      Came out to my home and they knew the vehicle was located outside and magically they couldn’t replace it wanted me to drive it 40 mins to one of there shops . I am not satisfied at all I cancelled the service and I’ll take it to someone else.

      Called for a repair on a pinhead-sized chip in my window shield. Repair quality was nowhere close to what I’ve experienced from others - the chip didn’t look like it had been filled at all. Less than a month later, the chip has started to crack.
      Safelite said “too bad” and will credit us $75 towards a $1000+ replacement, which is our only option now. No way to fix the repair.
      We were stuck with Safelite through our insurance company. They can do a garbage repair job, knowing you’re following your policy, then force you to buy an expensive windshield as soon as it cracks (also from them, per insurance).
      Totally unethical, and I’ll change insurance companies if they refuse to hold Safelite accountable.

      Setup an appointment online to have my entire back window (Ford Platinum Truck) with electric sliding glass replaced as you can’t change out the individual sections of glass. Drop my truck off at 8:00am and have both a technician and employee come and confirm that the entire back of the glass needs to be replaced. The gentleman confirms that they indeed have the glass in stock to replace the entire window at a cost of $578. I agree for them to proceed.
      I call at 3:00pm to get a status update on my truck. The lady stated that it would be ready around d 5:00pm and to go ahead and come up to their office at that time. Then at 4:00pm I get a phone call from a ******** who states she is the manager and proceeds to tell me that I ordered the wrong piece of glass and that the cost to replace the entire back window is now $922. Because I made an appointment online and had the technician ensure the glass was available with a quoted price, IM NOW THE ONE AT FAULT AND BEING TOLD I OWE ALMOST $400 more! Not only was there absolutely NO COMMUNICATION, but the information provided to me was vastly incorrect and false. Not to mention the managers main reply was ‘yeah I understand, but you……’ and continued to explain how I made the mistakes. She not once took accountability for the mistakes on their end.
      This will be THE LAST TIME I ever use Safelite for anything.
      People don’t remember you for who you are, what you know or what you say, but how you made them feel.
      I have never been told how wrong I am as a customer for making an appointment with a company to have them service my vehicle before, but this will be my last.

      No stars from me! Safelite replaced my cracked windshield in November, and I have had 3 warranty service calls since then, with no solution to the problem. There is a crackling sound around the windshield as I drive, I’m having to scrape ice from the inside of my windshield, and when the inside condensation is not frozen, it runs down the windshield into my speakers and vents on the dash. They said they did a pressure check with no leaks, yet, I was told by the 2nd warranty tec, that the first tec did not put a bead of sealant on the top of windshield, and weather strip not replaced correctly. I was told by the store manager on the last warranty visit, that the condensation could be caused by worn out seals, or just the water in the bottom of my shoes. I’ve never had any of these problems until Safelite replaced my windshield. Driving my car in this situation is not safe, so I’m reaching out to anyone who can help.

      Safelite auto glass scammed myself and family. Scammed our insurance policy racking up $14,422 in payouts! Needless to say our auto insurance premium is nothing we can afford. Horrible scammers!!! I wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone ??.

      Got a small chip in my window about the size of a nickel. Took it in and get repaired and insurance pays for it at no cost to me. Due the the pressure on the glass when making the repair the crack spread to the point the the window needs replaced. Now it is going to cost me $900.00 to get replaced. How it this my problem when I didn't cause the crack? This is horrible service.

      Had an appointment and they put in the wrong windshield. They set another appointment and didn’t call to tell me the new windshield didn’t arrive. I drove 2 hours to get to the appointment. One way. I went to another business to find that satellite broke my windshield camera and mount. They refused to replace it saying there was no proof. They are shady liars. Do NOT go here!!! I would give zero stars if that was an option!!
      Bad customer service. Bad service. Liars!!!

      Awful customer service! I'm just extremely upset and disappointed with my experience with Safeglass. I came to change my cracked windshield in Safelite in Framingham, and they did it wrong. It looks really ugly. I have a huge missing foam strip where the windshield and dashboard meet. Unfortunately, I don't know if attaching pictures is possible. I came to Framingham the next day with this issue, and the guy said it was probably glass with missing foam, and they didn't notice it. He made an appointment for me in Weymouth and assured me it would be fixed and he would call and explain the issue so they would be ready.
      I came to Weymouth (my third trip) and was told they don't have this foam part to fix the issue! The guy said the manager is on vacation, but he will tell him and order it, so they let me know when I can come. Lately, I got an e-mail on Tuesday, Dec 26, where they asked (finally) when the best time for me to make an appointment to fix the issue. I made an appointment on Thursday, Dec 28. I came on Thursday (two days later), and when I was there, they just said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part. So what to send me an e-mail two days before?! It's so unprofessional from the beginning when they didn't job correctly and carefully, and now I have to waste my time trying to fix it.
      The guy I met in Weymouth today even didn't apologize.

      You advertised that you have and can calibrate the safety features but didnt have the software for my car. I made an appointment and it was rescheduled without even talking to me and when you call its an automatic recording system. If i knew you couldn't calibrate the safety features or uphold my original appointment i would have found someone who can or just went to the dealership. Now i have to pay more to get the car calibrated even though your whole marketing revolves around that very thing.

      Horrible Service, I had my windshield glass replaced at a Safelite location *** * ******** *** **** **** ****** *** ***** on 12/20/2023. They broke my dashboard in 4 pieces. They claimed because it had a crack in it was compromised and it's not their fault it broke in 4 pieces. I was advised by ******* to call back tomorrow and speak with the Manager but he's not going to do anything. I called the next morning and spoke to the Manager ****, I advised him I saw the installer sit on my dashboard and I could tell that he's a new installer because several other installers had to assist him, and ******* advised him what to say to me. I feel the installer, or the supervisor should have informed me of the damaged when it happened instead BLAMING me for the damaged. I did record some on it on my phone. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
