Where do I start.Costomer service is horrible, kept getting hung up on. I had a small chip in my glass. They came out and "repaired" it. Left me with brown Dirty resin in the repair and the crack looks worse. Said there was nothing they can do but offer me $100 towards replacement.

Ignore the supposed Lifetime Warranty. I came back with a windshield they didn't install properly - which starting leaking in the rain. Clearly faulty workmanship - but they won't honor the 'lifetime warranty'. Instead I got 2 excuses from ****** on LaCienega - the edges of Audi TT FACTORY windshields are too smooth to stay stuck with adhesive. So he not only wanted me to pay AGAIN to install a windshield, but also tried to sell me a new aftermarket windshield (because aftermarket's always better!). LOL and boy are they also laughing over at Audi about that.
Second excuse from ****** - it's just been too long since they did the work. My mention of the LIFETIME warranty got a shrug and a smirk. I guess it just looks good in their ad.
Safelite repair, Safelite replace - but they're lying about that warranty with a very straight face!
Just go somewhere else. Faulty workmanship. And no warranty on it.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Safelight is a joke for 2 reasons:
(1). They sell China made(yes cheap made)
Window glass. Yes. Thin cheap crap. Their glass will chip with just the smallest slight rock hit(probably a grasshopper hitting). This thin cheap glass will also crack when these newer/thinner made car frames flex a bit. It's a joke.
(2) Their customer service is ridiculous. Called to check on possible warranty. COULD NEVER TALK TO A LIVING ALIVE HUMAN BEING FOR MY QUESTIONS.
"Please go to our website for FAQs or to set up a warranty claim. Yes....our system will fix every problem you have & we don't have to talk to you...even though we gladly take your money for our "$50" cheap windshield.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

1 starWe I first arrive at safelite (Armenia ave Tampa Fl) the customer in front of me was yelling at the manager. She turned around and said this place is a joke and you should run. She was right. I took an uber 15 dollars home and after about 2 hours received a text message that the job was "Wrapping up". I waited about 30 minutes then took uber (15 more dollars) to get my car. Once I got there I waited another 90 minutes before they finished. I asked why would you send me a text stating you are wrapping up if it was going to take another 90 minutes. Wrapping up means less than 30 minutes not 2 more hours. Then the manager lied and said "that is why I tell people that we will call" he did not say that to me or any other customer while I waited the additional 90 minutes. The window was not able to be calibrated. This was not their fault but making me wait another 90 minutes was ridicules. I made another appointment for today. I dropped the car off at 1:50pm and they said they would call me when it is done. Another uber 15 dollars. I never got a call back so called them at 4:50pm. The person who answered the phone said it has been done for a while and that they close at 5 so I needed to rush over. I called another Uber 20 dollars and got there after 5pm. I spoke briefly with the guy who replaced it and he said it was done around 3:30pm. I had stuff to do so it would of been nice to get a call to say it was done. I pick up the car and my transponder for the toll road is broke (17.99) and someone tried to hid that it was broke instead of offering to replace it since they broke it. I am warning everyone I can to stay away because the lady who was yelling at the manager was right. It was a joke and I should of ran.Review fromAlice G

I just want to say that I'm disappointed by the Ad on TV. They imply it's free to have your windshield replaced, and when mine cracked, my friends told me that it would be replaced for free, because they believed the ad too. Well, I believed them because I have a pretty good insurance policy. I have to pay $100, that is the deductible cost on my insurance plan. I don't think very many people pay more for their insurance than I do. We're all encouraged to pay "only what we need." .. until we have to pay the real price for a problem.
I haven't had it done yet, but right now they only get three stars for that deceiving Ad.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

A terrible company to deal with. There is no such thing as customer service, just an endless string of "press 1" or "press 2". Never did get a live person after trying over 7 different numbers. I wanted information regarding fixing a cracked windshield for my son's car in a different city. I didn't want to answer an infinite number of questions about their car. I wanted to talk to a human being about having some service done. That was impossible! I finally gave up and contacted a company I found online in their city. I would never use this company for any reason. If you can't take the time to talk to me, then I don't want to give business to you!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

This business offers poor customer service. I had a quote for a windshield replacement for 730$ Safelite neglected to alert me that calibration costs would be another 400$ until after they completed the work, In addition they could only accept two forms of payment. I wanted to spread the cost out over three cards to keep balances low but they could not accommodate that. First of all the calibration didn't have to be done, the safety camera could have been turned off in the vehicle but Safelite techs didn't have the expertise to know that.
My recommendation is to find another business for windshield repair. Zero star ratingSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Horrible service and replaced with a broken windshield.. tech says it's normal to have stress cracks.. my windshield is so broken it's a hazzard@ they went return my calls!! I sent pictures and they won't fix the problem they created. Now I'm driving with huge dangerous conditions and they took my money for replacement but made my issue worse.. they keep saying they will call me back but still haven't.... wish I could pictures. I had to drive 240 miles for this horrible service for the tech to say " stress cracks are normal" dude my windshield is worse now than it was!!!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

After 24 hours the rubber fell out! When I called the cust service 800 number I was told by ******* to go to a local body shop to fix! I purchased the premium package! I saved the text and offered to show many of them and they didn't care to see it! It's like pulling teeth to get cust service to help you!Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
