      Safelite has been to my home five times to replace my windshield. Today will be number six. They have brought defective product and have also brought the wrong products needed to do the job, even though I have told them specifically what needs to be brought (my information has come directly from the technician). When they come, they bring only the parts they want to replace. This has been going on for almost three months now. I would like for someone from this company to contact me and at least ACT like they are concerned.

      Safelite refuses to honor my warranty by claiming that my Windshield was damaged beyond repair by an object. But there's little evidence to suggest an object hit my Windshield. This is highway robbery! I'm located at *************** branch in ********.

      Absolute worst experience ever. Rescheduled me 4 times. Ordered wrong glass 2 times. Finally confirmed with shop manager that my glass came in and drove 50 mins for them to tell me my appointment was cancelled. I will never go to safelite again and will be sharing my experience with ALL social media.

      Do not use Safelite Autoglass. Installer said our warranty was voided because we didn't buy his over priced wiper blades. He also damaged the paint on our car during installation.

      Safelite Auto Glass in ************, ** replaced my windshield in February of this year and then again in May of this year because it was not installed purposely properly. Because of the installation error the first time in February the windshield began to collect heavy condensation inside of the cabin on the windshield so they replaced or removed and resealed it again in May of this year.... well here we are, it's November 8th, 2022 at 7:16 pm and 64 outside and we have heavy condensation AGAIN! Not to mention I have a ****** Titan that they had to redo two times as well within the same time frame because it was not being sealed properly either. On both vehicles, the cowling and weatherstripping were not properly installed after the windshields were installed. I had to secure them on both vehicles when we got them back. To say I'm disappointed would be a big understatement. I truly hope someone reaches out to me to take care of this properly.

      I dropped off my vehicle for a second time with Safelite. The first time was in 2020 after a rock hit my windshield. It took two weeks for them to finally get it fixed, since they broke my cars sensors. I was supposed to have an appointment for the final time, but they cancelled my appointment and the tech went home without letting me know. Within less than a year. Moisture got into my dash glass. Took it the dealership. They discovered my windshield was not sealed properly. It took me some time to get it back to Safelite for a replacement, due to personal reasons and being down to one vehicle. On 9/28/22 I dropped off my car. They told me one week and itll be fixed. Two weeks later, its not fixed. Come to find out that a body shop, NE Collision, they work with them, cracked my VIN number. I kept calling. Had a representative email all managers, including district managers. No response. I finally had a manager call me. No responsibility was being taken. I called and called. First they told me my car would be ready 4 different times now. It is going on six weeks. My car now has completely died (needed a new battery), it wont start at all, and is supposedly Being being taken to a dealership for repairs. And whenever I ask for an ETA on when itll be fixed. They tell me they dont know. Ive been yelled at by representatives and everyone has an attitude. And at this point I feel like my car has been stolen from me and is broken due to complete negligence on both sides. As of 11/3/22, I still dont know when I will have my car back. Im at a loss and at my wits end dealing with this.

      THE WORST! I am now going on my 4th windshield and not one has been installed correctly! This is a company that only does windshields! The incompetence...The first windshield was put in and they broke the cover to my car's camera. The part was supposedly ordered and took 6 weeks to come in. When I arrived for my appointment they realized the wrong part had been ordered- AFTER 6 WEEKS OF WAITING! A replacement part was ordered...the correct one this time. Windshield #2 was again replaced. Then I noticed condensation on the new windshield after a few days. I turned on the windshield wipers. To my surprise the water was on the INSIDE of my car! The 2nd windshield was not sealed properly. A 3rd windshield was ordered. I just left there. The windshield that was sent in as a replacement was sent broken. A 4th windshield has now been ordered! A complete joke! How much longer can a company like this stay in business?

      I needed my windshield replaced I was quoted multiple prices from $400- $1000. They price Just kept changing prior to my appt . When I finally received my service they were now saying I owed $1800 which is 3xs as much as my quoted price! Not only did they sneak and up the prices but did not fulfill my services. They put a defective windshield on my car that will not calibrate with sensors so now all of my lights are on in my car and none of my safety features are working . They knew there was a chance that would happen and they proceeded to take the risk on my car and requested I reschedule another appt to come back a week later to get CORRECT glass I should of got to begin with. I ask to speak to a manager got ahold of ***** who proceeded to cut me off and belittle my situation me as if they say things work and threaten to call the police on me and hold my car hostage because I refused to pay . I then tried to contact corporate along the way I ran into multiple more rude and obnoxious agent who could care less about customer service . The whole company is crooked and unethical . They could care less about there customers , show no remorse . Does not consider your time or property. Iam now being to sent to collection because I refuse to pay for the service I received. I will be taking this case to court since they refuse to come up with an agreeable solutions. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating experience of my life . Do not do business with these scam artist .

      Would give less that 1 star if that was an option. I had my windshield replaced on on 9/27/22. Not even 3 weeks later, another huge crack appeared on windshield. I have tried to reach out to see what the warranty even covers & see if they can replace the work they JUST did. In my 20 years of driving I have only had 1 crack in my windshield, so I feel pretty confident that this new crack was on ****************************** installation. I have called EVERYDAY for almost 2 ************ at least 5 emails to their "customer care" that they keep advising via bots that I reach out to. In 2 weeks, ZERO RESPONSE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual person there. I work during the week as most people do, so it is very difficult to even get the SafeLite shop to speak to someone there.SafeLite clearly knows they are a shady business. They are ever so quick to book your appointment, making that part of the process so easy. BUT, heaven forbid there is any type of problem after the replacement install, they don't want ANY part of that. They make it literally impossible. The website says to call the number for warranty issues. When you call the number, it says to go to the website for warranty. Such a fraudulent company.

      Window guy just called said he wouldn't be able to work on vehicle because it's and f250 and it's only to window guys working this weekend because he has bad knees and can't reach front window.
