      This experience was so bad that I wish that I could give it zero stars but I can not. I only came here because this is where my insurance sent me to replace my windshield. They rescheduled me 2 times and gave me a temporary windshield. I have TX registration that we have to put on the windshield. But instead of them taking off the sticker to give to me, they recycled the windshield. I called up there to ask about it, the first lady told me to check my center console and call her back then hung up the phone. Before I called her, I did check and it was not there. I call back and another lady answered and told me that they had already recycled my old windshield with my sticker on it.I was suppose to go back to get the new windshield placed that day that I called the 2nd time such they only gave me a temporary one that was throwing all my car sensors off... the rescheduled me. So I go back today and after they placed a new windshield on. They said that I need to submit a receipt for my new registration and can take about 6 weeks to get reimbursed.. meanwhile, I have to ride around illegally hopefully not getting a ticket. And if so will yall reimburse me for that as well? How about me taking time of work to stand in a line waiting for my registration sticker? Should I charge you hourly such I'm losing money for your mishaps ? Why is it not standard practice for yall to had anything on a windshield to the customer?

      I should have my glass replaced today between 12 and 5 and nobody came. It is suposse that one technician named ****** should contact me. Nobody called me during the hole day, nobody came to fix the problem. When called customer service, they don't know what's the reason they did not come.
      On my opinion. don't waste your time with this company.

      I was trying to get glass replaced for my truck because the rear glass in the back where the trunk is accidentally hit by a rock. They had the wrong glass for my truck and they still want me to pay full price of service and they didn't do the service right. Also they have my address incorrect and they have to reschedule my appointment so I decide to cancel my appointment and go with another auto glass company.

      Terrible customer service. Scheduled my appointment for 8am-noon and advised vehicle was unsheltered. Tech called morning of to say another tech called off would not get to me until 4pm. Rain was in forecast for the afternoon. At 3pm tech called to cancel because of rain. Called rescheduling and had appointment next day. I then received call from manager who was rude and talked over me. I hung up the call. Waited next day no call no show. Emailed customer service with no response. Went to local competitor and window was replaced for fraction of cost from Safelite. Won’t do business with Safelite again

      I had a Saturday appointment with safelite, I confirmed the appointment with the tech at 7:30am that I Was his last appointment at 4pm. Missed a call at 2:15pm. When I called back at 2:45pm it went to voicemail. I then texted tech and got no response. I then chatted with an agent online and was told my appointment was canceled. The tech said he could not find address. I find that hard to believe as NO ONE has EVER not been able to find my house. This is unexceptable when we have been waiting for several hours. This kind of service is why company's get a bad reputation. Recommend using another company.

      DO NOT USE!!!!!!! This company has an extreme lack of customer service. The job was not completed on the initial visit so they scheduled a return visit. Multiple scheduled appointments were missed by them without any notification at all. I talked to the tech (*******) who stated there was a mix up and he was told he wasn't on the call someone else was but the shop still assigned him. He stated he would call me back with answers and to reschedule. Four hours later, no call or update. I had to take it upon myself to reschedule. When calling to get answers there is no apparent communication because the only answers I get is I don't know but I will have someone call you or I'm not physically at the shop so I don't know the reason. Save yourself the headache and use another company that actually value customers.

      Safelite Sucks Period, Safelite person lied and said that I didn't leave my key to my car after I made a complaint about not having my car ready when promised. The person actually LIED!!!!! on me the customer. Never use Safelite ever.
      Use your car dealership for all of your needs.

      Horrible work! Horrible Customer Service!
      They did not put the windshield correctly and scheduled it as Warranty work! Make it make sense....
      I cannot get the windshield repaired correctly, because they will not answer the phone.
      Customer Service state they would like to make it right, but they are just as lost as the store employees.
      If someone asked me to use the Safelite on S. University in Little Rock, AR, I would run.

      Unable to service my car twice in a row due to failure to check their own inventory levels and rain. I was told by the installer to follow him to an abandoned car wash and watch him complete the work he came to my job to complete, I couldn’t believe the suggestion as it sounds like the beginning of a horror movie. Assistant manager misrepresented himself as the store manager on the phone. Store manager is ineffectual and has short sided business sense, she consistently does not hold staff accountable and fails to communicate with her clients. All of this feedback was given to SM directly and it was all but ignored. I have recommended my insurance provider remove this frankly dangerous shop from their list of approved service providers.
