I had a rock hit my windshield in June. A technician came to my house to replace the broken glass and was unable to recalibrate it. A few weeks later, another technician came out to attempt the recalibration and I was told I will need to have another original windshield glass and to have it done in the shop, as they were unsuccessful. I have followed up multiple times with Safelite customer service number who tells me the *** on the new glass is unknown. Each time I call Safelite they tell me to speak with the ******** shop for more details. However I can never get through to the shop. Safelite had tried transferring me to the shop, but I get rerouted back to the 800 customer service number. ********************** also gave me an order number that ended up being for the incorrect vehicle. I confirmed with my insurance company that they gave me an order number for a ******** and I have a **. I have also reached out multiple times to my insurance company who tries to reach the shop unsuccessfully and says they email the manager to call me and I have received no calls. I have been without my side sensors since June and still need a whole new windshield and recalibration, but nobody can tell me when this will happen.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I scheduled an appt 3 days in advance to have my windshield replaced. My appt was between 12-5. I called around 2 bc I didnt hear from anyone. The company told me my installer was ****. They tried to call but his phone was disconnected. They told me they were reaching out to his regional office to see what was going on. He called a while later and said I was on the schedule but he had a couple ahead of me and it would be later in the evening. I waited but he never showed up or called. I called again at 6:0@ and he said he was finishing up a job and would be headed my way. NOONE EVER SHOWED IP OR CALLED. Now I have to drive out of town over a holiday weekend with a cracked windshield and my inspection sticker expires. This is so wrong. Very unprofessional and just not right!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

January 26th: Ended up having a distorted windshield and had to reschedule for another appointment. When my service was completed they said nothing about this and I had to speak up. They also damaged my molding. February 5th: Ended up having another distorted windshield installed and had to reschedule for another appointment. They also would not replace my molding because 'they didn't cause enough damage for it to be considered an issue that they had to fix". It was completely ripped in half! They also told me they have been having issues with that brand of windshield yet they still ordered it. When I saw it was distorted AGAIN the technician tried to persuade me that it wasn't that bad. This second replacement was worse than the first. Told me they would order OEM for next appointment.February 9th: I sat there for over an hour just for them to tell me that they didn't have a windshield for me. They had ordered another one of the problem windshields. Told me they would send someone to my house with an OEM windshield.February 16th:Service man arrived at my house in the afternoon and didn't install the windshield. Why? IT WAS COMPLETELY DISTORTED. It had not been inspected prior to his departure. He didn't even bother installing it because it was so badly warped. March 1: He called me on Mar 1 and said nobody will be coming. He claimed I never confirmed my appointment and they called me multiple times. Absolute LIE! This appointment was confirmed Feb 28 at 1:49pm with ***** via phone call. I even got a confirmation email. March 8: **** came out and said they didnt scrape the rust off the edges which could be really bad for windshield installation. He did a good job. Windshield is slightly distorted, but I was done dealing with them. Complete and utter NEGLIGENCE. I was told I would received a refund, and never did. I called customer call on multiple occasions, and nothing has been done. Should I seek legal help? I had six work days + gas costs as well.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a large pice of Concrete shatter and penetrate my passenger side of my 2023 ***** Traverse.I called Safelite *********** and was schedule to be there at 2:00pm for wineshield replacement. I arrived at 1:30pm and Safelite was not able to fullfil my apointment for 2:00pm and said I could wait until after 5:00pm. I was doing a Plsnt Start Up and needed to get back to work. I rescheduled for a Service Tech to come to me in Plaquemine the following day. I was told he would be there between 8:00am and 5:00pm. A Service Technician arrived at 7:00pm with the WRONG Windshield.He texted his coworkers to have the correct Windshield ready for pickup first thing the following morning. He said he or another Service Technicain would be there about 8:45am.SUPRISE, no one from Safelite had arrived by 9:00am. I called the *********** location and the receptionist said she know nothing of the second service call and said I would have to reschedule for Saturday. ARE YOU SERIOUS!I would not recommend this Safelite location to anyone. The worst service on the planet.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a disastrous experience with this place. They replaced my windshield with a pre-scratched one, then damaged my mirror cover and overhead console in the process. They returned to my place for repairs, only to discover the replacement windshield they planned to install was also damaged. Despite the service being under warranty, their incompetence and dishonesty made me lose all trust in them. I strongly advise against using their services. There's a reason why they have so many negative reviews.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

