      The location in Huber heights Ohio is terrible they chipped my paint and then tried to tell me it was already like that and said they have time stamped pictures .my car had no chips above windshield they did it with the tool they use to remove windshield .

      I went for a crack smaller than a quarter. It was fixed. I think price was a little high but hey, big company you expect responsibility and stand behind their work. The crack expanded. They didn't even look at it, they asked me when do I want to go for replacement? When I asked for the warranty, they told me they use the money for a new one. I asked about returning the money to the insurance company and they said they don't do that. I asked what is exactly that you warrantied because it was to prevent expanding. They wouldn't tell me, just that they will used the money the insurance paid for the windshield.
      Be careful and read the rest of the reviews, and the problems they have when they change the windshield. Am I going to trust them? What are they going to warranty if I replace it? It really looked to me like a scam. It looks like the lady at the front desk knew all the steps. They will be overcharging for a windshield what started with a crack they were supposed to fix. Don't read the reviews in their website.

      they came out to replace my window. They ended up damaging my vehicle in the process. They did not report the damage like they said they did. I had to call five days later to check up on it finding out that the incident was never reported. I’ve been waiting three weeks now for them to repair my vehicle, I just got a call saying that I have to take my only vehicle up there for an entire day Monday-Tuesday to get it fixed leaving me without a vehicle.

      worst possible experience with Safelite. I've been rescheduled twice the day before my actual appointments. Today I had a morning appointment from 8:30am to 1:30pm, still no call from the tech. I called to get a status update and was told to either reschedule or wait. Absolute worst customer service.

      Terrible company!!! They are on their fourth visit to my house and my van still isn’t fixed bc of poor workmanship. They have broken multiple parts on my van by just replacing the glass and it still isn’t fixed. Use any company but Safelite.

      I had purchased Technaglass's lifetime warrantee. Safelite bought them out and they won't honor the warranty. They're glad to take the profits from a company they bought out, but not honor the warrantees that people paid for. Safelite sucks, and I'll never do business with Safelite ever for their lack of integrity to honor the warranties of the company they bought out.

      DO NOT RECOMMEND
      Horrible repair results. Cracked my windshield repairing a pea sized chip. Had to leave and get proper functioning tool said the repair tech his tools weren’t working correctly.
      Manager at Livonia Mi shop was rude offered no apology or recompense for the damage and hung up on me for using the word damn.

      A mobile repair tech replaced my window on bout 2/10. After the install I found silicon/adheasive had dripped onto my console and dash, trash was left in the vehicle, and the rain sensor was not installed correctly. I took my vehicle to the location off I-10 which installed the rain sensor correctly and attempted to remove the adheasive however found it was unable to be removed. They also found further adheasive dripped onto the rear view mirror. This location took photographs which I was told by the manager would be sent to the manager of the store who did the original install and I would be contacted for the damage to be repaired. After not being contacted for several weeks and talking with warranty claims and a supervisor I finally recieved a call from the store manager on Thursday, 3/28 who advised he would look into it and get back to me the follow week. It has not been another two weeks without hearing anything from the store manager.

      You cannot get to a Customer Service Rep period! They will not answer the English speaking people but they will answer the Spanish speaking people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Can't keep appointments. Make you call out of work. Don't update you when you call to check in. Lie and say that it's your fault that they didn't show up. You can't tell me. It's my fault. I confirmed. I called and gave my debit card number.
