the appointment to ask for a photo of the moulding and then told us they could not come out to replace it because they didn't have the correct moulding. In the meantime, crack keeps growing and is now almost 14 inches long. Terrible, awful service. I called ***** (our insurance company that contracted them) and Satellite. Neither seems to be able to offer a solution.

      Lost the spacer on the lower apron below my windshield and didn't re-attach my washer line. Had to have neighbor help me fix it. When I called to complain they told me they weren't responsible because "I touched it" and now they would be voiding my warranty. I had my credit card reverse charges for their overpriced wipers and contacted my insurance company to let them know about the shoddy work. These people do shoddy work and have horrible customer service.

      Prepaid online 9/5/24 to have glass on vehicle replaced w their Mobile service the next day.9/6/24 Next day safelite called and canceled repair due to agent being sick. Rescheduled service for 9/11/24.on 9/11 safelite called & canceled due to weather ( I agreed as hurricane was approaching our area) rescheduled for 9/14/24 and again was called by safelite & canceled due to agent being sick. Was told that they could reschedule next Thursday , I told them not acceptable and *** about I bring the vehicle in for service at which time I was lead to believe that Lake ******* had a shop. I found out shop was 1-1/2 hr drive away in ********, **. I canceled appointment on line 9/15/24 & asked for a manger to call me. 9/16 I made my 1 st call to customer service at 8:50 am explained to agent what was going on & she tried to get me thru the Beaumont store w no success and told me she sent an email to the store manager to call me. 2nd call was at 1:55 pm , found out that the Beaumont store canceled service an issued credit to which I have not received at this time. My experience with the safelite scheduling **** was not pleasant as they where rude & hung up on me twice. I would like an apology from this company for wasting my time.

      Total scam-************************************* replaced a rear window which shattered less than 30 days of being new. Told this was under warranty but took 3 weeks to get an appointment and then denied the warranty at the appointment -would rather pay an honest business a little more for quality work that stands behind their warranty protection . Would never give Safelite another dime

      Safelite - Great follow up system in trying to get the sale. Horrible service on execution of the service. Tech ******* showed up around the approximate time on a Monday. As he unwrapped the glass it had a scratch. He asked me if I wanted to do the install and I told him no. He called to get a new pc of glass and said one was not available that day but he would be back tomorrow which was understandable. Soon my wife got a follow up call on the completed service and she explained that the service had not been completed. Tuesday comes around and after around 8 hours we are pretty sure he is not coming as committed. We try to call the service number but its now after hours. My wife sets an appointment the next day with the representative ( now Wednesday) and I call the corporate number to find out what happened to the prior commitment. The agent connected me with the local shop and I went through the details. They show the new install for Wednesday with the same tech and the person on the phone says he will have a talk with ******* Wednesday rolls around and again , no call no show. I call back to corporate to ask for an email address and write a summary close to this with email and phone call time that has yet to get a response. My experience was very poor and I would be what is known as a net detractor in the customer experience world. I would not recommend this company to anyone

      Had a chip repaired in my windshield at my own expense, and was informed that the warranty was good for the entire period during which I owned the car. The chip repair became a 2-3 inch crack in my line of vision about two years after the date of original repair. My insurance company and I scheduled a replacement at which time I was told I would receive a $160 refund via credit card or check within 5-10 days of the replacement, which took place on 7/29/24. I have yet to receive that refund and each time I speak with the Store Manager, *********************, at their ************, ** location I am given a different story. I have also spoken with ************************** and was supposed to hear back from a District Manager about a week ago. That, too, has not happened. At this point, I have decided to take them to Dutchess County Small Claims Court as I have run out of patience and options.

      Came to the house 3 times with the wrong windshield for our vehicle lost 3 days of work. Plus gave a show time window of 4 hours each time and each time they were late. Horrible business

      I went to safelite repair shop in **************** on *************** and all I need was my regulator replaced but instead they broke my door that I cant open the door from the inside of my car due to them breaking a part that caused it to break the operation of opening and closing my door and on top of that when they first returned my car the window goes down when you push and hold the hold the button up to close it after they claimed they repaired it and the management said that they will have to go back in and reset the regulator again so now Im waiting for my door to be fixed and the reset of the new regulator they just installed on my vehicle so the window wont role down when pushing the up button to role up the window!!!!!

      I had an appointment on Tuesday between 8 and 12 they guys shows up an ask me to unlock my car so I did. I then sat back down on the couch not even 2 mins he comes to door an says he brought the wrong color glass for my vehicle remember I took the day off work an lot wages then he sets up another appointment so then again I had to miss work an lose wages again an my windshield has still not put in. I do not recommend using Safelite at all