**************** in *****, **. 3 windshields later. 1st safelight *** told me the wrong window was ordered. We temporarily replaced it, as mine was really cracked. He had no problems at all. 2nd ********** had a problem, because the window he brought came with a big chunk missing on the bottom of windshield. Stuck with it. .Lastly the last, 3rd ********** could not get the windshield wipers off. Do not know what #2 did. He put them on. I have a male friend who had a tool that removed them. Then the 3rd tech refused to put the windshield wipers back on. He was running late and we had to wait for my male friend to get them off, when it was their 2nd tech who put them on. He also had problems with the string that removes the window, kept breaking.I was stuck having to put the wipers back on and when they put everything back together, the hose for the windshield sprayer was unhooked. I paid my friend $40.00 to undo this very large part to re hook the water tubing. It took almost ********************************************************************************************** to fix. The last person said he did not have the right tools to do the wipers. He told his boss or owner it was because they were different wipers. Then why did the 1st two have no problems? I had drivers side original wiper. ********** broke the passenger wiper. My friend ordered me a new one. Only difference was at the top it angled, the bases where attachment is done, they were the same. ***** **** poor excuses. Geico set me up with them. NEVER AGAIN. This was my 1st ever window replacement and what a nightmare. I paid my $250 deductible. For $50 more I could have gone to a *** that has a 5 star rating. DO NOT GO THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANIES. This company made stupid mistakes, complained they were not allowed the proper tools to work with.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Had an appointment to replace windshield. **** said he could not do the job because of something not even related to glass install. Very bad experience. Would not recommend satellite to anybody. They were very argumentative. Did not want to try and resolve the issue.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

This Safelite location is by far the worst facility in ********. I had an All Day appointment and was instructed to bring my vehicle in by 9:30 AM, promptly. I drive a *****, and when I arrived, they asked about the battery percentage. I told them it was at 51%. They responded that they could only work on the car if it was at least at 65%. This would have been crucial information to have before bringing the vehicle in, as it disrupted the rest of my scheduled appointments for the morning. Nonetheless, I returned with the car at 70%.The car sat there until around 1:15 PM, when I received a call from Safelite. A woman informed me that there was an abnormality in the windshield they had ordered for my car. She offered two options: they could install the defective windshield and take $100 off the fee, or they could order a new windshield, which would delay the repair until the new one arrived. I assumed the abnormality was minorsee the picture here. However, after four hours of wasted time and being without my car, I called back and asked if $100 was the best they could do for an abnormality that would be glaringly visible at night. The woman then began yelling at me, saying, Well, at least I gave you the option. You had an all-day appointment, and theres nothing we can do about your lost time or the abnormality. She continued to speak to me condescendingly, as if I were a child, saying, You do understand this, correct?Is this the kind of customer service we pride ourselves on in 2024, when service options are endless? I didnt create the abnormality in the windshield, nor did I cause the overall problem, yet this is how Safelite employees treat the customers who keep them in business? Completely unacceptable! I warn you nowbeware before booking at this location, and make sure to read the other reviews.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I called Safeliite as instructed by my insurance agent. They were very helpful and was easy. I had to reschedule my apointment at my request and that was simple and also very easy. The installer arrived on time and did an excellent job. I have to give a shout out to Corban C. I asked him a million questions and looked over his shoulder the entire time. I'm sure that would have annoyed most people. He answered every one of my questions and was very nice the entire time. I would rate him a fifteen on a scale of on to ten. made a appointment to get windshield replace, day of appointment Safelite calls and says techinican didnt come to work today w. must reschedule you, we rescheduled for the following week. on the day of that appointment from 8am to 1pm no one showed up. i notice i have a text message saying we rescheduled this appointment for 2 weeks. Didnt even give me a call.
