      The lack of communication and professionalism on the business's end was deplorable. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks ahead of time on August 6th, which was rescheduled without my consent. Fast forward to the day of my newly scheduled appointment on August 16th, I was given the time frame of 8 am-12 pm to have a technician by the name of ******* arrive at my home. It was approaching noon, prompting me to reach out to the office just to be transferred over to my technician, who told me that my car would not be serviced until two hours AFTER my given time frame. My time was never taken into consideration, nor was an apology issued, which is my main problem and concern. Sure I received some off-brand windshield wipers after REQUESTING them, but this is far from a professional remedy.I UNDERSTAND THAT OVERBOOKING HAPPENS AS I AM A PROVIDER MYSELF. STILL, IT IS PROPER BUSINESS ETIQUETTE AND RESPECT TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME OF LATE ARRIVAL INSTEAD OF THEM FINDING OUT THEMSELVES BY HUNTING YOU DOWN.Furthermore, once the installation was complete, I quickly noticed that my rearview mirror was loose and that the mount connecting the mirror to the windshield was left crooked. When bringing this up to the technician, I was told there was no solution to this problem but to receive a new windshield. Completely unbelievable. I am highly discouraged from trusting Satellite with my future windshield repairs.Poor quality and professionalism!THE ENTIRE FIASCO COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED, AND IT IS INEXCUSABLE.The location responsible is Safelite on *********************************************************

      Terrible customer service. No interest or intent on fixing their own problems. After only one year the gaskets for windshield pillars deteriorated and fell out. I was told by them that it is due to ******* sun. I was then told it was caused by sub standard parts from ***** In any case they had no intention to repair it. It is highly disappointing that this company does not stand behind their work or the products they use and install on customers vehicles. I will not be using this company ever again and will instruct my family and friends to do the same. A terrible and frustrating experience all the way around.

      Try to make an appointment online. It's a joke. When you cant and they tell you they will call back they don't. Don't waste your time with this company.

      Warning..!!! Was just trying to renew auto insurance and was told safelite filled a claim against my insurance. I had inquired on-line about a quote for a windshield and ended up having the windshield crack filled. Seems safelite filled the claim even though I didnt get the windshield. My insurance went up $13 more Per Month because of this..!!!! Thats totally wrong and against the law..!!!

      The worst company. I had and appointment a 11:00 am thye talked me that I had to wait 3 hours, when I have been waiting for about 3 hours I asked about my car and they talked me that I had to wait maybe the whole day. I wait 3 hours and my car still in the same place.

      If I could give zero stars I would. A tech came out to fix a small crack in our windshield on Tuesday. The next day the crack was ten times worse. I called to set up a follow up appointment for today. That appointment was cancelled by them. When they called and cancelled, I verified that they would fix the windshield at no cost. They said if the windshield needed replaced, we would be responsible for paying for that. So they make our situation worse, then expect us to pay for it. Convenient. Will not use again. Would rather pay more for a local shop that does honest work and won't make the situation worse.

      Safelight replaced my wife's windshield through our insurance company. Later, we notice the car sensors were malfunctioning. Being more an annoyance than anything else, we waited until our next service time, to have it looked at. The dealer couldn't find the problem. We lived with it a little longer and then returned to the dealer. They discovered that Safelifte had installed the windshield incorrectly. I contacted our insurance company who put me through to their Safelight rep. I got the third degree about why it had taken so long to make a complaint. I explained my wife only drove the car about 5k a year, and it took us a year to track down the problem. He agreed to review my documentation which I emailed to him and received acknowledgment. I also gave him the dealer contact info. I never heard from him again. So, I ended up paying for the repairs out of my pocket and jumped through hoops for the privilege. Try contacting someone at Safelite. Good luck. Next time, I'll go through the dealer for repairs.

      After traveling 45 minutes for an appt, told they didnt have the part. Made another appt 8 days later. I thought it was 8 am, but reminder said 1 pm. I tried to correct, would not change. I went to this appt, again 45 minutes away. As of right now Ive been in the waiting room 3 hours and 15 minutes, and still waiting. No info from staff, havent tried to help me at all. If I could give a negative star, I would.

      I have called the company 4 times this morning and their customer service line as well. Each time I have called, I have been hung up on.Does this company not realize their business depends on good customer service? When someone cannot call in to make an appointment and gets hung up on 5 times - do they think they are going to keep that customer. No wonder there are so many 1 ratings!!!!
