      Horrible give you a week to cancel. But doesn't get back to them. Now I'm stuck with a termination fee with not even a single charge on the account ??

      Do NOT go into business with this company! For the love of God save yourself! We’ve been duped, lied to, and used in this process. I wish we could be out of this lease. For starters the guy that came to our house lies the entire process as we were excited to look to save money using solar. We wanted to buy the equipment clear out and we’re told we could- that was a lie. Then that we could get out if not satisfied- that was a lie. Then it took them 5-6 months to install. Then when finally up they couldn’t get it running right and we were still told to pay our regular electric bill while paying our LEASE so for several months while the stupid equipment doesn’t work we’re getting hosed paying more than we did before! Then as the panels didn’t work we were promised a refund, that was a lie. Then because of a clerical error on their part we had to pay for two months because they didn’t auto deduct WHILE my sister in law was dying of ALS! I have never, in all my life, seen such a horrible company! We want out! We want no lease! Take your stupid panels and get it off our property!!! What they did should be criminal! We are now paying MORE with solar than we were with just basic electric! I’d honestly give no stars if that were possible! Please save yourself the heartache and pain. It’s my mission now to tell as many people just how bad they are and to never give them a look. They don’t care- they just want your money and it will cost you through the nose! IGS, either get us out of this mess by taking off your panels or we’ll continue to put you on blast for the scam, lies, and horrible business practices you’ve done to us and so many! Find a way to end our contract with you!! I don’t care what loophole you decide to use to get us out! Do it! We’re looking to lawyer up right now because of what you’ve done to us!

      Someone came to my door shortly after I bought my house, claiming they had lower rates than Duke, claiming there was no early termination fee, the whole nine yards. I didn't know any better so I signed up. Their rates are MORE expensive than Duke, if that's even possible. Then when I called to cancel, there is a 199 dollar cancellation fee PER ACCOUNT. I had to pay 400 dollars to get out of my 2 year contract with this PREDATORY company. They take advantage of young folks and folks who are nice enough to answer their door. Do not engage with them.

      My bill has doubled and has become so high by their charges that I struggle just to pay my regular bill. NO ONE i have talked to about this company is impressed and they wish they never got involved with them. I wish i didnt either! They havent saved me anything. They have cost me more than I ever paid before!!!!!!

      You are told by the representative that came door to door that you can opt out anytime then when you do because you are paying more you get hit with a cancellation fee of 199.00. You are lied to by the person selling their service

      I wish there was a zero rating. Beware of this company. A man came to our door last year from IGS and said they could save us money on electric. He asked to compare our electric bill with their rates. He said that they could save a great amou . After talking with my husband because we had just retired (neither of us with a retirement benefit from work .. just Social Security) we needed to save. We then said yes. The guy said he needed a copy of our gas bill to complete the transfer. We showed him. That was September 2022. Then as winter came our gas bill jumped to $300 for October and we called our gas company. We were told that IGS was our supplier for gas too. Our bill then rose to $400 plus for the next 5 months. April 2023 comes and we called IGS to see when we could transfer out and we were told the contract went to September. We stuck it out and just transferred to another supplier that is to be effective august 24th.
      Now we got two early termination bills from IGS one for electric and one for gas at $99 and $199. 6 days to the end of contract after they had overcharged us hundreds of dollars? Seriously?
      They misrepresented themselves as just electric supplier then signed us up for gas as well.

      I got my first bill and I am not saving any money on my electric bill. I was told that I would save by switching from my old supplier. I was paying 4.65 per kWh and now on igs am paying.1029 kWh. Am thinking about canceling and just paying the cancellation fee. Probably will come out even by getting lower bill in the winter by going back to my old supplier.

      I had a man show up at my door with an IGS shirt & name tag on, but tried to convince me he was working on behalf of AEP. He said I didn't choose an electric provider, so he was just trying to get me set up. I said my email from AEP had stated if I don't choose a supplier I will remain with the same supplier I've been using. He said no, I have to choose one and all he needed was a copy of my electric and gas bill. I then asked him to explain what this really about, and he just repeated the same thing. I work from home and I was busy, so I said I don't have time for this so I will just call AEP later, and he said I can't call and only a rep like him can help me. If he just wanted me to choose an electric supplier why would he need my gas bill? More importantly, if he was here on behalf of AEP, he shouldn't need that bill either. I feel bad for those that fall for their obvious scam.

      In 2019 we purchased panels from IGS and Momentum Solar. Huge weighing factor on our decision was that they offered 1 time complementary removal and reinstall. In Florida, it was just a matter of time before our roof would be affected by a severe weather and we would need to use this 1-time offer. In 2022 we had 2 large hurricanes towards the end of the year causing damage to our roof. In Jan 2023 we contacted IGS, to use the benefit we were sold on and a work order was opened on our behalf for the complementary removal and reinstall of the panels. A few weeks later we received a call from a Manager at IGS, stating the information we received from their customer service rep was incorrect and that their rep misunderstood our request. The services needed were not complementary unless we had a voucher. This was not what was sold, we were told by their sales rep that we would get 1 complementary removal and installation of the panels when needed, just call. Never said we needed a voucher; we would have asked for one.
      Several of our neighbors, Momentum and IGS Solar customers were told the same and not issued a voucher either. The reviews for these companies, are not good, it’s a common marketing practice for them to sell folks on this 1 complementary service, then not honoring it when needed. They want people to pay thousands of dollars for a service they sold as complementary. Both IGS Solar and Momentum Solar are playing with people’s interests and selling a service they are not delivering on. Bouncing customers in our situation from IGS to Momentum Solar and not accepting responsibility for their dishonest business ways, blaming the salesperson (whom they trained) for using these tactics, and on consumers, for not asking for this so-called voucher. The consumer should not be charged for a service sold to them. This dishonest way of doing business should be investigated. Extremely disappointed with how our case has been handled and it's current unresolved status.

      This company i came to my house offering better rates on gas and electric .
      Make me sing a contract
      When I noticed that the price was the same not what he told me plus 3 years contract that is going to be.
      I told him to cancel everything that I don't want it.
      I told him make sure to cancel he turned and left.
      I was out of town when I came back I got in the mail I paper with my sing.
      Saying if I need to cancel I have 3 business days to cancel.
      I got home one week after.
      Please be careful when you see this people's coming to your house if you have a pitbull tide up by the door.
