I scheduled a windshield replacement for my *************************** advance, only to have my appointment day ruined by Safelite's incompetence. They informed me that the windshield they received was cracked and refused to expedite a replacement.Given that Safelite is in the glass business, their inability to swiftly replace a broken windshield is astonishing. To make matters worse, they couldn't provide a replacement until July 19th, leaving me stranded. Their customer service was equally disappointing, requiring multiple calls to address the issue without resolution. Avoid Safelite at all costs. ****** learned. Never, ever get Safelite Auto Glass to replace your windshield. There warranty is a lie. 6 months ago I had to replace my windshield. Last week I went to drive my Explorer and I noticed that it was blurry. Not a film on the glass. Took it to ************ where I initially got it replaced and they said it was not covered by warranty. I call corporate and they said the same thing. I even got a second opinion and was told it was faulty glass. Well I guess it's time to lawyer up. What choice do I have.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Tech damaged my car, didnt do anything about it. Scratched in multiple places. Said I could take it to get it repainted and safelight would pay for it. Like I have time to go get my car repainted? Also, he didnt reinstall my door handle correctly - thankfully I caught it or my door wouldnt have worked properly. Its bad enough getting your car broken into, but then having to deal with damage and negligence when getting it fixed just adds insult to injury.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I scheduled a crack repair with Safelite two weeks ago through my auto insurance. I got my window (8am -1pm) the tech would be coming. The tech at 12:30ish to tell me he wasnt going to make the window time and was it okay to come after 1pm. I told him no, because I had a doctors appt. I told him I would call Safelite and reschedule. I called the number listed in the email from Safelife. I was upset because I wasted my whole morning waiting, moved schedules around etc. When the rep picked up I was upset and told him I wanted to be scheduled for tomorrow at 8am. The rep then proceeded to YELL AT ME. Told me I was disrespectful, who did I think I was calling like that. Not to talk to him like that. Mind you, I was rescheduling NOT because of me, but because of his company. He then hung up on me. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ***** the technician found every reason to not do my window. Very sad considering someone that works there referred me. . First ***** called and said my car had to be in the shade or a garage to be able to do it or it would shatter my windshield. So I moved it over to the next building in the shade and rolled the windows down like she told me. When she got her said said it was two large and she would recommend me getting my window replace. The shatter is 3 inches in diameter. Website said that was fine. Then she kept saying if she does this she cannot promise that it wont shatter more. I signed the paperwork. Then she tells me she is unable to do it as it is broken on the inside. So she said I can either replace the whole windshield or reschedule. So I said to just cancel my appointment. I went out to my car and you cannot fill the break on the inside or the outside of my windshield. So she is a complete liar. I even had someone else come out and feel. So very sad that your company acts like this just because she doesnt want to do any work. I do not recommend you to anyone.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

If i could have given zero stars I would have! Safelite came out a week ago and replaced a window in our 2005 Toyot Scion. The install was not done correctly leaving the seal flpping around the window. We were on a schedule to have this car shipped to the west coast. As soon as we drove this car and realized the problem we reached out to make a new appointment. We were told that our tech Wade could come out in two days. Wade stated he would arrive between 12-2pm, then he said it would be 3, then after 4pm. I contacted the Nashville branch and spoke with Jerrod and asked Jarrod why customers that were serviced over a week ago with an incorrect install weren't immediately put at the top of the line before they serviced new incoming customers. Jerrod said they have no way to control how the route is set up and that they didn't care that the install was bad they were going to get to us and fix it when they could. Awesome customer service, Just kidding ....
He hung up on me and will not answer his phone now
I highly recommend using anyone other than Safelite. If you try and find a customer service number with a real person its nearly impossible. Even when you find the number the lady at the Atlanta call center kept me on hold for 35 minutes. She came back and apologized and stated she couldn't get the Nashville office to answer the phone.
she gave me Jarrod's number and he was rude and hung up.
Wade our tech also had an attitude about our repair.
Please reconsider using Safelite if you have any options at all..
Poor customer service!!!!
My other favorite thing is when reading all these reviews all they reply with is sorry about that call us if you have any further concerns

