I went to the Wendy's branch located at 288 Sgt Prentiss Dr, Natchez, MS on January 31, 2024 between the hours of 6 and 7pm. Two of the employees there had extremely bad attitudes. One was a female with long braids. I know it sounds strange, but she basically had a stare off with me. I thought she was staring at me so hard and for so long because she was trying to determine if she knew me. It took me a moment to realize that that was her way of telling me to stop looking at her. Granted, I was looking in her direction, but I wasn't focused on her. It wasn't until she stopped doing what she was doing and stared me dead into my eyeballs that I truly noticed her. The second girl was working the register. She was beyond rude to all the customers in line. One of the ladies actually left without even placing an order. I had no choice but to stay because I was DoorDashing at the time. I felt sorry for the older gentleman in front of me because she talked to him like he was less than the dirt under her shoe. When I was done working my DoorDash shift, I returned to get their names. The lobby was closed to customers by the time I returned, but the employee in the picture came to the door when she saw me taking her picture. She asked what did she do to me. I told her it was her nasty attitude that offended me. She accused me of being upset only because I failed to pick up the entire DoorDash order and had to return to the store. Yes, I did forget part of the order, but that was solely on me, which is why I called and explained to the customer what happened. He was more than polite and understanding because I was polite and courteous to him. Something these Wendy's employees don't seem to know how to do. It blows my mind that she thought I would be upset with her because of a mistake I made, but she failed to see how her poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism were the real problem.Initial Complaint

I recently made a complaint about being double charged, and rude management. Today after three weeks of filing the complaint, the general manager by the name of *******, called me. The phone call lasted until he hung up in the middle of me talking, which was 58 seconds into the call. He is the same manager who was rude to me the day I was there. He was stating how I was only charged one time, but I clearly have bank statements of the 2 charges and a receipt with a card number that doesn’t match my card that was charged.Initial Complaint

I ordered food from a Wendy’s kiosk located at 530 American Legion Hwy and paid through the kiosk but the kiosk didn’t work properly and the order wasn’t relayed to the Wendy crew member so I had to reorder and pay again. When I checked my credit card bill I found the order at the kiosk did charge my credit card and I paid twice. I called Wendy’s customer service and reported the problem and gave them all the relevant information, date store location amount last 4 of credit card used and nothing happened. I waited a week and emailed Wendy’s and gave the same information and nothing happened. I emailed again two days ago with a bitter complaint and nothing has happened. To make matters worse they know their kiosk wasn’t working properly because the last time I went to Wendy’s I say a workman trying to repair the machine and eventually tell, I presume the manager replacements were needed. It’s been 2 weeks since the initial problem and Wendy’s has done nothing. All I want is a refund for $25 since I had to reorder and paid twice.Initial Complaint

over the holidays, I chat with you guys as I was with my with and kid at a store that charged us for a few extra duplicate items but had no manager there to refund the error. you guys at the chat added a refund but as an offer credit of $13. *which was not fair as that forced me to pay full price, not use any offers, so it reduced the value of the $13 to about $6 because I couldn't add a BOGO sandwich offer to the order. then after all that I get home to zero bacon on two sandwiches with bacon in their name. and the store refuses to answer their phone. so now it's been an hour plus staring at this Wendy's chat. please just make this right so I don't have to do what I should have done and taken only 5 minutes to write to Wendy's via the better business bureau. This is the 2nd complaint file on this business I never heard back from the bbb but was told Florida bbb gets the complaint and Florida bbb says they don’t handle it Ohio does so I am having to reviled I asked to meet with the district manager of this business and I have not heard from anyone the answer is a rejection after the employee at Wendy’s came to my job to report to my employer that I was there he is not my father this happened as I stood there and listen Wendy’s both constantly out of food and is rude customer service. The business says it does not have biggie deals and it’s clearly on the kiosk. I ordered and purchased thru drive thru a Pretzel Baconator combo with french fries and orange juice from 4051 Millenia Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32839 at a cost of $12.96. Pretzel Baconator, per the website description, half pound fresh never frozen beef (2 patties), American cheese (2 slices), and crispy Applewood smoked bacon (6 slices).
I received 1 fresh never frozen patty, 1 slice of American cheese and 1 slice of bacon served on the legendary pretzel bun with ketchup and mayo. I called the store 4 different times and no one answered. I went on line to the Wendy's web site and filed a complaint. I have not heard back from Wendy's. I have not received an email, phone call or postal response.
12 years ago I had a similar experience with Wendy's. Called local restaurant, no answer. Filed complaint on web site. I received an email and a card equivalent to what I had purchased. Now, 2024 when customer service is mythical thing I receive non-thing. I ate the fries and I drank the orange juice. However, I purchased a Pretzel Baconator meal and I did not receive what I paid $12.96 for . I did not get a receipt for my purchase, however, I paid with my credit card and have record of it.
If I can't get the meal replaced that's fine. I want the sandwich replaced. $12.96 for single with fries and orange juice. No. I work at the County Jail around the corner from Wendy's. I could not leave and go back and I work hard for my money. $12.96 for fries, orange juice, 1 patty, 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of bacon.Initial Complaint

