      I signed with IGS when a rep came to the door. Was told they would save me $. Got the first bill. Their energy charge was $132.79. My old provider was $75.22. I immediately dumped them. Felt misrepresented. Was misrepresented. Stuck paying them until Oct. 17.

      An individual came to my house and stated I used their company years ago. Bad on them because I could have never signed up with them at that time. I was out of the country during the time and could have not done so. He was very pushy and tried to use his words to trick me into signing up, even after I said no more than once. If they come to your home say NO! It's a scam and they'll try to take your money while saying you're saving.

      Very unpleased with this company! They charged over double than what they should have. Our bills have been over $700 which is absolutely ridiculous. We finally got them off of our bill and are strictly AEP customers now. Our bill has dropped drastically to around $200. There is no excuse for this company to ***** people like this. We called and tried to work with them and their customer service was horrible. I hate that we were stuck with them for a while. Nobody can afford bills like that. I had to do an early withdraw from my retirement just to pay them!

      Do not recommend, sales rep did not mention your locked into 3 year contract. ****** went up drastically on both power and gas. Sales rep said it will save you money. Your locked in with early termination fees of $99 per service. Stay away!

      Never signed up with this company and never had any contact with them so they have to be stealing account information and using it to change utility services. I will be contacting my provider to be switched back and canceling this bogus service with IGS. If they refuse or it costs me 1 dime i eill be filing a complaint with the *** and hiring an attorney and will report them to every consumer reporter that i can

      Worst company to deal with. My bill was over $855 for the last three months, They were charging me .13 to .20 rates. Rude and unprofessional company to deal with.Stay with AEP as your prime supplier

      I have been with IGS since 2017 .All of the sudden they are charging me Twice as much as other suppliers. Totally Unacceptable. IGS should be ashamed of itself. I am a retired Firefighter with a totally disabled spouse. This is no way to treat a faithful customer.
