      I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I've such a difficult time with them. I had an appointment scheduled for May 5, they would be out between 12 and 5 pm. They called around 1 to tell me the window was damaged so I would need to reschedule. I was called by them on May 6 and rescheduled for May 7 at 4 pm. I get there, wait ***** minutes just for them to let me know my window is damaged (again). The manager said she had to outsource it and it would take 3-5 days. I gave them 5 BUSINESS days, so a whole week later, still nothing. I actually went into the shop on May 15 and was told they would call me with an ***. By May 19, I still hadn't heard from them so I go back into the shop and was told someone had nabbed my window so they would reorder and i would get a call on the 20th to schedule an appointment. I was called and was told to come in on the 21 at 1:30. I got there at 1:30, waited for *************************************************************************** to let me know why it didn't show up. 24 hours later i'm still waiting fo that phone call. This whole situation is ridiculous and can't believe this is how they would treat a customer.

      Never go back AGAIN!!!!! WORST Service ever experience with company , Charged me for a windows they didn't have, even after they looked at it, Also sent a Technician out just to tell me they don't have the Glass , very unprofessional ,NEED MY FULL REFUND ASAP.

      Terrible experience. My technician never showed up the first day. I was rescheduled for two days later and no one called it showed up. **************** couldnt help. The local shop never answered. When I did speak with someone it was the manager and she let me know I was the first appointment. Still no one ever called or showed up. I received an email that I was rescheduled a third time and still no one called it showed up. Finally the fourth time of reschedule some called me out of the blue saying they were 15 minutes away. By that time almost a week had gone by with no Communication and I had already scheduled with a local dealer. Do not waste your time with safelite. Go to a local dealer.

      I've used Safelite several times in the past and never had a problem with service. Unfortunately my most recent experience was not the same. I called last Tuesday (4/29/2025) and spoke to a representative about a quote for a windshield repair for a crack about the size of a nickel. I wasn't able to get the quote online as my year/make/model was not in the system and the representative on the phone said that they could not give me a quote for the same reason. They forwarded my case to another team and said I would get a call from them. I followed up on Friday (5/2) as I hadn't heard anything. The representative said I would hear something in 48 hours (it had already been 48 hours) and I asked if that included Saturdays to which they confirmed it did. On Thursday 5/8 I called back as I still had not received a phone call. This time the representative told me that my case had been deleted from the system as the "part could not be found". Sadly, the crack has grown to probably six inches now and a replacement will cost $1300-$1700. The negligence and poor communication of Safelite has likely cost me a lot of money. This experience was bad enough that I will not consider using Safelite again for glass repair/replacement. I will say that all of the **** on the phone were nice and professional.

      Made my appointment on line. Got a call to confirm my date. The Safelite Auto Glass Tech arrived early, hours ahead of my expectations( which for me was a good thing) . He was friendly and Professional and he explained how to care for my New Front Windshield once it was installed. The process was great and this was my second time using Safelite. If....any problems arise days or weeks after the install, I give an update. but, for now, Safelite did a Great Job.

      This place is such a scam and totallly price gouging their customers.. I was quoted $499.93 for a windshield replacement after providing my vehicles make / model / VIN. I was told it would be a bit more due to the calibration that needed to be completed. I was billed $994.93.... almost double of what I was quoted. How can a quote be so WRONG when you have all of the vehicle's information? If they would have quoted me accurately, I would have gone somewhere else. Doubling a price is wrong, I got a quote because PRICE MATTERS.. so frustrated with being taken advantage of.

      Safelite auto glass repair actually made the chip I had into a full windshield crack! Then they said I would have to go to their store for a total windshield replacement at my cost! They never told me any risks, never explained the process, I never signed anything. I had no idea they could crack the entire window. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and spent 30 min on hold and no supervisor ever took my call!!!

      Im writing to request a resolution and refund related to service I received at your location on 10/24/24, when I had my windshield replaced. The installation appeared fine at the time.However, on 3/12/25, while driving, my rearview mirror and bracket suddenly detached from the windshield. The bracket wasnt broken, so I scheduled an appointment with my local *** dealership the next day. Their technician stated that it appeared there was inadequate adhesive used, and asked if the windshield had recently been replaced.I contacted your shop to report the issue. ****** advised me to email the *** invoice for reimbursement. I sent the invoice as requested. On 3/17, she responded that there had been a miscommunication and I wouldnt be reimbursed since the vehicle wasnt inspected first. However, I was never told to bring the car in. I would have gladly done so, as the dealership is nearby.On 3/18, I received another email confirming a refund of $201.03 would be processed within 34 weeks. When I followed up on 4/17, I received no reply. I contacted ************* on 4/22, and was informed the refund request had never been submitted. I sent a follow-up email on 4/25again with no **************, 4/29, I called ************* again and was told the form still wasnt submitted. While on the call, ****** contacted me directly. Unfortunately, she was immediately defensive and rude. When I expressed frustration and mentioned I would leave a BBB review if this wasnt resolved, she abruptly ended the ******* this point, Ive been more than patient. I am requesting a full refund for both the *** invoice and the original windshield replacement due to the poor service and lack of communication. Please confirm how and when this will be resolved
