**************** for ********************** varies from one person to the next. Customer with one individual was great. The rest seem questionable. My replacement windshield installation was fine. However, the tech the did not reassemble my vehicle back to the way it was before the replacement. I went to their location, and was told that my parts were ordered. Went up to a Safelite location Saturday to check if the parts came in, and they have not. Went up there next Saturday to change my appointment to Friday 11/13. Interactions went fine. Then on the 13th, I get a voice mail saying that they will call when the parts come in, and will reschedule the appointment then, however they can not give me an ETA on when that might occur. I just need to wait until I get a call. I believe I should have been given at least an ***, I would feel like the company is at least working to resolve the issue one of their employees did when working on my vehicle. It's their employees workmanship the reason I'm up there asking them to resolve the issue. Put the vehicle's back to the way they were beforehand, and people will not have issues. I have contacted Safelite on multiple occasions, and still will not provide me any information. Asked to speak with the manager and never got a call back. Only from the same person stating there is no ETA and she will call when the parts come in. I will not be using Safelite again, and do not understand why insurance companies will use their service.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

3 defective windshields later and 3.5 hours of waiting Im finally getting service! Ive been treated very poorly by the manager ****! Does not have any care for anyone and should not be in this position! I unfortunately have to use this service for insurance.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a crack on the road. I scheduled a replacement through my insurance. Safelite showed up, did the replacement. Less than a month, I had the same thing occurred and I had to schedule another replacement now through Safelite. They did the replacement with dirt all over my dashboard and stain on the side panel supporting the glass. I had to clean myself but I can't remove the stain. I had a small impact size of a grain of sand while checking my wipers, the 4th day of the replacement and I thought that it is not a big of a deal, but it quickly extended that I question the quality of the glass. I did a warranty check up appointment, the tech guy came and he said that I have to pay for a whole new glass for them to replace it again. The only thing, I received are "Sorry, ...." from the tech guy and customer service.Please read this and do your research well before working with them. I made that mistake.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I highly advise NOT to employ the services of Safelite Auto Glass. Without my permission and NOT providing me upfront with paperwork, itemized-list, statement-invoice, et cetera, before requesting my credit card, Safelite Auto Glass performed the windshield repair work and charged it illegitimately or rather with quite questionable business transaction practices, while under their own surveillance cameras.I scheduled my Nissan Rogue 2021 windshield replacement on October 23, 2024 9:00 am. Windshield replaced but no calibration completed on the this first appointment date. The staff members of Safelite or said company told me it was okay to drive without the Adaptive Dynamic Cruise Control and Lane Mitigation calibration. They, or said staffmembers, said they will call me for re-scheduling, but never called me back. I called them to make a second appointment on October 31, 2024 1:30 pm. They never consulted me during the 2nd appointment, and then after the final repair(s) were performed, they asked for my credit card. Again I gave it to them, in trust thinking they would be performing honest business transaction practices, to charge only for the $500.00 co-pay, while all being recorded under the shop's surveillance cameras. They charged my credit card as $1156.85 without my authorization and at the same time, illegitimately obtaining my signatures.Still I don't understand that when I gave to them my credit card, they did not provide to me upfront the paperwork, itemized-list, statement-invoice, et cetera. And please...don't use "email" or paperless as an EXCUSE. Does not make any sense what type of business practices they employ, and if they're intentionally fooling senior citizens.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

The tech that came out was fine and did a fine job, I would rate him 4 stars.However, I purchased a windshield online and paid in full during black Friday and I had a discount. The first tech rescheduled because they didn't have the parts in stock, so he scheduled it for the next day. I was unable to make that work so I asked to reschedule to a later date. Safelite then tried to change me for rescheduling. I messaged support through a text message and was assured that there would be no charge. I screen shot the original receipt and the conversation. I also had a voicemail from the original tech stating that I had paid in full.Thank goodness I kept records.Safelite then removed the Black Friday deals and my discount. They deleted the records from my Safelite account and claimed that I under ******* they tried to charge me an additional $65 dollars. I called customer service and they refused to take the extra $65 charge off and instead offered me a $50 discount so I would have to pay an additional $15. I threatened to escalate and show proof of purchase. So they offered to reach out to the local shop to tell them to waive the extra $15.Their customer support reached out after for a survey and they were suppose to get back to me to try to put the matter right but it's been 3 weeks. So I'm posting reviews.The whole experience feels like a setup and a scam to get out of honoring their own discounts. I will post this review in as many places as possible to warn people to copy their receipts from Safelite and make sure that they don't overcharge you.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2024, for your branch at *****************************************, to repair a chipped spot on my 2011 Honda Pilot. Before arriving at your branch, we took the vehicle to the car wash to ensure the front window would be clean and accept the repair. Not only did we wash the window, but we also went ahead and hand-washed the entire vehicle. This vehicle, which we bought less than two months ago, was thoroughly inspected by my wife, daughter, and me while still on the dealers lot. We noted every imperfection, scrap, and blemish the car had. So, once again, we hand-washed the entire vehicle before arriving at your Concord branch to have the front windows chip repaired. We were told that it would take about 45 minutes to please have a seat in their waiting ******* we sat and waited along with other customers, we could overhear *****, the lady at the front desk, talking on the phone to a customer and apologizing about their car being messed up and saying that they were trying to fire the technician that did the work and was asking if they could bring the vehicle in for proper repairs. This was one of many phone calls regarding other customers having problems with a technician at this location. Several calls were made to the store manager about the ongoing issues with this technician and how it was being handled. Between calls, ***** and several other technicians entered the lobby and berated the work of this technician, all while we were in the lobby along with other customers. I notified the store and got no help, I notified the main office and have yet to receive a callback or assistance.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

This company is running a scam. I used the website and was quoted $318 with a note that said "sensors would need calibration and there would be additional charges" for that. I called, the additional charges brought the total to $860 but they would give me a $100 discount. I called back the day before sending my daughter over with her car.... The $100 was added back plus some other changes and the total is now $890. I will not be getting anything from Safelite. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Chamber of commerce.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had a mobile appointment between 12-5pm, Dec 13. Received 6 messages reminding me to be at home between those hours. The tech called at 1230 indicating he had 3 appointments ahead of mine. Time required for each appointment is 2 to 3 hours, not including travel time. Obviously he wasn't going to make it as he was going from ************* to *******, approximately 60+ miles. He said he would keep me updated, did not happen and he did not show. I called the office in ********** and they couldn't care less. Top it off I received an email closing my ticket because it was canceled...by who??Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I had my 2017 ****** Camry SE serviced today because a rock had cracked my windshield. The technician replaced my windshield but absolutely scratched my car screen, which is barely operable now. He clearly rushed through the job, continuing to state that he had four other jobs to complete this morning. I am very disappointed with the result of the service. Safelite Auto Glass needs to resolve this issue and replace my screen for its negligence on the job. It was a very poor experience.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.
