      We were sold the system and upon refinancing our home, we were told that we cannot payoff the "lease" until the sixth year! This was Not explained to us by the ******** representative and *** never contacted us at all! In other words they want to be able to charge $103 monthly for 5 years and make money. This is poor business practices!

      Lies said it would be fixed. It was only for a short period and then goes to variable. No mention of that when signing up. Watch what you sign up for.

      Thank you for your feedback. *** offers fixed terms for 12, 24 and 36 months.  A notice will be sent at end of term advising the account will be placed on a variable rate. This would allow a customer to lock into a new fixed rate.

      Scammers - door to door salesman lied to me to get me to change my provider, I then canceled within 24 hours after reviewing the information I received (which is the consumers right), and now 4 months later I received an invoice from them. Invoice was for a solar program that I specifically didnt cancel - even thought I canceled everything that was sold to me. Stay far away from these scammers.

      I have been scammed and am still being billed. I had recently given birth and a salesman came by and told me “sign here and here” and that he was saving me money on my utilities. Not the case! My electric and gas have both doubled! He claimed to be a pastor and said a prayer. I felt so awkward and taken advantage of. When I called to cancel, they are saying there’s all these fees. I shouldn’t have to pay for any of this since this salesman lied. He claimed to be with my utility company. This is just so wrong!

      Very poor. Ever since signing up my energy bill has been messed up. This company is a scam! Highly recommend never answering the door to them! Now Im stuck with this company for 2 years. Was never even shown the plans. Tried to downgrade to a 12 month plan but they make you pay a fee either way!

      The CEO of IGS ***** ***** and his family live large and travel the world nonstop after scamming innocent people with this joke of a company. This company needs to be shut down and they need to repay people what they stole. I cant believe they have been doing this for decades. They preyed on my elderly grandmother. An aggressive salesperson basically threatened her that if she didnt switch carriers, she would be sorry and so she was so bewildered and then when she got a bill for $400 we tried to cancel. They told us an astronomical termination fee. This is how ***** ***** funds his world travel and lavish lifestyle.

      Salesman stated he was with IGS Energy and was affiliated with Columbia Energy and said he could sign me up for a better plan.Told him no. I contacted Columbia Energy who said they are not affiliated with them.Contacted police who sounded well versed in their sales techniques.

      A salesman cam to my father's door and my father, with dementia told them that he cannot sign any paperwork and they would have to come by when I was at the house to go over it with me. They came back a second time when I was not there and talked him into signing with them for more than double of what the gas company was originally charging. Ohio needs to do something and put this company out of business as their target audience is clearly vulnerable adults.

      They scammed me out of my money. They are tricky and got me to sign papers that I didn't realize was giving them acess to my banking account. They claim to help you save money on your power bill but that is not true. They charge you for them to pay a percentage of your power bill. When it all come down to it they don't save you anything. I can't believe ppl actually work for this company. Money is the root of evil.
