      The absolute worst company out there they ruined my car, scratched my dash board, chip off paint and broke a piece of my the plastic that holds the mirror up.

      Do not use. They have brought out the wrong glass 3 times now on my pick up. I even called ahead of time to assure had it right. Was told sorry I had to check but tech had the right ones. Truck shows up with wrong glass. I call in and was told they close in 15 minutes so don’t answer phones. This is the worst company avoid at all cost.

      I had a chip that was to be covered 100% by insurance. The technician botched the repair and cracked my windshield. I fully believe they intentionally crack the windshield to upsell a replacement. Replacement was $991. From a free chip repair to $991 out of pocket. Three appointments until it was finally done. Run around by customer service, leaving me on hold for an hour. They were supposed to credit the failed chip repair against the replacement which they did not, they charged me full price. Unbelievable. Never again will I use this company for anything.

      My rear passenger glass was replaced May 12, 2023 in Rochester NY. In the following week, the seal came off. I called Safelite for warranty fixing of seal. Technician came out on Jul 3 and said he is unable to fix because the seal was installed incorrectly. He said they need to order new seal. Today is Jul 14,2023 I have not received any update verbal or written from Safelite. Meanwhile the rainy summer is affecting my car weekly due to open seal. Their customer service system says they cannot take calls.

      I had a mobile technician from the Peachtree Corners, GA location replace my Ford Explorer windshield on June 3, 2023 for $500 out of pocket. On July 10th, a crack appeared in the same location with no impact. I inquired if this would be covered under warranty since no damage had occurred and was told it would not. I drove to the Marietta location on July 11, 2023 and had another replacement with wiper blades for $543. A crack appeared in the same place on July 12, 2023, less than 24 hours later while my car was in the garage. I drove to the nearest location (Peachtree Corners) on July 13, 2023 where a tech inspected it and insisted there was an impact point and there must have been new damage. The manager, Daniel Smith, said the impact point was evidence of new damage and the best he could do was a discount on a third replacement (which indicates to me he knows they are at fault). He refused to give me his manager’s contact information. I am asking for a full refund of $1043 for the two faulty windshields that have been installed on my car, but have been met with dismissive attitudes and no apology for the trouble I’ve had to go through to get what I paid for.

      Absolutely horrible service ! took two half days off both times they brought the wrong window never got an apology almost 3 weeks without my car. Called a local glass shop got it done within the hour no apology whatsoever from Safelite customer service.

      Horrible customer service. Technician called and said he was 10 mins away...I told him that I was 20 mins from my home but that I left the key by the truck like the online service said I needed to do. He told me that he needed me to sign a form first before he could start which I was not told that when I signed up for the service. He then went on to say that he couldn't wait 10 mins for me to get home and I needed to reschedule.
      I then called Satelite to talk to them about this. The lady who answered said she would check into it while she put me on hold. Well she never came back from putting me on hold for 15 mins. Obviously they wanted me to hang up, which I did. I cancelled my appt. This company is bad.
      *this is my first time ever writing a review for a company but I had to because it was that bad of an experience.

      I scheduled service to have the windshield replaced on my 2017 Cadillac Escalade.
      Safelite decides to call 4 minutes before my scheduled service time - for an appointment that I made 5 days earlier - to tell me that they have to order the windshield from the dealer. 4 minutes!! Why couldn't this call have happened during any of 5 days since making the appointment?!
      Then, on top of that, I asked if they could do all of the reprograming/recalibration for HUD and other sensors. It was only after I asked that he told me they can't do the reprogramming. Why the #&*$ did I have to ask?! How in the $*&@ is this NOT something THEY tell you?!
      If I could leave negative stars, I would. Absolutely despicable business practices and complete horse crap customer service.
      Don't be fooled by the ridiculous follow up that is sure to come saying that they are so sorry and would like to help by calling 1888......
      It's BS. That number is useless - I called already.
      I went to the Cadillac dealer and happily paid 50% more just so I wouldn't have to give this company a penny.

      Safelite was contracted to replace my windshield by my insurance company.
      After I inspected the vehicle I noticed a lump on my hood. It appears someone left a tool or item order the hood when it was closed. It also appears that someone tried to repair the damaged or cover it up.
      After complaining to the West Palm Beach office. My claim was denied.
      So I sent my complaint to the corporate office and that was followed up with a check for the estimated repair.
      Once the car was brought in for repair. The estimate was not enough to cover the true repair cost so a supplement estimate was submitted to the West Palm Office and once again the repair cost request was denied.