Wendys failed to deliver my order placed through the Wendys app and there was no correspondence or acknowledgment of the issue. Wendy's has refused to provide any help when emailing and insisted that I call and this is not an option for me. Wendys needs to both refund this order and compensate for the issue surrounding Wendy's negligence and lack of communication during this window of nearly 2 hours of my order being in obscurity. Wendys needs to solve this issue and find better ways of inputting and responding to feedback and issues with restaurants and franchises. On January 15,2024 at 8:12 pm In the pouring rain I went to my local Wendy’s in Stuart, Fl and got a Jr Bacon cheeseburger biggie bag along with a Bacon Double stack biggie bag with a medium fry and I used my rewards points for a free 6 piece nugget. When handed the bag it felt a little light and I’d asked the lady at the window was this everything to which she responded yes, it’s raining I’d just gotten off of work and we were under tornado watch so I’d just wanted to get home, didn’t think much of it and trusted that everything was in the bag. Upon getting home and going to eat my food I was missing my Bacon Double stack and my 4 piece nuggets all that I had received was the jr bacon cheese burger biggie bag along with my medium fry and 6 piece nugget. The meal was $7 JUST because of the sandwich and I didn’t receive that or my nuggets. I rarely ever have issues with my local Wendy’s so this was a first for me. I called the store 5 different times and no one had answered the phone. I called customer service and they were closed for the holidays. As of today January 16,2024 I called customer service I’ve been on hold for almost 40 minutes. I just want a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

January 13, 2024 my wife went to go get me breakfast from the Wendy's on 3013 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA 30906 around 10am .
I told my wife that I want French toast and potatoe wedges. Once she made it home I open the bag and there was my breakfast I ordered I saw one of the French toast was shorter than the others ones in the container that holds the breadsticks of French toast.
I picked up the one I saw and it was bitten full teeth half of the stick was bitten off.. and place back in the container .. I was disappointed ,disgustingly grossed out, I normally home cook daily so it's rare that I go outside my home to ear but I have had Wendy's French toast it it's way better than. Burger King in my opinion.. so I go get dressed tell my wife I want to ride back to store with her. Get to store the rude ghetto manager hears the complaint then looks at food takes the one stick out with her BARE HANDS. THEN PLACE IT BACK IN CONTAINER . Then say she is goin to check the cameras after telling whole staff of 4 plus women the messy issue so now everyone comes to front counter while the management check camera footage . And say she say the lady fix the food bag the food n hand it out window . And I need to talk to my wife. About why is there a bite mark her employee didn't do it n she isn't returning my money or bother to remake the food . And slides the bag across the counter after her bare hand been all pulling in the bag as well. Then crew members yelling they tried it so I express I will reach out to corporate and did file a complaint with them as well waiting on return call .. those women was unprofessional, as well group up to intimidated me and my wife . And didnt follow threw with customers service. Someone I. That store bitten off my food and put in into bag and passed it out the drive thru window very hazards n food contamination illness