The worst display of professionalism I've ever encountered, after purchasing a window that I had broken safelite installed a new one, weeks after,i used my max rear defroster an notice smoke inside my truck I immediately pulled over an soon after that my window exploded, after that I took it back to safelite,showed the employee's because a manager (mike) was not present, an a manager needed to be present to handle my issues, I then left bc he took to long an then he called me, without even seeing my truck he place blame on me to where I drove back so he could see it with his own eyes for the first time. He's then insisted that I broke the window, I quickly disputed that to, to where I realized I had to go up the chain of command, got corporate involve to where they told me i had to prove it was my defrost, took it to ford with pictures to where they could see a fire had started due the illumination in the picture,safelite agreed to fixing my window,but I had to pay the labor which made no sense but I agreed to it to hurry up an get my window fixed,weeks later I finally got a appointment to get my window fix, that was not at the same location nor the same city, upon safelite delivering my window to another location they said the window had been broken,the 2nd appointment that was made for me I called in advance to make sure that had the window on site an they did not,the 3rd time they tried to give me a different window that didn't even have the sliding motorized window 6 months later I'm still with out a window an they continue to give me the run around, do not have high expectations an make sure you check your windows out thoroughly.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Soooo today, I had to go to Safelite in Buford and, as always, I arrived early. Waited about 10 mins and was guided in by my window installer. Went inside, watched some TV, an hour and a half go by, my phone text said the tech was done and would be right out. Tech comes in to get me and starts talking then said " I had an accident. I want to be honest with you. My foot slipped and I broke the dashboard. I've already told my manager as well.
My question is WHAT IS YOUR FOOT DOING ON THE DASHBOARD OF MY TRUCK? I'M TRYING TO PICTURE IT. I CANNOT!
Paid my bill and told the manager to be ready for the quote to replace my dash.
Every time I go there, I get my trucks damaged. This is the same place that RUINED my windshields in Big Mack as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They scratched my car in three different places because the tech was wearing a belt and wasn’t supposed to be. They are now avoiding my calls and not responding to me. No email communication, no phone call communication, nothing. They do not want to pay to have the body shop take off the decals on my car and replaced. Given where the car is scratched, it HAS to be taken off and replaced. They want me to get another estimate from a different body shop. They have lied to me and said the estimate says they need to take the windshield out for the other part of the car that is scratched. It doesn’t say that on the estimate, at all. I will be contacting the district manager but I do not have any hope. I was only given an email address, no phone number for the district manager. This has been going on for three months. This is absolutely ridiculous. Take ownership of what you did and fix the problem.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

After submitting my Tesla for glass repair on MONDAY, June 24 2024 at 6654 Jimmy Carter Blvd, I was told the original replacement glass shattered and it would be ready no later than Wednesday, June 26th (not a few hours). I understood and complied, as these things tend to happen.
Throughout that day, I noticed alerts on my phone notifying me that my front trunk and passenger door were open the rest of the day and that evening until the very next. I confirmed this by looking at the sentry camera and saw that the mirror camera was disconnected, and my passenger door was indeed open. I received a call on Tuesday morning at 10:30/11 that my car was ready for pickup, ahead of schedule. After receiving my keys, I drove off the lot and was IMMEDIATELY hit with 12v Battery error messages. My car shut down in the MIDDLE OF THE STREET requiring me to call a tow to Tesla HQ in Duluth, GA. What was meant to be a quick pickup and an 8-minute drive home, turned into a several-hour ordeal costing me hundreds of dollars in tow truck fees and battery replacement, all during work hours which required me to miss 2 important work-related meetings.
I called the location the next day to speak to a manager and was informed that all of the managers were in meetings and would call me back once the receptionist pulled my record. Currently, it is Jul 4 1:15 pm and I am still waiting on a phone call from a leader at 6654 Jimmy Carter BLVD to hold the mechanic responsible for leaving my doors open for a full 24 hours, draining my battery for which I'm STILL dealing with to this day in tow and repair fees.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
