      A person came to my door telling me if i dont provide account info from my gas and electric bills, immediately, i will be charged $99. Per my gas and electric companies, this is a known scamming method used by the company.

      IGS installed my solar panels in 10/2023. They have not been working right since installation. My Con ****** bills are still the same price, and *** is collecting money without providing service. There is also 1 panel that is not working, and they will not come to do the repairs. I really just want to discontinue service; they have been extremely unprofessional.

      Transaction: 08/14/2023 Amount: $24,272.15 Company: IGS Solar They have been billing me incorrectly since installed. I contacted Con ******* because my bill has not decreased. They told me the solar panels are not even connected to the meter. They have been fraudulently billing me since installation.

      Igs had a man come to my door sometime last year they convinced my disabled fianc that they would lower our energy and gas prices and they have now doubled as a result of igs we are already ********** and they have to know this coming to ********** complexes! This is disgusting never ever listen to these people if they come to your door they will tell you they are saving you money and then next thing you know your paying double my gas used to be no more than 120 a month this month i have a bill in front of me for 260! My electric never been more than 180 last month I just paid a almost $600 electric bill because of these people!

      In June of 2023 I had signed a lease on Solar Panels to cover most of the cost of my electric bill, when they calculated how many panels needed they miscalculated for the size of my home so I am paying very high electric bills. I contacted the company and they reached out to *** to see if they could add the additional 6 panels needed to the current lease and they denied it without any reason why. I am seeking a resolution here to have the 6 panels installed and added to the current lease.

      The business has reached out with no satisfactory resolution on their end. They sent me an email stating that additional panels were approved but then tell me that I need better credit rating, If they wish to come back with an actual resolution to add more solar panels with some additional cost and new contract to sign that will be satisfactory.

      The company has not resolved the issue and states clearly in the email that they have approved more panels to be installed. Once the new contract is written up and the installation is complete I will be satisfied.

      *** has charged my checking account automatically for 4 months for energy at our former residence in which we have not lived in 6 months. I have called to resolve this issue more than a half dozen times and it is still not resolved. They also charged us more than $10,000 to remove the solar panels from our roof and reinstall them so we could get our roof repaired. This is price is price gouging at its worst and these people should be prosecuted for this. This is the worst consumer experience I have had in ***************************************************************************************************************************** which they have no legal right to do so

      A representative from *** came to my home and wanted me to sign up with their company and get gas and electric through them instead ofa P. The man stood in my kitchen and told me I'm a senior citizen too and you will save money I guarantee. He never told me about a contractever Three weeks after I signed up with them my rates went up . I was called and told I had a two year contract and I was stuck with them. I got really annoyed after a while and called and now they tell me I had a three year contract and I said no I do not . Another representative told me I had two years. My electric bill just about doubled. I called them telling them I'm a senior citizen who still works part time. I'll be 70 this month I thought they would waive the $99 but they would not. I really would like to get the word out about this company. I've made some dumb mistakes in my life but this is the dumbest one I've ever made and the man misled me terribly. I would really like my $99 back. I'm paying it because I don't want this going on my credit report but they really misled me lied to me.Thank you ******* ******

      Sorry you feel IGS is bad.

      IGS shows your most recent enrollment took place on 07/08/2024, when you contacted IGS.  

      At this time, you locked the electric into a fixed rate contract of ***** per kwh for 12 months and gas for a fixed rate of .699 per ccf for 12 months. Both contracts carry an eft of $99.00.

      On 11/18/2024, *** received noticed you switched to a new product. IGS is not able to waive the eft for you to switch to a new supplier.

      I don't have more information but I don't know how you wanted me to respond to . I told you to contact me through text message you did not. You called and left a message that was blank and it was a weekend so I didn't call back. I truly feel like this company is scamming people They ripped me off for a lot of money. I'm 69 years old and still work part time that $99 sure would come in handy. I checked my email and there was nothing until I checked today and saw this one. So I'm just disappointed because I feel like they are taking advantage of people

      Their representative came to my house and told me that signing up for igs energy would save me money and be cheaper. Instead it costs more. I canceled it. Now they are charging me an early termination fee of 99.00$. I really don't feel like paying this. I feel that this company misrepresented itself and scammed me. Is there anyway to get the money back so I don't have to pay it?

      In November of 2024.Lady knocked on my door said she was with his was in area helping to get electric ****s lowered.asked to see my **** told me what I was paying in supply charge.If I switched to them and keep my same rate my supply charge would be less.Because they are clean energy I would see cheaper electric ****.Told me I could cancel anytime there was now ****** I agreed thinking I would have a lower electric ****.I got my first **** on Dec 31 my supply charge doubled my electric **** doubled I looked to cancel there's a $99.00 cancel ******* I was paying under 7 cents per kw now it's under 9 cents. I leave my apartment at 6;30 pm till 5 am for work come home eat go to bed there is no way my **** should be this high living by myself.I feel I was lied to and mislead I want out of contract feel I should not have to pay cancelation fee.based on lies and miss leading.I am not only person going through this with this company I have read plenty of complaints.

      I canceled *** on July 2nd, 2024.They continued to withdraw money from my charge card.After I caught on I disputed the charges with Discover.They found in my favor credited my account *** does not recognize the dispute and has threatened to send me to a collection agency unless I pay by December 28th.

      I am rejecting this response because: 
      My Discover card settled a disputed charge IGS.

      IGS stated they did not recognize Discovers settlement in my favor.

      They gave me two days to pay up or they were going to send me to a collection agency.

      We are retired and maybe looking to downsize. After searching the internet it sounded like we should avoid having a collection agency on our record, so I payed up to avoid their threat.

      I am 72 years old and I believe from the get go that they tried to mislead me.

      I had several emails which I had included previously, where they continued to increase what I owe.i truly believe they took advantage of me with my age and I suffer from hearing loss.

       The guy who set this up for IGS made it sound like I would be getting some cash back without having to pay any thing. In hindsight I wish I had nothing to do with them. Why would I sign up to pay more and get 10% back. I am retired on a fixed income I dont need any more bills.
