Replaced windshield on warrantee. Tech disconnected wipers and lost (broke) 2 caps on window molding. They fixed wipers but said they ordered missing parts. Waited two weeks and visited shop to have parts installed. They acted like I never told them my problem. Bought parts myself for $9. Not worth the trouble waiting for them. Sloppy workmanship and poor customer service and communication.. Would not recommend the use of their service. I did contact customer service and they transferred me to the repair shop who were useless.

They are the worst company ever to try and schedule an appointment. Every time spot they say is available is not available when you try and confirm it. They are one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. They tell you these time slots are available and when you try and confirm it that are not available. After about 30 + minutes they send me a message that they will call me within 12 hours. What a joke. 12hours really I will believe it when it happens. Called a local shop and within 5 minutes they had me an appointment. I don’t recommend Safelite and they lost me as a costumer. Their commercials are nothing but a lie and borderline fraud. Definitely not what they Claim. You will be better off using a local shop than Safelite. So save yourself some time and probably quality and use another company.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Had a windshield replaced and the molding flew off on the highway less than a month later on my way to present the vehicle for a car show. I wasted 2 days of my trip trying to get the molding fixed by safelite but they didn't care about the situation and wanted to have me miss the entire event to drive several hours to get it replaced with yet another fake not oem part. I took it to another shop and they confirmed that safelite used the wrong glue and that the work was done poorly
The manager of this location refuses to pay for the work and is looking for any excuse to wiggle out of responsibility for their shotty work. Don't bother going here. They don't warranty their work and use cheap off brand parts. STAY AWAY!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had an appointment for July 11th.between noon and 5:00. Waited for someone to show up and by 4:45 I started calling to find out what happen. To my frustration it was difficult to find a number so I could speak to someone so I tried the automated line and after 6 times of being hung up on I gave that up, The next day I finally found a number where I could speak to a person which didn’t turn out well. I explained to her that I had an appointment the previous day and no one showed up or called. Without and apology she said, I’ll check when you appointment is. I just told her when it was! She eventually returns and once again without an apology she said, No one sent in the request we will be out on 13th between noon and 5:00. Nothing about was that convenient for me or not. When I asked her how they were going to compensate me for the inconvenience she said. We don’t do anything about that.
On Thursday ***** showed up and was extremely polite while he listened to me rant. He told me there was nothing he could do but he would call his supervisor and ask him if he could compensate me to which I hear once again, we don’t do anything about that.
The only nice thing I can say about the company was that ***** was a complete gentleman and did a wonderful job on my car. He even cleaned up and trash that might have dropped during the process. As for the rest of the company worthlessSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

1 starI can’t waste any more time on these rude stupid freaks ! I lost a day’s work, a dr appt., spent money car rental all because ‘****’ refused to keep his appt to replace my windshield ; my car hung out at a lot four extra days , etc. plus the rude ‘regional’ girl who’s a real shithead! I think collectively they have an IQ of less than 20 because they all have the same tactics & manners, interesting case study..luckily I have choices in the future. It’s true when they say the bigger the ad, the lesser the product plus Geico whom i’m dropping because they coupled me w Safelite without options which exist! Double scams . Good riddance they don’t even care about bad reviews. Keep your f ing respond to yourself safelite you are i’ll bred hicks being paid for your substandard backwoods tactics!!!!!Review fromAstrauss

My insurance company made the appointment to get my Mitsubishi eclipse cross back window fixed on June 18th for the 27th and i was called at the time they were supposed to be here to let me know the window arrived damaged so they needed to order a new one. A new appointment was made for today July 20th over a month since the initial appointment was made and I got a call saying that the window arrived damaged yet again. I called safelite and the girl I spoke with sat on hold for 6 minutes and could not reach the warehouse. This is so unprofessional. I can’t get someone out here to repair my windows let alone get ahold of someone to speak with on the phoneSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had my windshield replaced back in 2020 and having some water on my floorboard on the passenger side, I had my mechanic bypass the heating core, thinking it was an issue. Still getting wet carpet, which now has mold on it, trying to figure out where the leak is, I was finally able to determine that it was coming from the upper corner of the windshield.
Tried to call them, because at the time, I had a lifetime warranty. Now, I can't view my receipt as it's expired through their portal, the warranty online states 30 days to notify them, and no one answers the phone. When looking at the seam it was not aligned properly, not tucked and I should have inspected this better.
If you are going to use them, inspect everything and make sure it's a tight fix... watch them like a hawk. And pray that the adhesive doesn't lose it's grip down the road.
I had refered 2 co-workers to them, so I hope they don't have any issues with their stuff.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I cannot stress enough how utterly incompetent and unreliable Safelite Auto Glass Company has proven to be. Their complete disregard for customer time and the consistent failure to meet their commitments have left me seething with frustration.
To begin with, we scheduled multiple appointments for their mobile service, and on two separate occasions, an employee was dispatched to our location. Both times, Safelite assured us that it was a mobile service appointment. However, much to our dismay, the employee called the office and canceled the appointment without any prior notice or explanation.
Seeking resolution, we decided to bring the vehicle into their shop, hoping that it would lead to a quicker and more reliable solution. But alas, even at the shop, Safelite managed to disappoint us yet again. They informed us that they wouldn't be able to proceed with the service and demanded that we reschedule the appointment for another day, causing significant inconvenience to our business operations. On top of that, the company would not release our vehicle back to us demanding payment for a service not completed, holding my employees for 30 minutes before realizing we were being rescheduled again.
On our latest attempt, we made painstaking efforts to ensure the vehicle was dropped off within the appointment window, only to be met with further disappointment. Five minutes past the designated time, they denied our appointment and insisted on yet another rescheduling.
The sheer lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Safelite is appalling. They have proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted to fulfill even the most basic commitments they make to their customers.
Their inability to provide reliable service has cost us precious time, money, and resources. I implore anyone considering Safelite for their window glass needs to look elsewhere for a reputable and trustworthy company. Save yourself the headache and hassle – steer clear of SafeliteSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

First vehicle the technician could figure out how to open the hood on a Dodge Ram and left. I had to reschedule and keep my rental a week longer due to it. Second vehicle small chip fix, it started cracking with in a few weeks, took back for warranty offered to apply fix cost towards a new windshield. Just take your car some where that they know what they are doing and save yourself a headache and money.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
