      Last night I ordered two specialty cheeseburgers, french fries, and a sweet tea through the delivery app for the store. 45 minutes later, my delivery arrived and I received a chili and a chicken sandwich. I called the store. They said it was a DoorDash issue and to get on the website to cancel it and get a refund or I could bring the food back down to them. I told them if I could bring the food back to them. I would’ve gone and picked up the food so that wasn’t an option. I logged into the Wendy’s app and the DoorDash app, and neither of them gave me anyway to request a refund or get this resolved. I spoke with a male worker and a female manager, and neither of them were able to fix this. I did not get my order and my son did not eat The incorrect order that was delivered. I would like a refund for the full amount.

      I went to the 1501 West Imperial Highway, La Habra, CA 90631 store to take advantage of the Super Bowl Offer which was
      "To observe the anniversary through Feb. 12 (the Super Bowl is in Las Vegas, Nev., Feb. 11), Wendy’s customer can get a free Dave’s single-patty sandwich with purchase on the brand’s smartphone app. The app is also offering no delivery fee on Sunday."
      As usual, they knew nothing about it. I had it on my phone to show them but it disappeared. I told them what it was but that made no difference. I asked for a manager but was told by the person I was talking to that he was the shift (I forgot the rest of his title) & I had to talk to him. So, I got NO free Dave's Single.
      It is ALWAYS something with this Wendy's.
      Today I went in the store to pick up their internet on my phone so I could check if there were any offers on the Wendy's App. The app never showed a thing. All I got was images of Wendy, a hamburger and Fries going on and on and on. This continued while I was in the store. I left the store and walked a several blocks away & it was still going on. I put the phone in my purse & took it out 20 mins. later & the same thing was happening. I NEVER GOT ANY RESULTS. I finally shut down the phone to get rid of these constant images.

      I place an order through the drive through for 19 dollars and change. I was told to pull ahead and wait for someone to come out and bring my order. I was never given a receipt. I waited for 20 minutes. No order. So I go inside to ask. The manager proceeded to let me wait another ten minutes. He told me they gave my order out to another car. Then I was told I need a receipt to get a refund. I said you didn’t give it to me. He said I can’t do nothing without a receipt or with a card. I had an emergency call come through about my daughter. I told them I could not wait for them to remake it nor did I want them to remake it. He proceeded to say he cannot give refunds on cards. So I never go my item that I paid for and never got my refund. He gave me another customers receipt to call the number printed on it in the morning. I looked at the receipt and this so-called refund policy is nowhere on the receipt nor posted in the facility. This is fraud!

      I had a moblie order pick up on 3-1-24 through the Wendy's app. In orangeburg store 3099 on john c calhoun. I showed up at 10:10 to collect my food when order was placed ahead at 9:30. The employee said they were short staff and switching to lunch i needed to wait. I told them i had a mobile order they said they had no orders. I offered to show them the receipt they said it didnt matter they couldnt see in system. I repeated i had paid and had transaction number and asked them to make my order. They refused to make the sausage egg and cheese. I said then give me a refund. They said it was a personal problem and i have to go on Wendy website for a refund. Then i asked them where on website and tried to access it. I filed a complaint on website and still was charged. I never recieved any refund and employees threatened to call cops if i didnt leave speaker without a refund.

      In January / February 2024 I visited several Wendy’s locations on a regular basis and am very happy with service.
      Some locations offer complimentary seniors coffee and some take $1 for seniors coffee . Some locations require coffee with purchase. I drive my senior parents to hospital 3x a week for their treatments . After 5 hour long treatments they get tired and ask me to drive them to Wendy’s for coffee . I am their primary caregiver and drive them.
      At this ancaster location a lady named ****** from Asian descent has been EXTREMELY RUDE . She yelled at us that no more complimentary coffee so we stopped going to that location due to her bad attitude . The worst was my 2nd last visit to Wendy’s Lancaster where ****** and another Middle Aged female employee worked. She slammed the coffee in my hand with pressure the lid came off from pressure and hot coffee spilled over my hand burning it scarring it. I kept my hand out of the vehicle until they offered Kleenex to wipe my hands clean. I visited the location one more time at which point the male manager and ****** both worked. That was my last visit on Feb 8. ****** was rude and yelled at me and I was upset so manager saw that and offered the complimentary coffee and we left.
      I called customer service several times. ***** the district manager called me yelling at me saying I want a free burger that’s why I’m complaining and he doesn’t believe his staff is in the wrong . I called customer service again , ***** called me a second time even more rude . Then the area operations manager called twice and said he cannot substantiate the claim I’m making and clearly his staff concealed the truth and he refused to check the cameras past 3 weeks saying there is no time or evidence past 3 weeks. He hung up leaving me upset and without even an apology and said I can go do whatever I want, so I expect that business who serve the community RESPECT MY SENIOR PARENTS NOT THROW FOOD AT THEM YELL AT THEM AND NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!

      I placed a delivery order via the Wendy's app on 2/25 but when the order was dropped off, half the items were missing including all of the fries and chicken nuggets. I tried calling the restaurant a few times but no answer so had to drive there. I was told by the staff that they were completely ut of fries and nuggets and that the cdoirdash driver was supposed to tell me. If course I wasn't told or I would have just cancelled the order. They told me I had to contact doordash for a refund. When I called doordash, they told me I had to be refunded thru wendys since it was their payment system. I called again today and was transferred to a wendys doordash rep that told me he could only refund $7 which is unacceptable. I escalated and a manager called back with a message that my order couldn't be refunded. I need a full refund for this order.

      On Nov 20, 2023 I placed an order directly online for Wendys Delivery service. Every single one of the items that arrived were incorrect. I called the store many times and they never picked up their calls. I called corporate and they agreed to refund me. I have called 6 times since then and each time they say the refunds coming but it's been 90 days and it never had. The last time they called they told me actually I need to put in the complaint with Wendys Delivery Service. They never told me this before. When I called the number they said it was "too late" and I should have called earlier. I explained I'd been talking to regular customer service and they never told me to call this number before. This is COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!!

      I have requested to have my email removed to stop unwanted emails on ten different occasions in the last two years. Once the request is made the emails will stop for about a month or so then I’ll start receiving them again. During my last conversation with one of the their customer service representatives I requested their legal department but was told a supervisor would call me after leaving my name and phone number. Two weeks have passed since then and no call back but more emails. I want the emails to stop and for all of my information to be removed from their system.

      The mobile app is not adding points consistently for purchases made at the Store 1676 in Obetz, OH. It will take off the discount, but it won't add points every time. I have used the missing rewards option so many times due to missing points because of this issue that I have hit the 4-time limit in 30 days. This has been happening since the beginning of December 2023. I have talked to the store manager and nothing has been fixed. I called corporate numerous times and I have asked to have a call back from the district manager. I haven't gotten a call back from the district manager. I do not order on the mobile app and do a carryout order because the app is not very customizable for orders in the fact that you cannot ask for no ice in your drink. I just want to be able to constantly get the points that I am owed for the rewards program for my purchases.

      Already filed review of horrible discrimination behavior. This issue now lands where some of your employees (most ) know the Proper use of contactless payments in your drive thru . Some do not . Either a proper training or installation of the device used to gather or capture the payment . Contactless by definition is having no contact with the method of payment the customer is using . Whether tap n pay with card or mobile provisioning . Some of your employees make a customer feel forced or they tell them they must provide the their device through bullying techniques like it’s broke or if you don’t give it to me I will cancel your order . I want to be contacted back to see who and how this can be correctly resolved . This is affecting me as a customer and several others . It also waste time this is to help
