wasn,t happy with the 'off center' windshield installation, let the installer know. then it developed a stress crack about 5 inches long. the crack keeps getting larger - without the suv ever being driven. now the crack has branched out, and almost all the way up the windshield. a tech came out to replace under warranty and said that after sending pictures to all the professionals that it was decided it was an impact crack. the point of impact being right where the new crack just developed, 4 months later. remember, it started out to be a 5 inch crack. the point of impact that they claim is 14 inches away from the edge where the crack started. there is or has been no impact, but they say otherwise.we only use them a couple times a year, but never again, and will let our customers know to find another company for thier glass issues.

They screwed up my car's cameras when replacing the windshield. They didn't take responsibility or try to resolve it. They cost me weeks of time when I couldn't use my car. They cost me time having to bring my car to the dealer to get the trivial issue fixed. The manager lied to me and to Safelite corporate multiple times about the situation. The manager gaslighted me, trying to claim there was no problem, and then that the problem was not their fault. I would not trust this location or its manager.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

?? ?? ?? I recently had a tiny rock chip in my windshield. During the tiny chip repair, the technician cracked the windshield. Safelite's video says they guarentee NOT to cause further cracking, is obviously false advertisement, maybe they should be more specific with this video and stop giving customers false security that their techs will be careful with their windshields?
You have now caused a simple and FREE repair become a complete windshield replacement to cost well over $440 . This "quote" on the window Safelite cracked, does NOT include the additional costs for the window calibration that they are saying needs to be done at a dealership even though their site says you calibrate windows themselves! Liars! ?? Now all of a sudden they don't?
So my quote from a reliable window reputable replacement quoted me $880 plus a recalibration. That's crazy!
I'm a firm believer in Karma. What goes around comes around and people need to be well aware of what your company is up to!
Safelite AutoGlass Do you really think a customer is that stupid to schedule with you again, after that!?!? I think not! "We take care of you". More like you will take advantage of us, if we are not babysitting you while you are "repairing our windshield! ??

I am deeply disappointed with Safelite's service and carelessness. I strongly advise against using their services in the future unless you want to go through the same thing that we had to. Safelite Auto discount Scheme. Safelite Auto had some type of discount promotion that they signed my dad up for $60 off for service for my vehicle. No Expiration, the guy told us we could hold on to it and use it whenever. Call the company, they have no record, saying the discount is outdated, and it doesn't matter because my insurance will pay the most for the repair. It's the principle and the fact that we're out of money for a so-called discount that was a scheme for the company to begin with all to get a sale.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Safelit made 3 appointments with me. The first they canceled because they did not have the windows yet. OnThe second , the repair person came out, but reported he had the wrong windows. On the third, the repair person did not show up. My repair was supposed to be handled by *****, according to *******, the consumer care person and no one ever got back to us.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I booked an appointment for window regulator replacement on their website, 12 days ago, and was offered an appt for today, the 29th, between 9:00-1:00pm. I got an email and text message confirming my appt. So I waited around for 3 hours until 12:08pm and called customer service. They assured me the tech would be here shortly. Finally, at 1:15 I called customer service again. They said my work order got deleted on the 17th and the rep attempted to email (checked all folders and spam, no correspondence) I mentioned this to the rep who simply responded ma’am I’m just reading the notes. We don’t carry a regulator part. Cool, so why is it an available service and why wouldn’t you order the part in the 12 days you had to do so. I said thank you for bringing this to my attention so that I will know to never consider Safelite again for future services or referral. The rep was very rude and attempted to hang up on me I told her have a good day and hung up on her myself. Horrible customer service and even worse business practice.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Horrible customer service.
The representative at the front desk was lazy, dogmatic and sarcastic .
I requested a reinstall after my windshield was not originally installed properly. He tried to talk me out of the reinstall and denied all of the compliant that I supported with pictures and documentation. While I was waiting at the location another man entered the location and also said he had problems with is vehicle service and also that’s he was going to file a complaint to address the matter.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Took my new 2023 truck on June, 22 2024 to replaced my windshield, drove my truck straight home and parked, then I noticed a scratched on my driver side that wasn’t there
Went back the location and they said they looked into it, but never called me back , and they don’t want to be responsible for the scratched on my truck , I barely drive that truck that only has 13,000 miles and I know that scratched wasn’t there when I took the truck for the windshield, just want them to fixed the scratches on the truckSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

If I could give them less than a one star I would, The first time they replaced my window, they shattered it completely, so badly they had to rent me a car to drive until they could replace it 10 days later. The second "repair", looks terrible, seams are not even close to straight, or tucked in correctly, AND they broke my antenna on my GPS, now it will not navigate correctly, not to mention the casing it is in fell down and hit me in the head while I was driving, and they broke that too. Both the manager and tech were extremely rude. They take your cc when you drop it off, so the first time they didn't charge my card, but the bank put a hold on it for $1350 for over a week the second time I picked it up we questioned the amount as the quote said $950. The rude manager said oh you're right...so unless i had said something they would have charged me $400 more! I am having to take back in for the 3rd time to another location, ( i will never set foot in that one again) and waste another day of work. Complaining to corporate office is a joke and a waste of time!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

They installed a windshield. Later while having my car serviced my dealer told me they broke the trim and clips. It cost me $295.93 to repair it.
Safelite refuses to reimburse me claiming I broke a warranty that was never given to me. They don't dispute breaking it.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
