      On April 17th Safelite replaced my front windshield. I noticed on the driver side the rubber molding was missing. I contacted Safelite and scheduled an appt for May 8. On May 8th the technician (Michael) called and said he needs to order the part and someone will contact me. I called several times and the representative said someone will call me back. No one ever called me back. I always initiated the phone calls. I called the 800 number that you have on your website for any complaints. A recording comes on and there is no way to leave a message.I finally was able to connect with the district manager to see what is needed to be replaced. He came by on May 26 and advised me the rubber stripping will be ordered and someone will contact me for the eta. No one called. After 2 was I called to see the status of my order No response. When I was able to speak to a representative, they said that it was ordered and it will be in within a week. That week turned into two weeks. I finally got hold of someone to schedule my appt for June 26. That installation took less then 5 minutes, but the entire process took 2 months of aggravation. I will never do business or recommend this company to my friends or family.

      I'm not dealing with this company anymore. Calling the day of to cancel is crazy. Schedule was a week out .wanted to reschedule me a whole week out.

      My 2023 experience with the **** ***** ******* ********* Safelite was terrible; stay away from this poorly managed business. The installer evidently broke some of my 2012 BMW 750LIX windshield outer moulding retaining clips when installing a~$2,000 windshield but apparently chose not to mention it and let me discover loose mouldings when my car was first washed a few weeks after windshield replacement.
      After driving back in to get situation corrected, initially pleasant and helpful Branch Manager indicated all new clips would need to be obtained from BMW, he would call and have me back in a few days and repair the problem created.
      In any event, thereafter my aggravating six week ordeal of lack of timely communication, unwillingness to call me back directly by Manager, have other staff members stumble their way thru multiple undelivered promises, lack of urgency on their part, them incorrectly ordering parts (twice) with attempts to blame the BMW dealer, scheduled appointment where we sat around for over an hour before I discovered that the technicians weren’t even aware my car was checked in by front desk person but they didn’t have the correct parts anyway. In the first place, why don’t professional windshield technicians have such clips on hand before attempting to replace a windshield?
      Awful waste of my time working with incompetent team members trying to get situation rectified. Also, you should be aware that since the Branch Manager was evidently unwilling to give me the courtesy of a direct phone call, I made multiple requests to, got promises from several staff members to have District Manager call me to discuss my service experience with this location but no such call to me was ever made by District Manager.
      I’m left with the conclusion that Safelite Corporate Management no longer cares about customer satisfaction/service or process improvements.

      I had my windshield replaced recently. The next day, my rear view mirror fell off. I have tried to call them but I was only able to leave a voicemail. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am hoping they will find a way to make this right. I wasn't able to drive and visit my son in the hospital. It has been a horrible inconvenience. I am still unable to drive my car I felt the technician rushed too fast when he installed it.

      I scheduled an appointment to repair my windshield and they acknowledged they could fix it but refused to do it and told me to schedule another appointment. I immediately scheduled the contacted them to schedule the next appointment and they waited a week to return my call. Now that the crack grew, they want to replace my windshield for 10 times the price rather than just fix it. I contacted customer service about my concern and they have acknowledged the problem with the service and refused to help.

      Set up mobile tech repair for 29 Jun. Safelite provided huge window 8 am to 6 pm that the vehicle needed to be available. Sent multiple reminder emails day of and day prior to ensure we were there. On day of execution- no technician communication, business had no way to contact technician. My wife stayed home all day postponing work, errands, kids sporting practices, and shopping the technician was a complete no show no text no communication. No reach out from Safelite to reschedule. Unsat business practice.

      I scheduled online & it indicated that my windshield was in stock. Got all the confirmation emails. The day of, I got another reminder saying their tech would be coming soon. Less than an hour later I got a call from a tech saying "we have to cancel because your windshield is not in stock & a manager will call you to reschedule....that was 5 minutes after I went out & tore off my toll tag & registration stickers since they said they were coming out. Guess what? Still no call from the manager. Giving one star bc it won't allow zero stars. This is definitely ZERO STAR SERVICE.

      Safelite is an amazing company. They come to you and get the job done. I would recommend Safelite to anyone that needs vehicle glass repair.
      Note... I had my Subaru windshield done a few years ago through Safelite. They did a great job on it.

      Six weeks of trying to get a brand new Mazda Miata’s convertible’s windshield fixed. Bought March 13, 2023. First, they get a glass in without a camera. 2nd they get a glass with something wrong; can’t put it in my car. Then when they do get the correct glass, they do not put the plastic trim back on the car properly. Next, the top trim blows off; we have to ride over a 100 miles holding the window trim on. Havasu Safelite should’ve ordered the clips to secure the plastic top piece that goes over the glass. This car is brand new and less than 3 months old! Back to Safelite in Havasu only to find out the piece we needed ordered has not been ordered. Now we are six weeks out and the car still is not fixed. Yesterday while driving to Kingman, a side plastic pieces that decorated the front windshield in the front on the car comes off as we are going down the interstate. We call Safelite to try to talk, but of course, as in “every” situation we have called them, they do not answer the phone. They won’t answer you on chat either. We are on our way home and the other side piece of plastic trim, on the driver side, comes flying off. We’ve had enough and so we call our insurance company. The insurance company tries to call Havasu Safelite and wouldn’t you know it, Safelite won’t answer the phone for them either. This is indeed the worst customer service we have ever had with Safelite. And we have used them several times, different location through out the years just never Havasu’s Safelite. So insurance calls us and tells us they can’t get anyone at this store to answer the phone. Amazing! Exactly what we experienced. The store manager, Tim K**** said he would call us back, last Friday. Guess what. No Call back. Monday he was to call us, he did not. Tuesday we went in to talk to him for the 8th time. He again is not there and does not call us. You want to do business with this company? Think again. Even our insurance company is fed up.
