Avoid. Made an online appointment - their technician was supposed to come to my house (at a steep fee, mind you) between 1200 and 4:30pm. At 4PM I receive a call from the business that the technician would NOT be coming, and I was to visit the business in person due to the type of vehicle that I own. I wasted an entire day off for a technician that never showed up, AND their business is a 45 minute drive away from my home. Not to mention this business' cost is higher than their competition. I tried for 3 weeks in a row to get a new windshield. First one was broke next two appts they had the wrong windshield. I’ve been waiting 2 more weeks and no calls or a reschedule yet from them.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Tech began work, but, within 20 minutes, it began to rain. I was out there and the old windshield was still in.n
The tech SHOULD HAVE stopped at that point and rescheduled the appointment. However, he continued to work in the rain and it has been raining since he left... 3+ hours. My car was/IS wet inside!! Condensation ALL OVER THE INSIDE WINDOWS!!!! THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!! GLUE WILL NOT SET! Tech even said he couldn't guarantee that the glue would hold!!!!!!!!
Now, I'm left with a WET INTERIOR and a windshield that is NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Had an appointment scheduled through the Sullivan, MO office. I was at the appointed place and time frame, but they failed to appear because I didn't answer my phone. However, what's the point of scheduling an appointment? I gave Safelite ZERO stars. Use another company.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

5/19/23- 7/7/23 Do not use Safelite. We have had five appointments and the windshield is still not replaced. They claim three times were due to a scratched windshield, once the truck did not come in and another they did not have the part for the windshield wipers. Terrible customer service as well.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

The technician came out to fix my windshield. Left is the middle of the repair because they had a hose that broke. Came back to finish the repair, cracked the windshield. Didn’t call me to explain anything until after long gone. Only said that the chip grow a small amount. Came outside and the damage was 1.5 foot long. Asked what happened, and also asked if leaving could have caused the issue. The technician said “yes”.
Trying to get them to repair, but Safelite is trying to say it is my issue now.
Escalation within the organization is going nowhere.
Something fishy happened, and the company just wants to ignore the issue.
Do not use! Find an alternative!!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Lifetime warranty isn’t lifetime warranty like they advertise. Previously got a chip in my windshield awhile back and safelite repaired it. Of course it was a chip so there was scarring left over from the filling. Perfectly fine, no complaints. Now all of a sudden it slowly started spreading from the fill. I had called and spoke to safelite as they had told me- since it was not larger than a $1 bill it was okay and pretty much would be pointless to fill. Here we are now as that chip has spread across my windshield in all different ways to where I couldn’t even safely drive due to it being in the driver view. I had tried to call several times while got no response. They finally answered my call and told me they’d call me back because their system didn’t work- which they did 4 days later? Safelite does advertise “lifetime warranty” on their repairs if it is the same vehicle/ owner. I went in a week ago to have them look at it as the guy who inspected it explained to me that it was a failed repair. Emphasis on FAILED repair on their end. As the guy was explaining to me that there was probably a micro chip that they did not fill that caused it to further spread damage. With their “lifetime warranty” and “failed repair” on their end- my insurance was still called to pay for the repair as well as I was charged my $500 deductible. So for THEIR mistake- my insurance and I are having to cover the replacement cost of a new windshield. Do not advertise ‘lifetime warranty’ if you aren’t going to honor it. Y’all messed up the chip repair by not properly filling the chip (as the guy who inspected my car explained it to me- also stating I wouldn’t have to pay because it was deemed a failed repair) now my insurance and I still have to pay for the repair. Make it make sense to me. It’s not warranty if I still have to pay for y’all’s mistake.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
