On November 8, 2024, Safelites *************, **************** made the last of three unsuccessful attempts to replace my windshield. The first two times they arrived with a scratched windshield. The last time the tech damaged my windshield trim and broke a wiper shroud. He (*******) then lied that Safelite would contact me regarding a shop repair. Instead, I received a refund without communication and no return calls. Their *************************** was no help since they dont have a checkbox to handle damages by an inexperienced technician.

Did not come out to fix/repair windshield after I scheduled appointment and received tech info and time frame to come. A waste of time to use, dont bother & find someone better.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I brought my wifes 2024 ****** Prius, and for a windshield replacement. Safelite installed the windshield incorrectly the gasket the camera and he damaged the inside dashboard to my heating console which needs to be replaced. This work was completed November 2, 2024. Nobody reached out to me to 3 to 4 weeks later. I still havent received a call back from the manager since then about whats going on. I brought the car to a ****** cause I just bought it and they told me it was put in incorrectly and they gave me a price so Im waiting on Safelite to get back to me because I dont want them touching my car anymoreSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Do not use ! They replaced my windshield on my 2018 ****** Tacoma and it leaked. Causing water damage... They replaced the windshield after two times bringing it up there to them. They will not repair any water damages it caused. I made several attempts to contact the DM and higher **** Wont call back and blew me off. This is the ********** location.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Okay we have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and the Safelite Auto Glass company here in ****** told us we had to buy the windshield wipers if we wanted the warranty to cover the windshield if any new chips were to happen to the new windshield were under the 30 days we have a significant chip which is starting to spread and they told us that it's not covered under the warranty because it's new damage I said I understand that but you sold us a window and told us we had to buy windshield wipers to be covered with the warranty if there was any chip or damage to happen to this new windshield due to driving on the road and rocks coming off of people's tires well I take it in today on December 10th 2024 and they tell me it's not covered under the warranty because it's new damage I said well that's what the warranty says she said no I don't I don't see that says it here so they told me I have to make a new claim which makes more money out of my pocket I wasted time coming from ********** because this is where I came last time when I had a windshield problem they did a wonderful job but now that they're telling me they can't do anything for me because it's new damage well what was the warranty that I paid for and why did I pay for new windshield wipers when I didn't need them they made me pay for the windshield wipers because it wouldn't cover the warranty if I didn't pay for them and I paid $70 for the windshield wipers and $100 extra for the warranty so now I'm out $170 the gas to drive from ****** ********** to here and now I got to drive back you know without getting the window fixed or serviced this is horrible I advise people not to come to this company again they're scammers and the guy that fix my window las9t time was just like beat bopping around and like not really paying attention to what he was doing like he almost knocked my window off of the stand that it was on as well I hope there's something that can be resolved and my money be reimbursed since they won't fix itSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.

I strongly advise against using Safelite Largo, **. Their recent service was a disaster. They failed to restore their phone lines promptly, making it difficult to reach them. They used subpar glass from a Chinese manufacturer called *****, which didnt fit my car properly. They couldnt recalibrate my cars Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), forcing me to visit the dealership and pay out of pocket. The in-shop personnel were rude and unprofessional. Despite multiple emails, the general manager, district manager, and corporate office failed to respond. *** reported their lack of professionalism to my insurance company, hoping they reconsider recommending Safelite to customers. Save yourself the hassle and choose another provider. To Safelite -- you can call me, I wont try reaching out to you, since no one ever responds.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Scheduled an appointment with Safelite to replace the windshield on our 2022 Ram 3500. For several days I got multiple text messages reminding me of the appointment and to be ready for the technician to show up between 12noon and 5pm. Well the day of the appointment not a single text from them. I waited all day long for the Tech to show and at 4:45pm I get a text that says, "Sorry to see you go. We have cancelled your appointment". What absolute horrible service is that? Cancel an appointment with no contact or reasoning behind it.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

The main safelite customer service quoted me for windshield and labor and confirmed they have the windshield. Told me to call local safelite to schedule so I called Gainesville and they scheduled me. Day before my appointment I get a call from Brian from Orange Park saying they can’t get a windshield for my car. After I already took the day off unpaid from work. Now I lost money and have to goto a different company. Safelite is very unprofessional. Stay away.Safelite Auto Glass, Inc.

Well I really dont know where to start with this review on SAFELITE AUTOGLASS company. Here I go they replaced my window shield on my ***** equinox 2024 in late September or October of this year, it was totally installed wrong where you couldnt read my VIN NUMBERS. They also damaged my car in refusing to fix that as well. They First Gentlemen that came out NEVER TOOK ANY PICTURES IN I POINTED OUT THE DAMAGE IN HE COULDNT say a word. I bought my car brand new in May of this year found out it was an after market wind shield so my insurance agreed to replace with the *** so the gentleman came out in installed it at my home. I now hear wind going down the highway in my driver side window in the front right side windshield gets so foggy I have to turn my defrost on as high as it goes to get it to defrost. There is so much air coming in my car IN THE WIND NOISE on my driver side that I have to keep my heat up high just to stay warm. I ask there company to sign off so I can take my car to a different facility that knows what theyre doing. Now they want me to take my car to them a third time so another manager can look at it when a manager in that office has already took a look. I went to two places today 11-26-2024 in was informed by both places that it was not installed correctly. So with all this going on with this company I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO EVER GO TO THAT COMPANY TO GET A WINDSHIELD OR ANY OTHER WORK DONE THREW THEM. Very hard company to work with just take your money in doesnt make anything right. I refuse to go back a third timeSafelite Auto Glass, Inc.
